After having issues with getting in touch with this establishment I decided to cancel my…read moreappointment with them. (I had arrangements through the veterans association to see this office for chiropractor care through "community care". I also felt compelled to express my feelings in a review of their business to warn other customers of them not answering the phone during business hours issue I was having with them. After completing the review the "Doctor" called my personal phone number from a Denver area code. (I wouldn't have answered if I wasn't originally from that area and thought it was a friend or relative I had lost the number of.). When I expressed to him I didn't care to speak about the review I promptly ended the phone call. Only to have him text me from the same number with an uncalled for comment. I promptly blocked the number. Immediately after I received a call from another phone number this time with a Brevard county area code. I answered only to find out it was the same person that had called before that I had blocked because of the above mentioned text message. He immediately started shouting I again terminated the phone call. He again texted me from the Brevard number with another uncalled for comment. Unprofessional is the first word that came to mind. My second thought was is this activity criminal? I just want to make people aware of the way this particular practice has treated me. When reading this review ask yourself; do I really want to go to a place of business that would treat anyone like this for any reason?

I had gone to several doctors, had tests, prescribed pain medication, had some trigger point injections, all which didn't work very well. After a few sessions the pain has subsided and I'm not waking up with intermittent leg cramps on that side anymore. Also had a horrible flare up of plantar fasciitis on same side with excruciating pain on my heel and it's resolved. I also suffer from scoliosis with a rib that has rotated into my fascia for several years now. The other day I was able to bend at my waist and tie my shoes without stabbing pain that would take my breath away. I almost cried. Lately I've been battling with 2 types of SIBO. Patrick is now working on my GI system through deep massage. His office space is very calming and he uses lavender essential oils which always helps calm my mind. Patrick is very passionate about helping people.

I was looking for a massage on a Monday to alleviate back pain. Not only do I have scoliosis that…read moremanifests as an ugly back rib hump, but I tore my rotator cuff, herniated a bunch of discs, and shattered my tailbone from a plane accident. I randomly found Patrick Haines from doing a Google search & after quite a few failed attempts to find anyone open on a Monday. Lo & behold he was open and had one appointment left so I promptly booked. When I walked into his modern pristine studio, I immediately felt at ease. Not only could I feel positivity throughout the room, but Patrick was radiating. He smiled & greeted me and immediately put me at ease. We discussed my pain & my scoliosis and he adamantly asserted that he was going to fix me. Not just alleviate my pain, but straighten my spine. He trained with an Olympian turned healer; he himself was a professional soccer player; and he's trained under a master healer in Eastern Medicine. I believed him & was ecstatic to have found him. He worked on me with expert hands. He used a technique he coined and created called insertion point. It felt as if he opened up doors in my spine and back as he described his acupressure technique on my meridians. He educated me along the way. The whole experience was so positive, and I felt different afterward. I felt more opened like my lungs could take in more air and I was very clear. My pain melted away & I felt so tall & strong. When I got home my husband said I looked taller & straighter. I've already scheduled my next few appointments. Patrick said it wouldn't take long, like maybe 6 weeks or less until I was straighter and healed. Until I met him I was planning on traveling to NYC to do physical therapy with a Schroth trained physical therapist to straighten my curvature and heal me. Now we have a true healer right here in our sleepy little beach town who recently relocated from the west, to his hometown--what a Godsend. I'm staying right here to work with him before his secret gets out & he gets too busy. So thankful!

I was very disappointed with this office! The staff overall are great, but the plan of treatment…read moregiven to me was a clear attempt to bill my insurance as much as possible between both this office and the Duek Spine institute. The doctor was aware I had reached my out of pocket maximum. I just moved to this area, and I know I have a herniated disc, and the MRI done already to prove it. I have done physical therapy, I have done a lot of masseuse and chiropractic work, and I came in to this office SIMPLY to get an adjustment. I was not in agonizing pain, I wasn't seeking out this type of treatment, just wanted to get adjusted. I was required to do an initial consultation before getting adjusted, fine.... but then the doctor put me on an 8 week physical therapy regiment and gave me a referral to go get injections at Duek. Even the staff that was doing the physical therapy with me didn't really know what to do with me.... Long story short, Duek required me to have 3 visits another MRI, and X-Ray, all before telling me that to facility to get the injections is located else where and my out of network cost would be about $4000.00! I checked and they had billed my insurance a ton for all these visits and MRI etc... So I spent weeks between both of these offices and got NOTHING out of it! I never even got my back adjustment done! When I called back just now to cancel all further appointments and express my disappointment the woman on the phone didn't want to hear anything about it, kept cutting me off, then randomly said "I have another call coming in" and switched off the line! I've been a patient at Network Wellness Care for 3 years. Since I have spinal fusion between L4…read moreand L5 and bilateral total hip replacements, my treatments there are a necessary part of my health and mobility. About two weeks ago, I tore my latissimus dorsi muscle thanks to a hard, sudden lurch while riding on the 1 train. The pain on the left side of my back was unbelievable, so much so that I had trouble even breathing because of the body movement it involved. After a week of recovery which included muscle relaxants, I had to go back to work. Immediately, the pain was incapacitating. I asked Dr. Suzanne McBride if she could see me (stat!), and she gave me a therapeutic massage which also included a network treatment and reflexology work. When I entered the office I could barely walk and, amazingly, I have been 99% pain free for almost a week since seeing her. In addition to the skill and beautiful intention which is abundant in her network chiropractic practice, Suzanne is also a trained (and gifted) massage therapist, and she studied reflexology in China. She used all three healing methods to restore my health and mobility, for which I'm very grateful. I highly recommend Dr. McBride and her SoHo Network Wellness Care practice to anyone seeking wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Not only is Suzanne's heart-filled, holistic work wonderful, but the office and the community is refreshing as well. Jill Good
