In addition to the gutters and downspouts, we have four french drains at the house and one was blocked. Also, my husband and I couldn't figure out where in the yard the drains came out from. Cesar was able to unblock the one drain and find out the exit point of that one drain, which was great. Ray came out a separate time and he found the remaining exit points of the other three drains which is phenomenal. Both Cesar and Ray are extremely professional, have excellent attention to detail, and are easy to work with while being very reasonably priced.

The other company needed to be texted multiple times before remembering to set up an appointment, promised a quote which ended up being very late and, when we called to book an appointment, took over a week to respond. These folks responded to the initial contact within about an hour (even though we accidentally contacted them after their business hours), immediately set up an appointment, kept in good communication with us and got the job done all before the other company got around to setting up a time to come out weeks later. Thanks for the good work, Cesar. And I'll point out that there is a problematic review elsewhere on this page that Ray handled wonderfully. He didn't have to take ownership of the poor review so the fact that he did speaks volumes. Very impressive.

The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.
