Also, you remodeled my pool in February, finished the job February 7th, water was filled by February 8th. I notified you about the problem on February 28th. So, I have no idea where you get eight months from. It was DAYS that I notified you of the problem, not eight months. Just goes to show you how unorganized and unaware you are . Plus, it's July and I'm doing this yelp review , that's five months . I have the text messages to prove it . Also, you never addressed the other problems your company created. The damages to my cement that hasn't come out. So, no you do not provide your customers with professionalism, quality work or honest service . Stop trying to put a show on for yelp. He saved us money by recommending doing an acid wash for now. We asked to make an acid wash appointment and gave us a call in about 30 min saying someone can come get it done same day. I have gone thru my fair share of pool companies and so far Superior Pool Pro has been my go to. Too many other companies either hire kids or have techs that don't take the time to service your pools. These guys will usually always take their time and stay on top of their cleanings and maintenance. You can also trust these guys with repairs and are very fair with their pricing!

Knowing that we cannot go without a working unit throughout the summer, I needed service quick. Going through Yelp, I texted Superior (because of the great reviews, I needed someone trustworthy). I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. Kudos to Superior for their prompt service and dedication to customers in need!

All their service technicians are very responsive and reliable. Geo did the first assessment. He answered all my questions and did a good job in the first pool cleaning. My regular technician is Erik, he also answered my questions and concerns. He is doing a great job in maintaining our pool. I would highly recommend their services. The monthly cost is reasonable.

I've had Poolgenx for about 1 1/2 yrs. It's hard now a days to get a pool service that is…read morereliable, knowledgeable n good with pets. Poolgenx has staffing issues, accounting issues n lacks in customer service. Their management team does not have the time to address issues or return a response to text messages. I have a very large pool that if not cleaned or treated properly will develop yellow algae. Because of Poolgenx staff issues their techs do not pay attention as they are brushing the walls of the pool to add additional chemicals if there is algae. Their rotation of personnel n lack of clients key control, have created a lot of issues. A recent tech never returned the key to my gate. It has taken PoolGenx over a month to provide a lock box for their lack of control. Currently my pool service is in limbo because the current tech does not know who will be assigned to my pool. As to accounting issues, I've had PoolGenx tell me that I was past due on my account about four times. They are set up on auto pay but even then PoolGenx argued that they never received payment. Thank goodness for B of A because they quickly called PoolGenx to confirm payment had been received n they had deposited the check. Finally, when hiring a pool service I have to make sure their staff are good with dogs. I have 2 Boston Terriers n they are very friendly n loving. One pool service company tech used the pool pole that is used to brush the pool to hit one my dogs. I have cameras throughout my property so I can monitor everything, so when I saw that I immediately fired the company. The cameras also confirm how much time techs spent cleaning my pool and how much chemicals are used. It's a shame you cannot trust some service companies to provide the service you are paying for.
