Horrible experience . Unprofessional, not trustworthy. Inexperienced installer damaged our roof. Light not working within one month installed. Called to get fixed and never answered. Extensions cord all over the place. I will give -Minus 5 stars if thats available. Don't waste your money and time. Makes sure you don't pay until they do it correctly. We learned the hard way. Very Disappointed- Last year (2023) I arranged lights to be placed on 3 homes. 1 home's light were NEVER lit for the season. If that wasn't bad enough, the lights were not removed timely, despite numerous commitments to do so, placing the home owner at risk of HOA fines. I personally made contact multiple times with Mr. Robert Vasquez. He repeatedly failed to keep commitments he made. In case you are wondering, no refund was obtained or offered, for the home he failed to completely connect. The 2 other homes were beautiful, but I cannot recommend Mr. Vasquez. read more
