Oh my goodness this was a delightful breakfast the pancakes were light and fluffy and the service was quick and efficient. One if the best breakfast meals I've had in the Smokies and I have been coming here for decades! The servers were friendly and the log cabin decor was warm and homey. I will say that the food quality has unfortunately gone downhill from what I remember it being in previous years. I had the Spanish Skillet, and the hash didn't taste super fresh. Good for breakfast, there are many pancake options, regular eggs and meat options and also Omelet options. Our waitress was very friendly and kept us refilled and taken care of. Our drinks came out in mason jars and the food took a bit but we had several plates so that was expected. The place has a rustic cabin feel to it, we went about 10am on a Monday, so it wasn't too busy, The only real issue we had and not sure how it could be avoided but because the air conditioner and ceiling fans were going, the food cooled off real quick as soon as we received it. The sausage gravy and eggs were not as hot as they could have been. Thing to try is the Hash Brown Cheezy casserole, very tasty, kids thought it reminded them of mac and cheese.
