I requested my eggs over-medium and they were cooked perfectly--a feat that is surprisingly difficult for many diner chefs to nail down. My friend opted for the impressive Triple Bypass Skillet ($16): three eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausage, AND Taylor ham, all served over a bed of seasoned breakfast potatoes in a sizzling cast iron pan.
