After he busted out my simple sand filter and installing the this truly (labor intensive) filter which the customer must pull apart and clean every few months, it turned out the whole time the issue was with a clogged pool pump. I was sold a $900 filter that I did not need, but had no choice now because the technician busted up my old sand filter. In short, I would not trust this company to change my cat litter box.
