They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but they were right in the middle and were the only licensed pool repair service among the companies I considered. They were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and the installer was efficient, professional, and had the new pump installed quickly. Eddie came out to give us a quote and seemed friendly enough. That was about it. Every other word…read moreout of this persons mouth was an excuse as to why work was not being done. He said a part for my pool equipment needed to be serviced and replaced. When I told him that I had a home warranty that covered the equipment instead of letting him service the equipment directly, he became less than helpful. When I had the technician for my home warranty check the part, he said it needed lubricant, but I watched him service the part with my own eyes, and put the part back in one piece. Next thing I know, Eddie is complaining that the part is broken. At which point I told him that it had been serviced, and it was ready for him. He insisted that it was broken, and when I went out to verify, the part that I just saw placed back in the equipment was now broken in half. Please keep in mind that the only people to touch this equipment are the home warranty company, which placed it back in front of my eyes. I also had checked the equipment myself, and it was fine post repair. Then the person from this company comes out and now the part is differently SNAPPED IN HALF. I'm not sure if this was retaliation, or just improper handling, but I know that the home warranty company nor myself left that piece snapped in half. So, let's do the math. After which, I called the home warranty company BACK and they then replaced the NOW BROKEN backwash valve. In the meanwhile, I had paid Eddie to perform two filters cleans, one of which he hadn't completed, so I asked him for my money back for the time being as the service wasn't provided and I needed to make sure the funds were available in case needed for the repair. Then Eddie and his company GHOSTED ME. I have texted and called, left several messages, all trying to be kind and professional, none of which were returned. If you own a company, even if you don't want to provide service to a customer, at least handle your business properly and tell them just that. I don't want to provide service to you. Not hard, right? I mean, let's get mad because I didn't let you rip me off multiple times? I understand I have some issues that needed to be addressed. I have several dogs which I needed to dispose of my dogs waste, which was done when mentioned. However, how do you present yourself as a company, break the customers equipment, and then ghost on them? Watch out! Not very professional, and a little shady.

Not long after, the hot tub began leaking from another area. I understand that draining and refilling a spa can sometimes cause things to shift or dry out, so I had them come back. The techs were friendly and professional, and they tightened a couple of jets on the lounge chair side. Unfortunately, it was still dripping a bit afterward, and in retrospect it is obviously the adjacent jet on the same chair, why not tighten them all at the same time when they are in the same area? At this point, I'm just going to fix it myself it looks like the other jet on that same chair is the source of the leak and probably could've been addressed all in one visit. Overall, nice people with great attitudes, but the service could have been a bit more thorough and proactive.

I had a terrible experience with Premier Pools & Spas. They subcontract everything with little to…read moreno supervision. Their crew broke a gas and water line, and I was told to fix it myself.l, after i constantly told them before they were there before signing contract and before job started.The project manager never showed up except to collect payment, and they won't even attend the final inspection. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation. At this point, I do not intend to continue arguing this matter publicly. You will instead receive my formal feedback, concerns, and documentation directly through your office.
