I needed some cowboy boots and saw some online at DSW and decided to check them out in store. Customer service is great. I tried on a few pairs and different sizes, and the staff was very helpful. The boots are great and super comfy! And I didn't have to spend too much for them. This store location is in a great spot, near a total wine, petsmart, big lots, and a few other places. If I could give this store a negative star I would. I was denied the ability to purchase sandals by Kelsey because the shoes did not have a box. Also Ruby is extremely condescending. Imagine not being able to purchase shoes at a shoe store. Weird. read more

This shoe store now sucks. I used to go there all the time. I Haven't shopped since a young lady named Laura was there. She was so nice. Stressed but nice. I used to love the shoes. Now they are either too pricey or they all look the same. And so are now so narrow I can barely fit into them. The coupons or promotions are basically useless now since so many brands are now excluded. The staff is so rude. I wouldn't be surprised if this company or at least this store goes under. DSW is hit or miss. Check out the clearance for great deals. Plenty of parking in the front of the store. Not much in the men's section. Clean store. None of the staff greeted us when we walked in the store. I think they were all st the register. read more

My mom told me to go here, and I'm glad she did! It's my kind of a shoe store, even for men's shoes! Displays of shoes and boxes of them underneath. Find your size or don't, and figure it out yourself! I am very pleased at the concept! They don't have every size, and 13 (my size) is about the biggest they ever have for maybe a third of the inventory. But I found some I liked and it was a nice experience because I don't want to talk to a shoe salesperson. I bought a belt on sale and some cool nike socks and was on my way. Ok, So I go here often with one of my girlfriends and drool over the shoes. The only thing keeping this from a 4 star review is the fact that they are kind of pricey and the sale shoes are really hideous. Thinking back on it now, I can't honestly say one sales person has ever offered to help me while I was here but I didn't really need them, I know my way around a shoe store. The overall selection is pretty complete but it can sometimes be hard to find that one shoe you have been looking for because there are a lot of vanilla choices here. read more

I'm a DSW fan -- it's my go-to if I'm on a mission to buy shoes because of the large selection conveniently available in one store and good prices. This location could use just a little more variety, though, but it's decent. The parking is convenient: there's a large parking lot out in front, and the line usually moves pretty quickly. I haven't had any trouble with the service here. They also have some bags on sale in the corner of the store, but while there's usually great finds in other DSW stores, bags aren't what I would come here for. Awesome place for stylish footwear. Prices are fairly affordable but don't expect Walmart or Target shoe prices. You won't find those here. This is the to go place when I need a new pair of running shoes or a nice pair of leather boots for colder weathers. I especially like their selection for boots, there are tons of variety and all of them very stylish. read more

Shoes Shoes Shoes! This is a shoe store for the independent shopper. I like that I can try on a bunch of shoes without having to ask someone to grab the pairs from the back for me. I don't buy my running shoes here - I go to a local running store for that - but I have found some cool "water shoes" here as well as cute pumps, flats, sandals, boots, Keds, you name it. Beware! You will likely spend a lot of money at this store. My wife certainly does. Each pair of shoes are reasonably priced, and they have a large display area and a clearance center. The stock changes over pretty quickly. The only down side is that male shoes don't get much coverage. But, that's the case everywhere,... c'est la vie. read more

Not a great selection for athletic shoes, and the prices were anything but discounted from department stores. I was disappointed all around by the selection in the store. Usually I can rack up pretty good at DSW, but this location seemed as if they were looking for a shipment to come in. You can go wrong with DSW when your simply in the mood for new shoes. With summer quickly approaching, I went to DSW and recently found 3 perfect pairs of good quality sandals, each under $50. One of them is actually a flat pair of Dr. Scholls - I didn't even know Scholls made shoes, but they are very comfortable. I often need sweat absorbent shoes, and I always seen to find such brands like Aerosoles at DSW. The clearance section wasn't as rewarding as I'd hoped, but at least the store is massive with lots of options. I do wish DSW in general offered in store coupons rather occasional discounts through email, maybe one day. read more

Please be very, very certain that you can DEFINITELY wear the shoes you consider purchasing from DSW. You're on your own for this determination as you won't receive assistance from a sales associate. There's never anyone around who offers to help. So, if you purchase a pair of DSW's semi-pricey shoes and, after four hours of wear in the real world (not walking up and down the aisles devoid of customer service), realize they hurt your feet... you're out of luck. Managers respond, "But you WORE them!" Next time we'll go to a real shoe store... with real customer service and reasonable return policies. UPDATE: A response was received from DSW hours after this was originally posted. A company representative inquired about the situation and offered to help. I explained that a pair of shoes were purchased, caused problems after four hours of wear, and a return was attempted. The helpful representative confirmed that DSW does not accept returns after shoes are worn but would send me a gift card for another pair of shoes. While the gesture is much appreciated I can't buy another pair of shoes from a store that doesn't stand behind their products. We took an $80 hit at DSW. Fortunately, we ended up buying a superior pair of shoes at another shoe store (that accepts returns) for almost double that amount. Lesson learned... and many thanks to one person at DSW who tried to be helpful despite a customer-unfriendly policy. read more

Negative Energy and Negative Attitudes...One of the worst customer service expetiences I have had in a long time. Staff acted like they were mad at the world. Don't like working for minimum wage, get a trade and better yourself, don't take it out on me... Can't say all the staff are this way but the cashier and one of the floor staff with the long hair weave on Sunday 9/1 Labor Day weekend (around 3pm)were pretty rude...would rather spend my money elsewhere!!! read more
