Was visiting campus and this was a great location to grab a drink…read more The positives: Lots of space between the different rooms, different levels and patios. Drink selection is decent, bartenders were friendly. Pool table was in good shape and atmosphere was lively. The negatives: The dart board was busted so you couldn't keep score and the darts were bent and wouldn't stick on the board anyway. The women's restrooms had no hooks inside the stalls so there was nowhere to put your bag or coat, which is so annoying because it could be easily solved. They also gave out very short straws for highball glasses so everyone's straws were falling into their drinks and they had to fish them out. Still a four-star experience overall, but addressing some of these shortcomings would have made it a five-star.

I usually get their chicken tenders and they are dipped several times to be extra crunchy. Yesterday they were dipped once (big disappointment!) and our meals were served without napkins or tableware! My husband had a meatball sub! MESSY without silverware. I grabbed napkins (those single sheet small brown ones) from the self-serve but there were no pkgs of flatware. Hopefully yesterday was a one-off as I DID express dissatisfaction to a manager (whom I suspect had something to do with the cutbacks.) Other than that manager who has a lot to learn, the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. The slots were sadly tight; didn't hear announcements of any winners of jackpots in the 3 hours we were there.

Awesome little small-town spot with really good food and super friendly service…read more We stopped in for lunch because my in-laws kept talking about how good this place was, and they definitely weren't wrong. The place is small, clean, and has that cozy hometown feel. Everyone working there was really welcoming, and you can tell they care about the restaurant and the people coming in. The burgers were thick, juicy, and seriously filling, plus they came with a huge pile of fresh fries. I ordered the chicken salad, and it was massive -- loaded with grilled chicken and really good bleu cheese crumbles. Easily enough food for two meals. It's a little out of the way for us, but honestly I'd make the trip again just to eat here and try more of the menu.

One full moon night i went to Donnies and got a quesadilla with wings but the quesadilla tasted like a tortellini. The small wooden boxes that they put our food in needs to GO. One day i saw a worker with glitter under their eyes dressed as a mermaid...i didn't question it because wow fashion. Donnies is very very spacious and sometimes they hold events which is pretty cool. Having a unlimited meal plan is amazing because it stops my bank account dropping like a submarine. There are so many food options at Donnies. This is truly the best place to get late night food (also the only place). YOU BETTER GO!!!
