Terrible service from Anita. My mom and I were so exited to get shoes we came in at 5:57 mind you they had NO advertising on Google that there were special hours , so we thought they closed at 7 as normal. Turns out they close at 6pm. We came in and the lady "Anita" says oh we can help you guys if you know what you want already, And then when I ask for a size 8 the guy tells me he was told he won't have enough time to get them. After Anita told us we could just buy, I was ready to purchase a shoe, not sure im going to use them anymore. Terrible experience to kick someone out of your store that was OPEN is CRAZYYYY!! 10 stars for customer service! I arrived exactly when they opened and I was there to get arch support inserts for my shoes. I took off my shoes and they measured my feet, in this super spaceship looking contraption! The customer service associate then pulled out a bunch of inserts for me to try and talked about how I walk and what would make me comfortable. I was there for about 30 minutes and I felt like I was the only person in the shop. I really love the personal attention and the professionalism. I also got my measurement results emailed to me, which is super convenient, in the event I need them again! read more

I visited Fleet Feet in Morrisville for the second time this past week. I first visited the store about 9 months ago for running shoes and Griffith helped me and provided excellent customer service. But on my second occasion, Griffith was out and Ryan assisted me. Fortunately, I had the exact same outcome, excellent customer service. My hat is off to Ryan for being attentive and helping me to find a great running shoe considering my unique concerns. Purchased a pair of shoes at this store yesterday. First of all, I had a pair that I had ordered online and needed to return. No problem.....then I asked to try on some other shoes. And boy did Amy deliver! She was so helpful, friendly, and listened to what I thought I wanted and then brought SEVERAL options for me to try. I have to say, it has been a long time since I actually bought athletic shoes from a physical store. What a treat! She told me about the shoe, prepared it for me to try on, even assisted in getting them on, tied them up, and felt to see if it was a proper fit. I have been going to this store for a couple years now. I always buy my running shoes from this location. The employees are very knowledgable and ask a lot of questions to make sure you are getting the right shoes for your foot type and exercise. They use a machine to scan your feet to get the size, width, girth, among other measurements. It's always better to purchase shoes from a retail store versus online too. Shoes that are online are in an unconditioned warehouse sitting through temperature changes and breaking down the material/cushioning. I've done quite a few of their run groups as well. The mentors and coaches know what they are talking about and are helpful and definitely keep the motivation levels up. This is a great location and I highly recommend. read more

This place is over priced and the service is horrible. 2 customers and 2 workers and only 1 being helped. Go figure who the second customer was...ME! I have been to this store several times and mostly have had a good experience. It is a great place for someone who isn't sure what they need in terms of their shoes. I entered the store knowing exactly what shoe I wanted and what size. They were quite busy, and I was put on the waitlist. It would've been extremely easy if someone had asked if I knew exactly what I wanted. Instead, I waited 40 minutes just to be told they did not have the shoe In stock. The employee that ended up assisting me, Gabrielle, was extremely helpful and was willing to work things out in order to get me shoe. Unfortunately I needed the shoe in a very quick timeframe. I'd been hearing good things about the Raleigh Fleet Feet stores and I needed a new pair of stability running shoes, so I decided to try out their newest store in Park West. I came in looking for some Brooks, but I still went through the fitting process with Nick and he said for Brooks, the Adrenaline GTS was probably the best for me. Although Nick also emphasized that the best shoe he had available for me was really the Saucony Hurricane, and I fell in love with them once I tried them on. I tried on at least a half dozen pairs of shoes while I was there, and the Sauconys were exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very hospitable, letting me try on as many shoes as I wanted, which I did because the types of shoes they have here are not carried at most stores and I wanted to see how they all compared to each other. I was introduced to Hoka One Ones here which have more cushioning than any other running shoe. They are made for ultra Marathon runners and they are super comfortable, although a bit awkward at first. I was very impressed by Nicks knowledge about all the shoes. He could explain the difference in the materials each shoe was made out of; and the amount of cushioning, responsiveness, and stability each shoe offered and could also explain why, based on how each pair of shoes was put together. I felt like the staff went out of their way to help me and offered unbiased info to match me up with the right pair of shoes. I also though it was cool that they have a lot of running events and groups that they try to get you involved with. All in all I was very pleased with my experience here and I'd highly recommend them. read more

Came to this place to get some running shoes as I was starting to get into it! The staff was very friendly. We had a young girl who was very helpful. She talked a lot but it was ok, she was nice so we let her ramble on. She measured my feet and brought multiple selections out as well as showed me the insoles. I was clueless going in but after trying everything on felt it was a good purchase in the end. The prices were also comparable to most places so I didnt feel ripped off. The individual gait evaluation they provide has always led to the right shoe for me. Recently I had taken my mom & she had the same experience. I went to Fleet Feet today and the line was out the door (due to capacity requirements in COVID land).. No biggie. I was quickly put on the waitlist, told about 20 minutes, waited maybe 10 min when they came and got me outside. I was assisted by Ryan (active manager on duty, I believe) who was EXCELLENT! He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He fitted me and found me a great new pair of shoes. I never felt rushed (with a line of people waiting to get in) and I genuinely left listened to. I love this place! This is the only Fleet Feet location I have visited, so I can't speak for the company as a whole, but the Morrisville location is top-notch. I've bought two pairs of running shoes here and both times the salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I really feel like I had all the time I needed to make a decision, which is important to me since running shoes aren't cheap. This is also my go-to place for running socks, though I haven't ventured into workout clothes from here because they are very expensive. Went to buy some running shoes. There were two sales associates and two other customers. Initially I was asked if I could be helped, I said yes I will need a size after looking at shoes. It took @ 10 minutes to find a shoe that would work. I then waited 5 minutes staring at the sales associate to ask to get the size. She was very proficient at ignoring me while she discussed shoes with a minors mother. When I asked the other associate if I could get a size he said yes, looked disturbed that I asked him even though the person he was working with was walking around the shop trying a pair of shoes. Are we such an elite shop that we can't excuse ourselves to get another customer a size. Lost my business and I will not be returning ever. Poor poor service. read more

My usual store is the Wade Ave one. Went to the Morrisville one instead. Bought a pair of shoes with new insoles. Suzie was helpful that day. Came back in before the 60 day guarantee was up because I wasn't happy with she shoes. One of them had a whole in the top. I saw Suzie when I arrived so I went up to her for help. Her attitude towards me went down hill when I told her I wasn't pleased with the shoes. I am 56 and have never returned a pair of shoes after having wore them. She acted rude and keep blaming me for the problem. She was unhelpful with a selection of a new pair. After her repeatedly telling me its the way I walk I finally told her I had heard her I first time she had said it. She stop until we went up to the register to make the exchange and she started all over again. I was in shock at her attitude towards me. I WILL NOT be back to this store because of Suzie. I was referred to Fleet Feet by my orthopedic doctors office to try their ortho shoe inserts in hopes that they would give me more stable support and I wouldn't have a problem with so many fractures and breaks in my feet. I had no idea where it was located or what to expect, so called the nearest one and Andy was super nice and gave me perfect directions. When I arrived I was assisted by the store manager, Ashley Hannon. I can't express the learning experience I received and was amazed at the knowledge and expertise she had with feet and shoes. I knew I had gone to the right place when she took her shoe off and showed me her bunion! Truly, it made me feel much better having her help me with me my feet! Fleet Feet in Morrisville is where you need to go to be sure you are wearing the best shoes for your feet.
