I made an order to have my shoes drop shipped and it was estimated that they should arrive by Tuesday. Jacob was great! I tried to link up the account I made at the store so I could track my order and get my loyalty points. But the website said I had to make a new account. Once the account was made it did not pull over any of the info from the account I made in the store. On Thursday my order had not arrived and I returned to the store to check the status of my order and try to resolve the problem with my account. I stood by the register for a while and eventually a young man came by and asked if I had a pickup, I showed my receipt and questioned if it was a store pickup. He said it was a drop ship and walked away. I was in the middle of trying to ask if he could help with my account or at least confirm the status of my order when he suddenly left. He was speaking to other customers who came in after me, and I waited a a few minutes but it was clear he wasn't coming back and I left the store without my account being fixed or my order status.

I had returns and I was able to find a comfy Clark branded low heel sandal. I enjoy this DSW location compared to Sumner & Crossroads. The store offers weekly shoe donations and customers can obtain 50 pts. I always forget about this. I learned today that DSW also offers water proofing services for a charge. This is perfect for suede or Uggs. A great service I'm glad I now know about. The staff here are extremely pleasant, helpful and leave a lasting impression after each visit. The only thing I hate to report is that I feel they are fairly expensive. I understand they're running shoes cost more than average walking shoes but the prices are kind of steep, in my opinion. I find that the price you would pay for something as small as a water bottle jack it could cost you a little over $100.
