Beware giving these crooks your credit cards info. During this hour, I also noticed the premade meals were sitting on the counter. The girl mentioned that she had not had time to put them away.. yet they were all defrosted. I would never buy the meals from here. Bring back the old owners. New owners are crooks.

They have a great variety of equipment for both beginners and seasoned weight lifters. Recently I started talking several of their yoga classes. Both Brooke and Julie have awesome classes. There are plenty of options throughout the week, from dance, step, ballet, yoga and Pilates. The yoga classes are more than just a good stretch--they actually challenge you to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. No matter your skill level, the instructors do a great job of guiding you through each session. I also have to give a shoutout to my personal trainer, Jillian. She's incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and always focused on helping me improve. She's taught me a ton about proper form, strength training, and staying consistent with my goals. Her energy and dedication make every session both productive and enjoyable. The only things I'd like to add are more glue machines and a sauna. The gym is already fantastic, but those additions would take it to the next level. Overall, I highly recommend Beach Bodies to anyone looking for a great all-around fitness experience. I was approached by him on multiple occasions for things as pedestrian as using Eucalyptus oil in the sauna. Rules are not equally enforced (e.g. some get to remove shoes while others don't.) Overbearing surveillance practices. Cameras are everywhere and frequently reviewed. Aggressively approached and lambasted if you remove your shirt in the wrong area, but completely tolerated in other areas, all of which are surveilled. Overall: Excellent facilities are hindered by questionable owner/management practices, and aggressive and unequal rule enforcement and occasionally homophobic members and staff.

I was delighted when my aunt took me to this great gym in our own little Rockledge to do just that. The equipment is brand-spanking new and state of the art, and there is a huge variety of machines to choose from. There are also something like 8 treadmills, 6 bikes, 3 elliptical and a partridge and a pear ... oh, I meant and super clean showers! The demographics of the other gym goers were very reflective of the area. One morning I was there about 8:30, and the place was a little like a senior day club. It was great for me because I really didn't have to change the weights in any of the machines :) And it was really cute - "Hi Bernie!" "Morning Stella!" Clearly, this is a popular 60+ hang out in the morning. Another day I was there about 4:30, and the gym was overcome by meat head-athlete types from the local high school. Scary stuff. Go in the morning to avoid testosterone overload. And finally - there are no lockers. There are cubbies! No joke. This is how tiny little Rockledge is. You put your purse, your phone, your ipod, whatever, in a cubby! And no one heists your stuff. And the owner remembered my name the second time I came in. I went to Pipeworks for over a year and I'm certain no one that works there ever addressed me, let alone to say "Morning, Amber!" Amazing.

The class was the perfect intensity for me as a newbie and anything that was too challenging could be modified to accommodate me. If you are more advanced or in better shape you could easily tailor the circuit and add more weight or do more challenging variations as needed. Coach Kelsey gave me a bunch of tips and feedback as I was working in order to make sure my form was sufficient and made sure the weights and variations were appropriate for my skill level. As an introvert I felt extremely comfortable and got one of the best workouts of my life! I would recommend this CrossFit gym to anyone who wants to take their workout to the next level or just try something new!
