I had a great experience with Flawless Pool Service. Flawless was assigned by my home warranty company to fix a leaking motor. A representative arrived, diagnosed the issues, and submitted a report to the home warranty company. All of the repair were approved. On the day the repairs were completed, the representative was on time and finished the work in a couple of hours. He was on time, professional, and called me with a review of the work completed. Flawless Pool Service is a high craftsmanship and extremely customer concious service provider in my opinion. Had an awesome experience with Jimmy. He walked me through the repair and made sure to future proof my pool. He also was able to detective the problem incredibly fast, point out the problems and walk me through what needed to be done for the repair. He then came in and immediately fixed my problems and gave me suggestions on how I could improve the lifespan of my pool. Most of my pool guys could not find the problem and were selling me on 700 dll pumps and 300 dll repairs. He fixed what would have costed me 1k in 30 minutes. He was honest and told me the problems and taught me along the way. He was extremely passionate about pools and the different setups. These guys are some of the most unprofessional bunch of knuckleheads I have dealt with. They came to my house to look at the pool pump and said they never saw a pool pump with the damage my pool pump has including bad seals and bearings. Last time I checked, rusty bearing surfaces and bad seals on a 20 year old pump should be the expectation, maybe they don't have much experience? Anyway, they told my home warranty company not to pay for it, now they also don't get to install a new pump, I don't know how that makes business sense. read more

I used Flawless to remove and replace a pump/motor (5-21). Old single stage motor went out. Wanted a Variable Speed motor/pump assembly. I had the home warranty but they don't cover upgrading the equipment. I paid for the VS pump/motor and the tech completed the job and the assembly including pipe assemblies have worked flawlessly for 5 years. read more

Wow the person answering the phone is extremely rude and difficult. Very disrespectful to customers. I had this company (hired through warranty company) come and fix a leaky pool filter back in May 29, 2025. from the first phone call I placed I knew this guy Joe or Jimmy not sure of this guy's name but he was a bit rude but I just sucked it up because they were working g on my pool equipment. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and not I need my pool filter cleaned by my pool cleaning company and they can't open the pool filter easily and are asking what was used because it's extremely tight and they don't want to break anything. So I called this co. Flawless pool service and I asked if he could explain if there were any adhesives or something that would cause the lever to not open ? He was super condescending and not helpful at all. I later explained after he rudely said " I don't know what to tell" I said he was being really rude and not helpful at all when I'm only trying to get answers and figure out what to do about problem. He seemed irritated and hung up on me. Just please stay away from this company. I don't believe they know how to treat a customer and it's ashamed they are still in business but I feel I need to let people know how extremely rude and unprofessional they are. read more

They were both super rude, snarky and condescending. Like more rude than any contractors/people I've dealt with in dealing with my new house, and I've dealt with a lot. They just seemed angry to be in their line of work. Both the guy who came out and the guy answering the phones were beyond condescending. I honestly don't think they even know what the word means. The guy that came out to check my equipment called me a straight up lier and I just about threw him out of my property. He also kept speaking to me like I was an idiot and like he had all the answers but wasn't willing to communicate with me even though he was clearly a brick shy of a full load. He verbally quoted me $18,000 for a job and my dad and I ended up doing it ourselves for $8000 . That's $10,000 in profit for a 1 day job!! These people are out to bend you over. Do not use this company. These people are terrible people. Tons of other good pool people out there. Their name is actually extremely ironic because they couldn't be more flawed. read more

Run for the hills!!! These guys are hacks!!! They work for the warranty company to deny claims. My filter tank is 21 years old and needs to be replaced. It leaked then ruptured. End of story. The tech shot 41 pictures and tried to say that the tank blew 30 feet in the air. This did not happen. I was there, he wasn't. The pump doesn't make enough pressure to do that. We may end up in court. Do yourself a favor, do not use Flawless Pool Service. read more

Worst pool company i have ever dealt with. I would not go with this company, if the warranty you have send you this company I would call the warranty and have them dispatch a different company if you can! The people answering the phone are just as unprofessional as the workers they sent out to try to fix your problem. The technician Jimmy was not helpful at all every time I asked a question he would cut me off before I could not finish my question. He showed up and right away was in a hurry to go to the next claim. He blamed my heater for not working properly because of the pressure from the pool vacuum cleaner. All he did was switch a couple valves around and left. Now my pool filter has a big leak and pretty much they told me over the phone to go F myself they only came to fix the heater and had nothing to do with my filter leak even thoe the first question they asked me when they booked the appointment was if my filter was working properly and when was the last time I had it cleaned? They totally contradict themselves when you ask them questions all they do is give BS answer and hope you go for it so that they can leave and go on to the next home. This company was referred for service to my pool heater by First American Home Warranty. The heater to my pool was expelling gas and would leak water when the pool was "on." Since there was a sprinkler head right by the unit the technician diagnosed that the issue as the sprinkler directly watering the unit. I explained to the technician that that sprinkler is not used as there is no foliage around or near. In fact, I always hand water my yard as not only is it more economical it is better for your plants. This information was completely ignored and the technician reported owner damage to the unit. I then contacted two separate independent contractors Both contractors had agreed that the water damage is directly related to the age of the unit. I contacted Flawless Pool Service again to demonstrate with a video of the leak whereas water was leaking from the unit and the area around the sprinkler was dry. They were not interested and insisted that their diagnosis was correct. They also stated that my twenty-five plus years pool heater would have lasted longer had it not been for the sprinkler. However, if you "Google" the life span of a gas pool heater, you will find out, gas heaters " Generally 7-12 years, but can be less with poor maintenance or more with excellent care. My heater lasted twice as long. After a short recent phone conversation with a technician from Flawless Pool Service, I inquired about the diagnosis the technician refused to see the video demonstrating the water leaking out of the unit. This technician was adamant regarding their diagnosis. Buyer beware "Flawless Pool Service" has definite FLAWS! read more

I have a rental which I purchased around 3 years ago. I have had AHS warranty ever since I purchased the property. I also have had the same tenant in this property ever since I purchased the property. The property has a pool. Pool pump has been working fine ever since I purchased the property. Pool pump has a timer and pump was turned on/off by the timer every day early in the AM. Looks like the pool cleaning company informed the tenant that the pool pump is not working when they came to clean the pool on 5/27/25. On My 27, 2025 my tenant called me at 6:05 PM PST to inform me that pool pump is not working. I called AHS 10 minutes later (the same day 5/27/25) to request service. AHS assigned Flawless. Flawless tech came on 5/29/25. When I spoke to the tech, he told me that I tried to fix the pump first. I told the tech neither I or the tenant tried to fix the pump. I also told the tech that it would be silly of me to try to have the pump fixed when I have warranty through AHS. The tech from Flawless even made fund of me when I told him that we did not attempt to fix the pump before calling AHS. He was being very sarcastic. Long story short, AHS denied our claim because of incorrect report from Flawless Pool. Stay away from these people. Very unprofessional team. They made their $125 no matter what. read more

These people are crooks. My pool Warrenty company sent them out to evaluate my crack pool pump. They stated it was cracked however since my ph on the pool was off this voided the Warrenty. What does pool ph have to do with a cracked pool pump? I told the guy the pool has been off for 3 days so of course chemistry is off. Flawless pools gets $100.00 for every assignment they get from the home Warrenty company. Flawless pools spends 5 minutes at your address and find something to void the warranty.
