First, this review should be "O" stars, but 1 is the minimum. Now, let me start by asking who is the dumb fuck that owns this business? You can't find the place, as the GPS takes you all over the Flemington Circle, and they are in two separate buildings that are attached to other businesses. Why don't they have one BIG building, with a BIG sign, so customers can easily find them. Driving from one building to the other, they have all these jet-skis sitting out in an open parking lot, from used ones to dozens of brand new boxed-up jet-skies. Anyone can just pull up with a trailer or a flat bed and take their picking. No fenced in yard, no security. Boy would I feel confident leaving my jet-ski there. So now I walk into the "Service" entrance, and proceed up to the service counter. As I walk towards the counter, I see a man sitting in a small office, at a desk in front of a computer. There is no one at the service counter, and I look over and the man just keep staring at his screen. There is no way, he could not have seen or heard me. After a moment, I purposely jingled my car keys, and may have even coughed. Not one movement from this guy, did not turn to look at me, or acknowledge me in any way shape or form. Even if he was not the designated "service man", he could have at least said "Hi, someone will be with you in a minute, or Let me find the service man for you". Nothing. I just wasted a lot of time driving up trying to find this place. That Flemington Circle is nothing but branched off roads with tons of shopping centers and chaos!! So as I walked around the showroom, heading for the exit, I yelled out "I guess this place does not need or want my business!". I hope this fat, lazy, slob is found dead sitting in that chair, you ignorant mother fucker!
So now I get a voice mail on my phone from Ricky, saying that management just received a complaint post on their facebook page. He doesn't seem to know what this is about? Well their first hint, was in our email exchange last week, I told him I would be coming up on Tuesday to drop off my ski. Secondly, I called about 10 minutes prior to my arrival, as I could not find the place. So whoever answered the phone should have been on top of their game, keeping an eye out for an arriving customer, and perhaps a bit more attentive to "minding the store". I guess it's time to just sell my jet-ski and never buy another, since none of these primadonna businesses/employees want to help customers. read more
