We spoke with several pool repair companies and when we met Dan we knew we'd found our pool professional! Dan was courteous and timely scheduling and coming out to assess our pool and heat pump. As first time pool owners, we had a lot of questions. Dan assessed and fixed a small air leak in one of our valves and took time to help us better understand the basics of our pool. Our heat pump needed a complete replacement. Pool-X-Perts was priced competitively and worked with us to integrate our pool automation system as well! It was a great experience, the heat pump went in without problem, and we couldn't be happier! Lastly, a short time after the heat pump was replaced, Dan followed up to make sure everything was still working well and we were satisfied with our install -- of course we were! Also offered us breaks on replacement parts because he deals direct with the manufacturers than going retail. He and his wife have just about become part of the family. They are also very pet friendly as well and when they leave they do not leave your pets trapped in a portion of the yard and also do not leave gates open. If they damage property they own up to it and notify you of the problem and offer to fix the issue, they even will leave you a rubber ducky when they come by to let you know they've been there. You would be a fool to go elsewhere.

I called to cancel but I did pay through the month to have them come out but of course no one has showed up. ****UPDATE****** I spoke to Patrick and had such a nice conversation and assured me he would have the company make it right. They were prompt and Jose was so nice when he came out. He even fished a black snake out of the pool. I was told he was coming out on Thursday when I finally SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON and he showed up on Wednesday when I wasn't home. Then he PROMISED me he'd send me a link for an item I needed to purchase and I still haven't heard from him, 2 days later. Meanwhile my pool sweeper is barely moving ... for the last 4 weeks when when I spoke with my actual pool cleaner that told me I HAD TO BUY THE PART not telling me what I needed to know in order to buy the part. Yesterday Nick tells me he will send me a link and still nothing. I wouldn't mind the couple of day delay if it had not have already been a WEEK DELAY!!!!!!!!. After a few months the pool looked like a swamp. I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Really great job.
