So very happy to have found Patrick. His technique has helped release some lower leg pain that…read morehas impeded my daily routines for over 6 months now. I had gone to several doctors, had tests, prescribed pain medication, had some trigger point injections, all which didn't work very well. After a few sessions the pain has subsided and I'm not waking up with intermittent leg cramps on that side anymore. Also had a horrible flare up of plantar fasciitis on same side with excruciating pain on my heel and it's resolved. I also suffer from scoliosis with a rib that has rotated into my fascia for several years now. The other day I was able to bend at my waist and tie my shoes without stabbing pain that would take my breath away. I almost cried. Lately I've been battling with 2 types of SIBO. Patrick is now working on my GI system through deep massage. His office space is very calming and he uses lavender essential oils which always helps calm my mind. Patrick is very passionate about helping people.

I was looking for a massage on a Monday to alleviate back pain. Not only do I have scoliosis that…read moremanifests as an ugly back rib hump, but I tore my rotator cuff, herniated a bunch of discs, and shattered my tailbone from a plane accident. I randomly found Patrick Haines from doing a Google search & after quite a few failed attempts to find anyone open on a Monday. Lo & behold he was open and had one appointment left so I promptly booked. When I walked into his modern pristine studio, I immediately felt at ease. Not only could I feel positivity throughout the room, but Patrick was radiating. He smiled & greeted me and immediately put me at ease. We discussed my pain & my scoliosis and he adamantly asserted that he was going to fix me. Not just alleviate my pain, but straighten my spine. He trained with an Olympian turned healer; he himself was a professional soccer player; and he's trained under a master healer in Eastern Medicine. I believed him & was ecstatic to have found him. He worked on me with expert hands. He used a technique he coined and created called insertion point. It felt as if he opened up doors in my spine and back as he described his acupressure technique on my meridians. He educated me along the way. The whole experience was so positive, and I felt different afterward. I felt more opened like my lungs could take in more air and I was very clear. My pain melted away & I felt so tall & strong. When I got home my husband said I looked taller & straighter. I've already scheduled my next few appointments. Patrick said it wouldn't take long, like maybe 6 weeks or less until I was straighter and healed. Until I met him I was planning on traveling to NYC to do physical therapy with a Schroth trained physical therapist to straighten my curvature and heal me. Now we have a true healer right here in our sleepy little beach town who recently relocated from the west, to his hometown--what a Godsend. I'm staying right here to work with him before his secret gets out & he gets too busy. So thankful!

5 Stars - Absolutely the BEST Deep Tissue Massage I've Ever Had!…read moreI just experienced what I can only describe as the pinnacle of therapeutic massage at RT Day Spa in Rockledge (920 Barton Blvd, Unit 11). The therapist's technique was masterful, deeply traditional, and incredibly effective -- exactly what my tight muscles and chronic tension needed. She delivered highly focused deep-tissue work with precise percussive chopping (tapotement), targeted elbow compression for stubborn knots, and an outstanding barefoot back-walking session that released layers of tension I didn't even know I had. Her footwork was every bit as skilled, intuitive, and powerful as her hand techniques -- truly next-level! Hot stones were incorporated beautifully in multiple placements and movements for penetrating heat and muscle melting, followed by a soothing hot-towel wipe-down that perfectly removed every trace of excess oil, leaving me feeling clean, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. This was hands-down the most results-oriented, pain-relieving deep tissue session of my life. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely transformed. It's a shame they weren't busier during my visit -- this hidden gem deserves to be packed every single day! If you're anywhere near 32955 and serious about real relief (not just a fluffy rub), stop everything and book here. I'm already planning my next visit and telling everyone I know. Thank you, RT Day Spa -- you've earned a lifelong client!
