Sandwich was the Tail Dragger sandwich (Black Forest ham, oven-roasted turkey, pastrami, salami, Swiss, provolone, and mayo on sourdough) along with Jalapeño Beer Cheese soup. The sandwich was spot on, well toasted with a satisfying crunch, melty cheese, and layers of flavor in every bite. The soup was equally impressive: rich, cheesy, and savory with just the right amount of jalapeño kick without being overpowering. There was a fairly large group of older / retired folks who had just ordered when I arrived. Whether they were waiting on a charter flight or this is a regular Wednesday gathering, the place had a fun atmosphere. Despite the crowd and several pending orders, my food came out faster than expected. As an added bonus, the Vegas Golden Knights' jet was parked on the tarmac, which was very cool to see. This place reinforces my theory that FBOs and semi-private airports often have some of the best hidden gem diners and bistros, places usually known only to flight crews and private pilots. The outside covered patio, surrounded by gorgeous greenery, is a soothing and welcome break after a hard day at work. The decor throughout the restaurant is stunning. The food is amazingly delicious. Fresh salsa and homemade chips kick off a wide array of elevated Mexican dishes. We absolutely love the Chicken Tinga with jalapeño cream sauce, and the mini rellenos--served with their own special dipping sauce--are not to be missed. They've officially become my new favorite. Service is exceptional! The staff is kind and accommodating from the moment you arrive until the very end of your meal. We love it here and can't wait to come back!

We had to ask for them to lower the shade which meant we couldn't enjoy the view but spared us from being sunburned and overheated. My friends split a flight and one of the flavors was wrong. Then when our food arrived, one of their bison burgers was extremely overcooked (despite the waiter asking them how they wanted it cooked). My friend sent the burger back and got attitude from the waiter. When we got the bill, they charged us for the first overcooked burger. We only noticed because we happened to look at the email receipt. They fixed it when we brought it up, but it was really frustrating after the experience we had. Additionally, we didn't realize there was a 4% service charge. Overall, this place is just not worth the drive and price. For $60/person for food and drinks, it's not worth it for such an underwhelming experience.
