(later costing me $15 for one single class...) and i decided the place was not for me. instructor doesn't go slower or explain any movements to new guests or clients and just expects you to know what's going on and how to follow along. called back a few days later and explained it wasn't going to be for me and i wanted to cancel my 3 / 36 offer. this was on last week of thursday and i have yet to hear back from a manager when i was told twice she would be calling me back. not only that but i woke up with a. $15 charge taken from my account, i've called the up most of 10 times and they keep denying / hanging up on my call. customer service has been pretty awful and now im charged almost half of an "offer" price that i didn't even redeem and cancelled properly with enough time. managers don't seem to care and im being charged when i haven't utilized the offer. super disappointed and not happy and for sure, will not be returning now.

She offers thee 75 min. classes for only $10/class (Mon., Thurs. and Sat.) which are always challenging and fun. It is the best way to de-stress and lose weight. Classes are offered in a spacious room with a courtyard view - absolutely beautiful environment! She also does workshop classes for those new to yoga. Do not hesitate to give her class a try. So a little history...I'm an active 43 year old who in the past year developed a scary sharp random…read moreknee pain...it hurt when walking/standing/sitting. I enjoy paddle boarding and running and this pain made these things difficult. My mind of course went to worst case scenario...."I'm not going to be able to be as active, I'm going to have some kind of knee surgery...I can't take off work..."on and on. I've always enjoyed yoga, but hadn't been able to find a studio that I truly enjoyed, so when I came across Thee House of Yoga's and also Jenna's message on her page I was sold. I signed up for a few classes and let me tell you....after a couple weeks of Jenna and Michaela's classes...I had ZERO knee pain. I hadn't even expected this benefit! I sincerely believe that their classes and instruction fixed whatever was going on with my knee, in addition to making me feel more connected mind and body. I look forward to every practice; each one challenging and refreshing. Jenna's instruction is by far the best I've encountered and her space is beautiful. She singled me and others out, though our activity didn't involve her at all, and began cursing and slinging personal insults and verbally attacking people. I calmly asked her to please reconsider her tone and speak to others with respect, she doubled down and intensified her rage and insults. Imagine the irony in discovering this woman teaches yoga. I would never in a million years interact with someone who has so much rage in them, especially for yoga! Please reconsider this establishment. You won't find any zen or compassion here.

Amy and Francesca are the two main instructors, and they are both very knowledgeable sports trainers. They know their equipment and how to vary the sessions and lessons to keep it fun. I pay $68 a month and you need to give 60 day notice for contract. The $68 only gets you one location or it is $86 a month. Regardless, it is a wonderful workout opportunity.
