When I joined, I was told that I could bring my teenage son on my membership. This was perfect because I love to see my boys active, healthy and establish good habits early on. Recently, new management has been hired, Anthony Malcaus. Anthony tapped my son on the shoulder during a "set" and asked if he snuck in. He then proceeded to ask if he was using my membership, told my son he was too young to work out there and proceeded to tell my 16 year old to call me. Son calls, and Anthony gets on the phone and immediately states after I say hello, "I'm not sure what they let you get away with before, but your son needs his own membership. I tried to explain how it was when I joined. He stated, "Well that's not what's going to happen here.". I said okay given how you're talking to me, maybe I should take my business elsewhere. He told my son to get out. He's down one membership since getting hired and had he been even remotely pleasant, I'd signed my son up, but I guess he's too young for Anytime but not for Crunch...!?

I'm so glad I did. Chris W is my trainer, I go early in the morning and start my day off with intense training at 6am. It makes everything else I do the rest of the day seem so easy. I've also made a nice group of like minded friends I would have never met if it wasn't for this!! The change I've noticed in my body overall is way more than I could have imagined. Not only do I see a huge difference in my appearance, so do my friends and family. I'm so excited to see how much stronger I can get, and watch my body transform into something powerful, and to be quite honest, H.O.T!! My confidence and self esteem have grown and I'm loving the way I feel. Thanks to Chris W my trainer, Christopher for signing me up, and Caleb for always checking in and helping out with any membership questions I have.

My only complaint is I am a tall gal and these heated spa areas are not for tall people so I have to improvise on some classes. I did not take a star off for that as that is the fault of the franchise and not the owner. Spa is immaculate owner along with the other young lady are amazing for great customer service and you have a myriad of workouts along with the benefit of the infrared light. It is kind of pricey. I pay $68 a month and you need to give 60 day notice for contract. The $68 only gets you one location or it is $86 a month. Regardless, it is a wonderful workout opportunity. You have spinning rowing yoga Pilates barre core spinning and much more along with weights! I would highly recommend you try a free visit! Check out the benefits of the infrared lights! My workouts are a mix of weightlifting and cardio, this gym has everything I needed and more. There are two squat racks, a deadlifting platform, plenty of cable machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and an entire padded area for classes, stretching, boxing (there is a punching bag and a box full of gloves!) Some smaller pieces of equipment that I sometimes don't see at other gyms but they make me happy: barbell pads, ab wheels, barbell collars (because the spring clip kind hurts my hands haha). I think the only thing I'm missing is a stairstepper machine. The inside is somewhat small, there is no space for anything extra. The weights are always in their appropriate places. I come in the mornings around 10am and it is fairly empty. This gym is always clean with provided spray bottles to wipe down equipment. Also, the general manager Madisyn is awesome!! I will be back the next time I'm in town :)

The classes are too small and only 45 minutes. Machines are always broken, and the place is always filthy. The app for classes never works so now I can't even sign up for classes. We will not be renewing. And since the owner passed away and they are fighting in probate, we are not even guaranteed the place will be in business in a few months. And with an attitude like that, not surprised if they aren't. I'll drive to La fitness were it's clean and employees care about their patrons .

Members have repeatedly reported these exact issues--through the app, emails, and directly to staff--yet nothing improves. Maintenance requests sit "in progress" for nearly two months, with empty promises of fixes that never materialize. Staff seem indifferent or unresponsive, and the overall decline continues despite the membership dues we pay. Expecting basic cleanliness, reliable hot water, and a hygienic environment isn't asking too much--it's the absolute minimum any gym should provide. If you're thinking about joining this location, look elsewhere until they finally take member complaints and basic upkeep seriously. This place has gone downhill fast, and it's obvious that cleanliness and accountability aren't priorities here. Disgusted and extremely disappointed--1 star is being generous.

The staff is friendly enough and the instructors energetic and fun at what they do. The facility is quite large and very clean. There was order to the day and all stations were staffed with judges. There were numerous vendors and everyone was having a great time. I can't comment on a regular class because I didn't attend one. However, based on my experience attending a competition at their box I'm sure their WODs would be just as great and fun.
