Great store for serious runners (I am not but can appreciate that this store caters to runners). The store is in a great location too.

I visited for a consultation for new standing shoes. Jacob Dagger was very helpful and well informed. I was very satisfied with Jacob's assistance. I made an order to have my shoes drop shipped and it was estimated that they should arrive by Tuesday. Jacob was great! I tried to link up the account I made at the store so I could track my order and get my loyalty points. But the website said I had to make a new account. Once the account was made it did not pull over any of the info from the account I made in the store. On Thursday my order had not arrived and I returned to the store to check the status of my order and try to resolve the problem with my account. I stood by the register for a while and eventually a young man came by and asked if I had a pickup, I showed my receipt and questioned if it was a store pickup. He said it was a drop ship and walked away. I was in the middle of trying to ask if he could help with my account or at least confirm the status of my order when he suddenly left. He was speaking to other customers who came in after me, and I waited a a few minutes but it was clear he wasn't coming back and I left the store without my account being fixed or my order status. read more

Excellent customer service and selection of running shoes! After being a fan of one particular brand of running shoes, Fleet Street's shoe expert offered my son several different brands to try and found a pair that fits his gait and running style better than what he was using. Their prices are fair and reasonable too! Highly recommend. read more

I've always had a positive experience at this store. Went in today for fitting and Conner was awesome! I really appreciated his help and knowledge while shopping. read more

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 5 Decor/ambiance: 5 Customer Service: 5 Love this location! I've been to all of the Fleet Feet in the area and I must say this one has the most 'swag'. It so clean and tidy! Its modern and sleek! Maybe its the complex that its located in but with the high rises above and the street shopping this location is gold! The staff are always courteous and willing to help and they have an extensive collection of running gear. They have all of the latest shoes available in all sizes and again, the staff are so willing to help. 5 Stars to Fleet Feet Sports! ALSO - The BIG Run was amazing! Great event with amazing medals! read more

Terrible service from Anita. My mom and I were so exited to get shoes we came in at 5:57 mind you they had NO advertising on Google that there were special hours , so we thought they closed at 7 as normal. Turns out they close at 6pm. We came in and the lady "Anita" says oh we can help you guys if you know what you want already, And then when I ask for a size 8 the guy tells me he was told he won't have enough time to get them. After Anita told us we could just buy, I was ready to purchase a shoe, not sure im going to use them anymore. Terrible experience to kick someone out of your store that was OPEN is CRAZYYYY!! This was in park west terrible service. read more

ANNA WAS ABSOLUTELY SO SWEET!!! She was kind, a joy to be around and help my whole family! She was on some hustle bustle for sure. Help my mom me and my father all at once and did a great job and it was not because other associates weren't available but she was just so nice as well. And the whole staff was nice and had great advice. THANK YOU ANNA!!!!!!! read more

10 stars for customer service! I arrived exactly when they opened and I was there to get arch support inserts for my shoes. I took off my shoes and they measured my feet, in this super spaceship looking contraption! The customer service associate then pulled out a bunch of inserts for me to try and talked about how I walk and what would make me comfortable. I was there for about 30 minutes and I felt like I was the only person in the shop. I really love the personal attention and the professionalism. I also got my measurement results emailed to me, which is super convenient, in the event I need them again! read more

I visited Fleet Feet in Morrisville for the second time this past week. I first visited the store about 9 months ago for running shoes and Griffith helped me and provided excellent customer service. But on my second occasion, Griffith was out and Ryan assisted me. Fortunately, I had the exact same outcome, excellent customer service. My hat is off to Ryan for being attentive and helping me to find a great running shoe considering my unique concerns. I was so pleased with my purchase and customer service experience that I could not let the week pass by without getting on Yelp to let others know about my experience (e g. knowledgeable staff, decent selection, warm and inviting atmosphere) at Fleet Feet Morrisville. No one asked me to write a review here and Fleet Feet Morrisville aren't aware of my comments. I mention this in case someone considers my review contrived or artificial. I am an actual person recounting my experience from this past week. Please consider Fleet Feet Morrisville if you need running shoes, they're doing a lot right at that location! read more

Aaron was wonderful. I have hard to fit feet. This is why I would never go to box stores or discount places because I really need to get fitted to be comfortable. Aaron did an analysis and we tried on lots of options. I'm so happy with my new shoes...they feel great. And he was so kind. read more

Purchased a pair of shoes at this store yesterday. First of all, I had a pair that I had ordered online and needed to return. No problem.....then I asked to try on some other shoes. And boy did Amy deliver! She was so helpful, friendly, and listened to what I thought I wanted and then brought SEVERAL options for me to try. I have to say, it has been a long time since I actually bought athletic shoes from a physical store. What a treat! She told me about the shoe, prepared it for me to try on, even assisted in getting them on, tied them up, and felt to see if it was a proper fit. I had forgotten what a full-service experience this could be! And yes! I found the perfect shoe. Thank you so much Amy. You were amazing and no more random on-line ordering for me! You will see me again soon! read more

I have been going to this store for a couple years now. I always buy my running shoes from this location. The employees are very knowledgable and ask a lot of questions to make sure you are getting the right shoes for your foot type and exercise. They use a machine to scan your feet to get the size, width, girth, among other measurements. It's always better to purchase shoes from a retail store versus online too. Shoes that are online are in an unconditioned warehouse sitting through temperature changes and breaking down the material/cushioning. I've done quite a few of their run groups as well. The mentors and coaches know what they are talking about and are helpful and definitely keep the motivation levels up. This is a great location and I highly recommend. read more

Just had a fitting today with Ashley. She is so knowledgeable and patient, making sure to find the best fit for me. A very good experience! I'll be going back! read more

Excellent customer service and products. They know exactly how to find the right pair of shoes for your foot.

I've never received customer service like this. Absolutely amazing! I wish I could remember the kind gentleman's name but he was very thorough and explained every detail of the foot mapping and explained the benefits of each shoe and how they would best serve me and my feet. Also, the fact they take on and off your shoes just made the experience first class. He went above and beyond and I'm so grateful! ThANK YOU Fleet Feet Morrisville! read more

This place is over priced and the service is horrible. 2 customers and 2 workers and only 1 being helped. Go figure who the second customer was...ME! I'm just standing around picking my nose looking at shoes and waiting for numbskull to stop play on the computer to help me. Long story short, I got sick of waiting around and left. I'll go elsewhere and buy my ASIC Nimbus 19...for a better price to boot and get better service!!! I'll NEVER come back to this store or even Fleet Feet for that matter! read more

I'd been hearing good things about the Raleigh Fleet Feet stores and I needed a new pair of stability running shoes, so I decided to try out their newest store in Park West. I came in looking for some Brooks, but I still went through the fitting process with Nick and he said for Brooks, the Adrenaline GTS was probably the best for me. Although Nick also emphasized that the best shoe he had available for me was really the Saucony Hurricane, and I fell in love with them once I tried them on. I tried on at least a half dozen pairs of shoes while I was there, and the Sauconys were exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very hospitable, letting me try on as many shoes as I wanted, which I did because the types of shoes they have here are not carried at most stores and I wanted to see how they all compared to each other. I was introduced to Hoka One Ones here which have more cushioning than any other running shoe. They are made for ultra Marathon runners and they are super comfortable, although a bit awkward at first. I was very impressed by Nicks knowledge about all the shoes. He could explain the difference in the materials each shoe was made out of; and the amount of cushioning, responsiveness, and stability each shoe offered and could also explain why, based on how each pair of shoes was put together. I felt like the staff went out of their way to help me and offered unbiased info to match me up with the right pair of shoes. I also though it was cool that they have a lot of running events and groups that they try to get you involved with. All in all I was very pleased with my experience here and I'd highly recommend them. read more

Fleet Feet - Storefront - Sports Wear Near Me - Morrisville, North Carolina

I have been to this store several times and mostly have had a good experience. It is a great place for someone who isn't sure what they need in terms of their shoes. I entered the store knowing exactly what shoe I wanted and what size. They were quite busy, and I was put on the waitlist. It would've been extremely easy if someone had asked if I knew exactly what I wanted. Instead, I waited 40 minutes just to be told they did not have the shoe In stock. The employee that ended up assisting me, Gabrielle, was extremely helpful and was willing to work things out in order to get me shoe. Unfortunately I needed the shoe in a very quick timeframe. It was a frustrating, but I will continue to go to the store. read more

Came to this place to get some running shoes as I was starting to get into it! The staff was very friendly. We had a young girl who was very helpful. She talked a lot but it was ok, she was nice so we let her ramble on. She measured my feet and brought multiple selections out as well as showed me the insoles. I was clueless going in but after trying everything on felt it was a good purchase in the end. The prices were also comparable to most places so I didnt feel ripped off. Will definitely return when I wear out these shoes! read more

the service at this store is second to none. It's not just a sneaker store, they take the time to measure/scan your foot to ensure the brand you select fits you specifically. How you walk, how your heel slips, pronation all come into play. Not cheap but, if you're gonna take foot comfort serious, what better place to visit read more

Very helpful and good selection. Andy was great finding just the right fit for me! Highly recommend this store and location.

I have been a fan of Fleet Feet since visiting the Raleigh location 4 years ago. The quality of service remains the same for the Morrisville location. The individual gait evaluation they provide has always led to the right shoe for me. Recently I had taken my mom & she had the same experience. It would be nice if the Morrisville location added at least 1 additional group run in the local area. Most of the other runs are based out of Raleigh. read more

I went to Fleet Feet today and the line was out the door (due to capacity requirements in COVID land).. No biggie. I was quickly put on the waitlist, told about 20 minutes, waited maybe 10 min when they came and got me outside. I was assisted by Ryan (active manager on duty, I believe) who was EXCELLENT! He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He fitted me and found me a great new pair of shoes. I never felt rushed (with a line of people waiting to get in) and I genuinely left listened to. I've always appreciated Fleet Feet but this made it an even better experience! 10/10 would recommend! read more

I'm surprised at all of the great reviews. I purchased a pair of shoes a year ago from the location off of Six Forks. I happened to be at the Morrisville location yesterday. I waited for quite a bit and nobody acknowledged I was there. Even a "Thanks for coming in,we'll be with you shortly" goes a long way. I ended up leaving and just ordering from the Brooks website. I was pretty unimpressed with this location. read more

GREAT shopping experience and top notch customer service. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

I was prepared to spend any amount of money on a pair of shoes today. I was so put off by the sales girl and her attitude I didn't buy anything. I was pretty disappointed I couldn't find shoes today. It really wouldn't have taken a lot to sell me some shoes. I was the Oct 21, 2016 around 5 pm. read more

I love this place! This is the only Fleet Feet location I have visited, so I can't speak for the company as a whole, but the Morrisville location is top-notch. I've bought two pairs of running shoes here and both times the salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I really feel like I had all the time I needed to make a decision, which is important to me since running shoes aren't cheap. This is also my go-to place for running socks, though I haven't ventured into workout clothes from here because they are very expensive. The shoes are expensive, but I will pay for high quality shoes that provide comfort, stability, and help my running posture. Fleet Feet in Morrisville is definitely a great choice! read more

Great personalized and professional service from Kasey. Kasey analyzed my gait and shoe size (I found out I was actually wearing the wrong size shoe for years). She provided me with a multiple selection of shoes that met my jogging and training needs. I'm a newbie to running and Kasey also provided me with helpful training tips for the upcoming Tobacco Road half marathon. Great selection of quality footwear/accessories & a very knowledgeable staff are a winning combination. I've already provided my colleagues and friends with a recommendation to make Fleet Feet their first stop for fitness shoes and apparel." read more

Joannie was amazing -- She took the time to fit me in the proper running shoe...went through six pairs and ended up buying the first pair she recommended. Will definitely go back! read more

Went to buy some running shoes. There were two sales associates and two other customers. Initially I was asked if I could be helped, I said yes I will need a size after looking at shoes. It took @ 10 minutes to find a shoe that would work. I then waited 5 minutes staring at the sales associate to ask to get the size. She was very proficient at ignoring me while she discussed shoes with a minors mother. When I asked the other associate if I could get a size he said yes, looked disturbed that I asked him even though the person he was working with was walking around the shop trying a pair of shoes. Are we such an elite shop that we can't excuse ourselves to get another customer a size. Lost my business and I will not be returning ever. Poor poor service. read more

Service was phenomenal! I found myself being picky as usual, but the employee who helped me provided exceptional care and support for my shoe needs while maintaining patient with my pickiness. Went to Fleet Feet after work to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes--an endeavor I enjoy about as much as a trip to the dentist or my annual physical. ;) I had a great experience from the start! Bill was super helpful in first checking my shoe size (turns out I was 1/2 size smaller than determined at the last store I visited) and offering different shoes to try. I found two styles I liked, and went home with both. There was no pressure to buy, and Bill was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back when I'm due for another pair. read more

Service was great. I absolutely hate running but I am trying to lose weight so I figured I would give it a try but do it the right way. I wanted to make sure I had the proper shoes so I came here. The lady who assisted me was extremely nice and very informative. She took her time making sure she took the proper measurements and watching me walk. She let me try on a variety of shoes and seemed to already know which ones I was going to pick. She even gave me sock suggestions. I am extremely happy with the service. I will definitely be returning for my running needs. read more

My usual store is the Wade Ave one. Went to the Morrisville one instead. Bought a pair of shoes with new insoles. Suzie was helpful that day. Came back in before the 60 day guarantee was up because I wasn't happy with she shoes. One of them had a whole in the top. I saw Suzie when I arrived so I went up to her for help. Her attitude towards me went down hill when I told her I wasn't pleased with the shoes. I am 56 and have never returned a pair of shoes after having wore them. She acted rude and keep blaming me for the problem. She was unhelpful with a selection of a new pair. After her repeatedly telling me its the way I walk I finally told her I had heard her I first time she had said it. She stop until we went up to the register to make the exchange and she started all over again. I was in shock at her attitude towards me. I WILL NOT be back to this store because of Suzie. I doubt I would have ever been talked to or treated like this at the Wade Ave. store. read more

I was referred to Fleet Feet by my orthopedic doctors office to try their ortho shoe inserts in hopes that they would give me more stable support and I wouldn't have a problem with so many fractures and breaks in my feet. I had no idea where it was located or what to expect, so called the nearest one and Andy was super nice and gave me perfect directions. When I arrived I was assisted by the store manager, Ashley Hannon. I can't express the learning experience I received and was amazed at the knowledge and expertise she had with feet and shoes. I knew I had gone to the right place when she took her shoe off and showed me her bunion! Truly, it made me feel much better having her help me with me my feet! Fleet Feet in Morrisville is where you need to go to be sure you are wearing the best shoes for your feet. I'm sure that all the staff are equally as knowledgeable, but after much laughter and sharing I will definitely be returning to see Ashley at Fleet Feet, and would recommend her to all my friends. Thanks Ashley for an awesome experience! read more
