She always has a really good quote at the end of the session. She has brought in a sound bowl for us and that was legitimately one of the most relaxing experiences of my life! I recommend this place to everybody! They work with all levels and there is such a large variety of classes to choose from.

The price was very reasonable, but you also have the option booking on ClassPass! The classes range from very easy to pretty intense. I consider myself to be pretty skilled, I practice yoga multiple times a week. I love the instructor Rosalba, I find her classes to be the perfect level of challenge. Her playlist is great and I usually walk away from the class learning something new. Her "Flow: All Levels" class gives opportunities for inversions and more advanced poses. Anyone who is interested in investing in their health should start yoga, and there is no better place to start than The Yoga Garden. I recommend coming early before class, since the room fills up fairly quickly!

She offers thee 75 min. classes for only $10/class (Mon., Thurs. and Sat.) which are always challenging and fun. It is the best way to de-stress and lose weight. My only complaint is I am a tall gal and these heated spa areas are not for tall people so I have to improvise on some classes. I did not take a star off for that as that is the fault of the franchise and not the owner. Spa is immaculate owner along with the other young lady are amazing for great customer service and you have a myriad of workouts along with the benefit of the infrared light. It is kind of pricey. I pay $68 a month and you need to give 60 day notice for contract. The $68 only gets you one location or it is $86 a month. Regardless, it is a wonderful workout opportunity. So a little history...I'm an active 43 year old who in the past year developed a scary sharp random…read moreknee pain...it hurt when walking/standing/sitting. I enjoy paddle boarding and running and this pain made these things difficult. My mind of course went to worst case scenario...."I'm not going to be able to be as active, I'm going to have some kind of knee surgery...I can't take off work..."on and on. I've always enjoyed yoga, but hadn't been able to find a studio that I truly enjoyed, so when I came across Thee House of Yoga's and also Jenna's message on her page I was sold. I signed up for a few classes and let me tell you....after a couple weeks of Jenna and Michaela's classes...I had ZERO knee pain. I hadn't even expected this benefit! I sincerely believe that their classes and instruction fixed whatever was going on with my knee, in addition to making me feel more connected mind and body. I look forward to every practice; each one challenging and refreshing. Jenna's instruction is by far the best I've encountered and her space is beautiful.
