They did pretty much a gut remodel of our living and family rooms, and their work, timeliness and process were all outstanding!

Jack originally remodeled my house a few years ago. I reached out and had him come back to add this wall. Once again, him and his crew did a great job. The work was clean, efficient, and turned out exactly how I wanted. It's nice working with someone whose quality stays consistent over time. Great workmanship and a great person to work with. read more

From the moment work began, Fletcher Construction exceeded every expectation I had for my custom home renovation. I couldn't be more thrilled with the final result. Juan & Ernesto were absolutely exceptional. They arrived on time every single day without fail, and treated my home with genuine care and respect -- something that truly matters when workers are in your personal space. I was so impressed with how clean and tidy they kept the worksite throughout the entire project. I never once had to remind them of anything; they were always one step ahead, anticipating what needed to be done and doing it with professionalism and pride. But what really sets them apart is the fact that they consistently went above and beyond. This wasn't just a job to them -- it showed in every detail of their craftsmanship. Juan & Ernesto are truly talented artisans, and it's rare to find people who take that level of ownership in their work. Now, every morning I wake up genuinely grateful for the space they helped create. The renovations have transformed my home in ways I get to appreciate every single day. If you're looking for a construction company that combines reliability, respect, cleanliness, and exceptional skill, look no further than Fletcher Construction. I will not hesitate to hire them again and would recommend them without reservation to anyone. read more

Well it has been about 13 years since my last remodel and Jack was amazing, he nailed the entire house project with me flying back and forth week after week for about 6 months till I got the job done! Well he actually got the job done around my timeline. Now fast forward to today. I just bought a new home and he without hesitation took me on as a client and has yet again done a 5 star job and with great surprise he still has some of the same employees! That in itself shows the integrity as an employer and business he is on his game. It made my life easier as I was already comfortable with them and it gave me the confidence I could focus on what I needed to do knowing they had it under control. Job well done from beginning to end polite friendly and professional. Thanks again for all you and your team do! read more

Second job completed by Jack and his team. Could not be happier with the results! First job was crown molding for three bedrooms which was completed on time and on budget. The finishing painter made a small mistake and when I noticed, Jack was quick to get it taken care of. The second job was beams for the master bedroom with backlighting. Rather than spend endless amounts of time talking about it, check out the photos attached. Beautiful work done by Todd who is a true craftsman. Very happy with the end result. Jack and team are awesome and do great custom work. read more

Most importantly- I'm coordinating with Fletcher at this moment for my rental property renovations - that should tell you something! Fletcher just finished my home remodel project. They went above and beyond to deal with my needs, I'm picky, often indecisive and change my likes and wants. They worked with me, were patient, helped guide me and my ideas to achieve the most beautiful results. My house now feels like home & reflection of me. I will never look anywhere else, they literally do everything! read more

FLETCHER and his team were absolutely AWESOME !! I'm completely blown away by how the home turned out When I first bought my home I wanted to fix so many things and I was overwhelmed by how long I thought it would take and how many different companies I would have to hire. I was referred to jack from a previous customer and he did not disappoint ! his team took on ALL the renovations in my entire home from the kitchen counters, bathrooms, floors, paint, electrical landscaping.... anything you Can imagine! He also finished earlier than ALL the other construction companies in Vegas quoted me. Pricing was extremely reasonable I couldn't even believe I got the whole house remodeled at this cost. There's no way any other company in Vegas could beat his pricing. His team was punctual professional efficient , and very easy to work wIth. They did a great job and are very trustworthy. I will DEFINITELY Be recommending Jack to anyone looking to fix up their home!!! See pics below **** Before (‍ )and After () read more

Where do I start...He agreed to stop by on the scheduled date but I had to call after he did arrive but made it to my home after 30 minutes later. He arrived and walked in without paper or pen nor did he take any pictures and he promised to send a quote within 36 hours. I started to wonder but I thought he was the pro and knew what he was doing. Well, I never received a quote and thank goodness because he was not a professional. read more

Found this company on our neighborhood's app Next Door where the owner, Jack M., advertised his business. Yes, we live in the same neighborhood, pretty much. Contacted Jack via text and asked him if he could do a walk through and do a quick estimate on Monday, Sep 10. He said he'd come the following day, Sept 11 Tuesday, which he did. The walk through was quick. I was going to have him redo/replace the stairs and remod the fireplace. He said he would text and give me his estimate that night and left. I personally thought the meeting went well. Waited Tuesday night but no text. I thought he was busy and/or exhausted so I let it go. I figured he'd text me the following day. Waited all Wednesday (Sept 12) during the day and I didn't get any thing back (text or call) So, I hesitantly, texted him the following day, Sept 13 (Thursday at 8:30am) and asked him if he got the numbers or if he was still interested with the projects. He texted me back and said "I'll have some # tonight". Thursday night came and went, and still didn't get a word from him. So like the few Yelpers who gave this company a 1 star, I became a persona non grata after the walkthrough. I really wished he could've just told me he couldn't the job. Really, a simple phone call or text with a "NO" would've been perfectly fine by me but total silence was just blatantly unprofessional. read more

I got four estimates for crown molding and a marble accent wall and Jack came in the lowest. I didn't just hire his company for the low price, he seemed like he really knew what he was doing and gave me my estimate while still in my house, in about five minutes! Also, he could do both the wall and the crown molding and pass-throughs, so I would not have to hire two different contractors. They started on the day of my choosing. Jack did a lot of the work himself, but he had his crew do the finish work. They are highly skilled and did a great job! I was so impressed! My house looks like a model now! I will have them back to add upper cabinets in my laundry room. Don't hesitate to call them! Jack will have your project done fast and right. read more

We hired Fletcher to build our entertainment center. It turned out fantastic. The team worked quickly and the quality of the work was great!

Jack remodeled Our family room and bathroom. We could not be more pleased with the beauty of the rooms. We absolutely love them and have had numerous complements. This was a big job because concrete and walls had to be removed. It is a stunning room. Total professionalism, always on time and hard working. The best quote for the job so we were a bit apprehensive but so very pleased. Thank you to Jack and his crew. Sincerely, The Boubel Family read more

Todd was on time everyday and did a nice job. There some things that needed attention after they were finished l, that I didn't notice until later. We have used Fletcher since we moved to Las Vegas 7 years ago and have been really happy with all the work Jack has done for us over this time. Last summer he did our kitchen backsplash and it came out absolutely beautiful. With any kind of remodeling project there are small things that can come up and every time anything happens Jack ALWAYS makes it right. We have hired him again this summer to do our entertainment center and master bathroom shower and have 100% trust that it will come out perfect. It's hard to find a reliable company here in Las Vegas that shows up and is even willing to take smaller projects. We have used many contractors over the years and have to say that we think Jack is the best. read more

I keep forgetting to write this review. Several months ago I bought a new house. I was trying to get everything done prior to moving in...thank goodness I met Jack and his team...they saved the day. They were able to paint the entire house and install crown molding in less than a week. It was a herculean effort. I really appreciated their willingness to work around the clock to make me happy. Based on this great result, I hired him to build a wall unit in my bedroom. I showed him a picture of the the design I liked, we modified it a bit to fit my room and in less than a few days it was done. Whenever I have guests view my new home I always get rave reviews on the work done by Jack and Dave. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them to everyone. read more

Don't waste your time calling them. Talked & texts about having some work done. Waited at home all day on a day off. 5:30pm they text they are too busy & want to reschedule. Told them it will be next week before I can get off work again. Never got any response. Unprofessional. read more

Horrible customer service! Like other reviews, he came last year for an estimate, and I wasn't able to go forward with Installation because of family illness. I e-mailed him recently and asked if he still had the estimate because I couldn't open up the attachment. He did e-mail me back stating that he couldn't open it up himself and would need to come back to remeasure. He asked for my address, I texted it to him and never heard back from him! Someone like this, I wouldn't even want him to do the job, not reliable! read more

I was introduced to these guys a few months ago by a friend of mine. After reviewing their portfolio and meeting with Jack I hired them to install some crown molding and baseboards in my rental home. Their workmanship was top notch as well as their professionalism. I didn't realize how adding some trim accents can add so much style and class to your home. Shout out to Team Fletcher Door & Trim. After multiple attempts to get my crown moulding install completed I yelped 3 local contractors in LV area. Jack Fletcher returned my call asked a few questions and came by next day for in home estimate. After a quick glance at the job gave a price which was VERY VERY competitive if the 3 quotes I received. He showed up the day scheduled on time and knocked the installation out same day on 2100 SQ Ft house. His painters showed up next 2 days and did an amazing job. Sooo happy I ran across this contractor in Yelp. If you like attention to detail the Fletcher team is your choice. I highly recommend Fletcher Door & Trim. P Kirby - Henderson NV. read more

My husband and I decided to do some home upgrades for the holidays. After a few bids from other companies we agreed on Fletcher Door & Trim for our home renovation Christmas list. We chose Jack Fletcher due to his upbeat and positive personality and after viewing many photos of his previous works. Mr. Fletcher knew we had family coming for the holidays and he was quick to work. His demo crew was respectful of our home and even kind to our pets, making sure they were out of harms way and blocking the door to ensure no pets escaped. A big plus in my book. After demo cleaned up, Jack and his crew were fast at work, workers hanging stone, doing tile work, and Jack working on the new flooring, while another was cutting and cleaning. Within 3 days they had completed nearly 800 square feet of stone work and 1300 square feet of flooring. There were of course material delays from the flooring company, but as soon as materials were in stock, Jack quickly returned to complete the stairs, cleaned up and was off to his next job, all in time for family arrivals. I can't say enough how beautiful everything turned out and how the workers were upbeat, kind and smiling the whole time. Jack is a true craftsman! I would select him again for our next house project(s). read more

Awesome work and fast service. Had crown, base and tile done to all downstairs. came out perfect and definitely recommend.

I texted Jack for a couple of estimates. Never heard back. Ran into him as he was doing work for a neighbor and asked again about getting an estimate. Said he'd gotten the text but was busy and he'd come by in the next couple days. Again nothing. No show or call or text. Ran into him at Home Depot weeks later. Asked one last time. Gave me the same speech that he was well going to come by in the next couple days as he was working in the area. Again no contact. My advice is contact someone else for any work you need done. read more

Contacted Jack on a Friday for an estimate, he came on Monday, and sent it to me later that night. Agreed to the work Wednesday and he started the following Monday. We had him add a wall to enclose a room and add a door and his estimate came in $1000 less than another company. He showed up on time and had his guys work mon-wed, then he finished on Saturday as it was Thanksgiving weekend. Very pleased with the work. He matched the door and trim perfectly with the rest of the house. He could improve on his communication regarding which working was coming next or perhaps giving a written outline of the order in which the work will be completed but he always responded very quickly to my texts. Will use his company in the future read more

BEWARE!! I hired Jack based on the recommendation of a trusted coworker, although I received a cheaper estimate from another company.....I wanted to stay "loyal" and decided to give him a try. I initially asked for laminate to be installed on the main floor of my rental home; which was about 800sq. We agreed on a price and I was excited to see his final work!! I didn't need the laminate installed for a few weeks because I wanted to wait until school was over before I moved out of the home. When I was ready for the installation, I paid a deposit of 1/2 the amount and we agreed on an installation dated. In the process of revamping my home, Jack told me that he could install carpet upstairs for a price $200.00 cheaper than Home Depot..I was stoked!! I instantly hired him to replace the upstairs carpet as well. Once my painters completed their job, I called Jack and told him I was ready for him to start on the floors. Jack assured me that he only needed two days to complete the floors and could start on Wednesday or Thursday (one week before my renter moved in). When I didn't hear from him on Wednesday, I texted him on Thursday and asked him if he wanted to meet me at the rental to get the gate key and door key and also look at carpet samples....no reply. I was told to give my gate key and door key to my coworker, which was fine, but what about the carpet samples?? Okay, I went to the house on Friday and the house was empty. I texted Jack and asked if he needed anything and he told me he was on his way to the property with his carpet guy (I still haven't seen a carpet sample or met with him....), I texted him and asked him about carpet samples to which he replied with a random sample that he installed in another customer's home...I agreed to the sample (the only sample he texted me) and promised me that he would start working the next day (Saturday). I went to the house on Saturday...empty; I went to the house on Sunday....empty. I went to the house on Monday during my lunch break and guess what....EMPTY!! At this point I was MAD!! My renter was moving in on Thursday and my floors were incomplete and the rental needed a deep clean. I asked Jack for a refund OR a return of any supplies previously purchased to which I FINALLY got a call. He immediately went to the rental and started the job....to which he asked for an extension until Wednesday at noon to have completed. Being that I had no other choice and my renter was scheduled to move in on Thursday, I regretfully agreed. When I met Jack at the home on Wednesday, there was wood dust EVERYWHERE!! The laminate floors were dusted and not polished. I was so disappointed with the experience, the unprofessionalism and the final work product. This is my honest opinion regarding MY experience. read more

Jack and his crew are the best. If your home is the most important thing you own, I wouldn't call anyone else. We were new to Vegas and didn't know anyone who did home renovation. So, after having a few contractors come through for estimates, it was a no brainer to hire Fletcher. He took care of our house like it was his own, his prices were totally fair & reasonable, and he quietly went about doing an incredible job on our house. And rather than brag like some do (hoping you're happy with their work or trying to justify their prices) Jack and the guys let their excellent work speak for itself. Jack & every single member of his crew were friendly, polite, so careful, paid such attention to detail, cleaned up the entire house EVERY single day before leaving, and we couldn't be happier with the work. They made our "house," a "home." We had our kitchen cabinets resurfaced (huge job), laundry room gutted and made brand new, a large window ripped out & replaced by a French door (amazing job), the whole interior of the house repainted (turned out 10x better than we thought possible bc the previous owner left a million holes in every wall), 51 canned ceiling lights either installed or replaced, all of the carpet on the stairs and 2nd floor ripped out & new flooring installed, and both upstairs bathrooms completely gutted & redone (they look fantastic). Jack & the guys far exceeded our expectations, they finished right on time, the project stayed right on budget (ask anyone, that never happens once a massive renovation starts...) and we will not hire anyone else (we are having our exterior done in the fall and there's no need to get estimates from anyone else. At this point, why?) Thank you. read more
