Then he told us some off the wall story that he was turning our services over to someone else because he moving to Miami,FL. So l started thinking after he told us this, I talk to my husband I said I was going to release him from servicing our pool. You just don't turn our services over to anyone some off wall company name " . So he call late that evening around 7:30 or 8:00 p.m said he no longer wanted to service our pool it just not working out because I asked him questions about our pool. This is expensive pool. I was released and very happy he released himself. Save us a phone call. Because he would have ruined our new pool. Junior unknowledgeable and inexperience it so sad to say , but I saw with my own eyes. I am just keeping it real and seeing him on our home security cameras at the pool side his visit was only 7 to 10 minutes each time " cleaning the pool". He did refund for last week his cancellation. It wasn't about the money it was just poor business and services. I wanted great service for our pool. He said he can do the job when he came to see about the job. Do take advantage of people you shouldn't have to watch them every time they come to clean our pool , you pay them to do a great job each day and time they show up.
