I was contacted right away.. we met at our home a few days later. The appointment lasted 30 minutes and they planned out 4 rooms with recessed lights and 3 TV installations (with electrical boxes behind) along with mounting. The estimate came only a few hours later.. It was easy to read and very fair.. no Nickle or diming. They set a time for the following week, showed up on-time with 3 vans and a lot of crew.
