This is a combination Patagonia outlet and regular shop that also holds sample sales and local events like lectures and yoga classes. There is metered street parking available right by the entrance or you can try to find free street parking a block over and walk. This is apparently the largest Patagonia store on the East Coast and they even have their own Baltimore patch! They have sales on top of their outlet prices as well but just keep an eye on what they serial is actually on sale such as fleeces instead of the entire store being on additional sale. I came by for a yoga class on a Sunday morning (bring your own mat!). This was hosted by Andrea and attendance was about 15 people and was a very pleasant peaceful start to the morning! I wish I had known about the community yoga before as I would have been coming for ages.

I walked around and of course found the clearance that was a deal of pure spending joy. I kind of got carried away but the sales were too good to walk away in addition to the attentive and customer service savvied staff. I got to the counter and overheard the amazing shie sale and yes $20 deals on $150 shoes. Without hesitation the sales guy said whats your size, Ill go get some sale shoes from the back. I chose 2 pair and the others he took back and then continued to check me out. I will recommend shopping Harbir East Under Armour for your needed athletic gear.

I've also gotten new shoes from here before and they were helpful with several shoe recommendations for a neutral, cushioned shoe. I will say their prices vary compared to shopping from direct brands online sometimes so this is worth comparing prior to purchase. Upon purchase, I'd recommend making a free account here so they can save your purchase history so if you liked something you bought but don't exactly remember what it was, they are capable of looking it up for you. They recently added stickers for purchase and I did grab some to journal my runs with.

Bought a pair of running shoes I wasn't sure about, cashier said I could return them for a refund…read morewithin 2 weeks "as long as they didn't show signs of wear" or store credit if they did (already a short return window). Wore them on the walk home and decided I didn't want to even try running in them (heel was moving around, didn't feel "normal" compared to my usual running shoes). Took them back the next day and they said they wouldn't refund back to my credit card because the white soles had scuffs from 3 blocks of walking. Cashier also started cutting some insoles I said felt good and only told me afterwards that they were $65. Just buy shoes online, at least they accept returns like normal people. These guys are just out to get your money, and for all their "look at your gait" theatre they sold me shoes that essentially didn't fit. UPDATE: Store owner reached out over email and essentially just re-iterated their store policy and offered nothing new to rectify the bad experience. Situation hasn't materially changed, will avoid shopping here in the future.
