I have a few physical challenges (shoulder, heel, back) and Coach Zak always has an effective modification and/or accommodation of a typical exercise that would otherwise be ineffective, or possibly harmful, for me to do. Certain staff are clearly homophobic. Aria [overnight staff] has made threats to call police with no foundation whatever. Other staff issues surround Mariana and Astrid. I made an inquiry into 'staff friendliness' and about 'freezing my account' and was told a member would reach out to address the issue within 48 hours. More than 5 days passed with no resolution and my account was frozen without notice. I had to speak--cumbersomely I might add--to Christian [GM], and two other staff members before issues were adequately addressed.
