Great service. Very professional and they know what they're doing and recommending. I had a new pool pump installed. After 2 previous quotes that ended up being either a 1/2 job or $gouge, I decided Flawless was reputable and LICENSED for quality of service they very much deserve. read more

Joe and Jimmy always take care of the issues I have had. Fortunately everything has been covered under my Home owners warranty. I check before I open the ticket of course, but when these guys are on it, they communicate through the process, prompt, friendly, responsive and take care of it. I have had them out 4 times in 2 years and they get it done! read more

warnjng do not hire this company for any pool services. im going to sue this company for coming out to change a pool motor. when i decided i did not want their service they purposely installed my pool motor incorrectly and caused it to leak. it never had a leak before!!!! the pool technician jimmy is a complete jerk!!! i've already filed a complaint with business better bureau and a complaint with the insurance company that sub contracted the job to them!!! do not hire these guys!!! read more

Completed work without a hitch. He verified the problem with me and replaced the item.

STAY AWAY from this home warranty authorized company!! Horrible communication!! What was supposed to be a routine pool heater replacement, ended up with having to re-plaster the pool because the water sat there too long from waiting for them to get back to us and it damaged the pool surface. We ended up spending $8000 to repair the pool (on top of the cost to repair the heater from an outside company) when it could've been avoided if they had followed up with the warranty company. No communication and no follow up whatsoever so our water sat there for WEEKS, without being able to run the pump/filter. What kind of company allows that kind of customer service?? The never answer their phones or call back when you leave a voicemail. If your home warranty assigns you to them, demand another one because this one is unreliable! read more

The tech was a nice guy but I didn't agree with flawless saying that they only give receipts via text and it wasn't itemized that's why they charge more after they quote the insurance. The insurance don't question them only go by the first observation and don't let you have a second opinion after all that it still not working properly read more

"Jimmy was very helpful and kind. All the concerns we had were addressed upon his visit.".

I am just adding the same experience what people have written below. Joe came with an attitude...on his face itself it showed me " I am not going to fix your pump" As I am getting $85 from your insurance not to fix things... I am really pissed off and wasted my whole day waiting for this guy. to come and tell me your pump is not covered. I don't want to waste more time on this. But just want no other person get screwed by this people & insurance. read more

So my home warranty company sent this company to my house. Came out 2-3 times and all that Joe did was clean out my pool filter. So both Joe and Jimmy tried to swindle me, by saying I need to fix other problems with my equipment that aren't covered by warranty. Luckily, my home warranty sent out another company by the name of "Backyard pools". Parts that they replaced, new Salt Cell, new backwash valve and a new lid for my pool pump. But Joe said that he found no issues and tried to blame the Salt cell panel for electrical issues, tried to blame My booster pump too, but the new company figured it out that the panel was working just fine and that the salt cell needed to be replaced. This company tried badly to messed me over, but I'm thankful for backyard pools. The dispatcher was also rude and not helpful. And now, my pool looks great and my equipment is running outstanding... read more

I had an Amazing experience with this company. Their response time was quick. They figured out our problem and were able to fix it in a timely manner. I recently had Flawless Pool Service visit my home to (dispatched by American Home ShieldsHome warranty) diagnose an issue with my salt cell. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to expectations. The technician, who had visited my property previously, displayed a lack of professionalism during the visit. Instead of providing constructive feedback, he focused on criticizing my handling of the salt cell, assuming I had memorized the manual's instructions. While I appreciate expertise, I would have preferred a more courteous and solutions-oriented approach. read more

"The technician responded timely. Appointment was made within hours and the technician was at my house within the hours that he said he would come. He made the assessment, called for approval and worked on the repairs in a timely fashion and even explained how long the repair would take. He was courteous and left the area clean. Joe came out with American Home Shield and spent about 10 mins diagnosing our 3 items reported with regards to the pool. Very unprofessional and rude. You can tell he's settled to just make the min payment for the service call. Betting I won't be seeing or hearing from him again. SMH at people and companies like this. Please do better or find another business that makes you happier and more pleasant. read more

I can offer a 2 star. I thought when I first used them they were a good honest company. But now after my most recent experience I have a feeling I was overcharged for my first replacement job. I have a home warranty policy and they contract with this company. They just came out to perform a 30 min replacement job. Their estimate for the warranty company was $285.00 their estimate for me was an additional $235.00 to perform the job. I had 2 other companies give me their opinions and both told me that because the warranty company pays them so little the contractor will tell the warranty company they have to perform modifications so that the can charge the customer additional money to make the job worthwhile. I asked for an itemized bill showing the breakdown of each charge to my warranty company and to me . They refuse to provide it in writing. I will never pay for any work or repairs without a written estimate with a breakdown of parts and labor. This company just verbally claimed it was a flat rate. So I have located a different pool repair company that will not charge me this absolutely padded rate. I recommend you get other estimates in writing from different companies before you settle with this company. To be honest they should have just made an estimate with parts and labor to the home warranty company and never said anything about modifications and the warranty company would have paid them. read more

Flawless Pool Service was able to fix a huge leak in my pool equipment and get my old pool heater working like new. They were always responsive and on time. I was assigned to Flawless Pool Service through my home owner warranty (Old Republic Home Protection). read more

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The man who came out, Joe, was the most unprofessional individual that we have dealt with in a very long time. He was extremely rude, obviously put out by having to be there, and spent the entire time on a personal phone call, instead of focusing on the job at hand. He was very short with my husband, behaving unprofessionally and rude. He spent less than 10 minutes "diagnosing the problem", and his assessment showed lack of expertise and effort. After seeing previous reviews on Yelp, this is apparently a common theme with this company. We got a second opinion from another company who came out, and they easily fixed one of our problems on the spot, and gave a very detailed and knowledgeable explanation of what we needed for the other problem. Joe did neither of these things. Home Shield needs to remove Flawless Pool Service from the list of companies that they use. They can't be considered a reliable company if they are involved with places likes this who are incompetent and unwilling to get the job done in a professional and reliable manner. read more

This is the worst company ever to call for a service. If u need real help don't call them or even think they gonna fix anything. Joe got dispatched from my home warranty company, he has a huge attitude. He walked in no even hello, he walked to the backyard and looked at the pool equipments and was like it's ur guys problem not taking care of the pool. - We have a pool guy comes every week for cleaning and maintenance- He didn't want to replace the parts and with huge rudeness and careless walked away with nothing fixed. Stay away from this company , it's a total waste of money and time. read more

Company came out to give a diagnostics for my pool pump. They stated the pool pump was missing a part, the bonding wire. My insurance claim was denied due to "missing part ". Contacted Joe the owner and said the part was not missing that the bonding wire is there and sent him pictures. He said it's not connected now is it? When I responded no, he stated "if it's not connected, the part is missing". I told him that the insurance company said the part was missing per his report. I asked the insurance company if there is a difference between the part missing versus not being connected. Insurance company said claim would be approved if the part was not connected. Missing parts are not covered. Contacted Joe and explained that to him and he stated again if it's not connected, it's missing. So basically if the battery in your car is not connected, it's missing? If the light is not plugged in, the plug is missing? Shady business beware. read more

Scam. Horrible rude. Take no regard to thier customers. Joe the main person is the worse.. please look at their reply to my posting.. just to follow up on this the home warranty recommended another pool company which is excellent.. they had installed pool pump fixed the problem for much less. Nothing wrong with the filter.. we are happy with the other company please message me for the recommendation... Look for backyard pool for problem and irresponsible owner who take no responsibility..Wrong diagnosis from the start and worse attitude read more

Completely ignorant people that work here. Tried to explain to the guy how I wanted my pool cleaned, he just walked away in the middle of my explanation and went back to his van. Didn't know how to do anything because he wasn't paying attention to what I was trying to tell him. The tools they use are super outdated. I would 100% not recommend, you can find a cheaper option and better quality workers anywhere else just like I did. read more

Flawless pool service should change the name to Full of Flaws and No Service. We had our warranty company send this guy . Joe doesn't have a clue about pool service or how to handle pool problems. He has a disrespectful attitude and chip on his shoulder. Little Joe did not tell the truth to us or to the warranty company. He kept us in limbo for 4 weeks . Great communication, able to identify problems in our pool heater, fixed it well, polite and helpful. Thank you!

Always a good experience. Takes time to look at the entire system not just that one issue. Highly recommend.

Pump went out and was fixed in a timely manner. Technician was great, had very little room to work due to where pump was located. Technician made it work and never complained. Plus it was very cold out and despite getting wet he muscled through until the job was done. I really appreciated that. read more

Very good service. Jimmy was knowledgeable. He was on time and did great work. I would highly recommend them.

The business owner replied, please read. There is no pump problem. Another company came out. Seems the check valve had a problem, NOT the pump. And FYI, I did not use the warranty company as there choice of contractors is extremely suspect. And if there there weren't more problems after you left the first time, why did you have to come back? Twice??? Buyer beware. read more
