Amazing dinner at Packy's tonight!!!…read more It was relaxing, comforting and perfect as usual. This is not your typical bar food! This is lovely pub fare! We started with BBQ Pork Nachos which were smothered in a tangy sauce and cheese. The pork was perfectly cooked and it all meshed together fabulously. Next week got the Chicken Devonshire Salad. There were large, tender, moist pieces of chicken which tastes like they were carved off a roasted chicken. The veggies were al dente and paired so well with the balsamic dressing. Would totally get again. The chicken tenders and sweet potato fries were a great way to finish off. Needless to say we brought home enough for another meal. Will be back again soon for another amazing night!

You can enter from a separate door than the bowling alley. The food is priced similarly to other places, but is not cheap. The wings were delicious, the fries are crispy, the meals always come out well. They did forget bacon on my dad's food this last time, but we have come to expect a mishap sometimes. They did not charge for the bacon on the receipt either, so maybe a case of the order taker did not hear the request. They do have an ice cream shop attached, as well. Cash or card is accepted. They have a parking lot that can get quite full on bowling league nights. Throughout the year, they have quite a few food specials. It can sometimes get quite loud during late night events, or league nights. They have an arcade when you enter to the left. Money goes onto a card to be used to play. Pay attention to the machine as it does like to eat your money and provide nothing on the card. The games are fun! We definitely enjoy eating here, both while playing a game of bowling, and sometimes just to stop by.

First, I could tell everything was pre-cooked and reheated. I had the crabcake it was loaded with crab meat, but like I said, I could tell it was re-heated and it was $25 for one crab cake. I ordered the fillet which was only 4 ounces for $35 with no sides. I asked for rare it was extremely overcooked. I did mention it and they just agreed with me. It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't to buy the bread to go with my dinner which was $12. I had the turtle cheesecake for dessert, which was fantastic but I don't think it was baked on site. A little over $120 for one person with no drinks. I don't mind paying for decent quality food, but had it not been pre-cooked or reheated at least with some mashed potatoes to go with my fillet and bread it wouldn't have been so bad. The place did have good ambience and outdoor dining. I would definitely go back and try again, but rethink my order completely.

I remember the walls, the bathrooms, the shortened pool cue (so you could play a shot on the side of the table that was permanently too close to the wall. I remember the bench in the back by the bar door. It was great for chat up girls, cause if you get a drink all the way back there, you were like some kind of mafia Don. Miss it every day...
