Two classes I took today (one immediately following the other--Body Sculpting & Silver Sneakers Classic) were both taught by Instructor Patti. Patti welcomed all the newbies by getting to know each person individually. She also explained how each exercise may be modified to work with any physical limitations you may have. Patti has great comradery with her students--both new & regulars! I look forward to working out with Patti in the future!

Mostly excellent staff, broad range of classes, and sense of community. Wonderful staff experience with Tammy. The Bad: Overbearing Staff. 'Manny' is sardonic, pushy, and can be confrontational. I was approached by him on multiple occasions for things as pedestrian as using Eucalyptus oil in the sauna. Rules are not equally enforced (e.g. some get to remove shoes while others don't.) Overbearing surveillance practices. Cameras are everywhere and frequently reviewed. Aggressively approached and lambasted if you remove your shirt in the wrong area, but completely tolerated in other areas, all of which are surveilled. Overall: Excellent facilities are hindered by questionable owner/management practices, and aggressive and unequal rule enforcement and occasionally homophobic members and staff.
