This is a go to spot each time we visit our daughter in Miami. The menu has a variety of food, something for everyone. They have great lunch and dinner specials and prices are reasonable with big portion sizes. It is a busy sports bar type atmosphere and service is always good. Our servers have always been attentive and keeps our drinks filled. I love that I can bring the drink cup home. It makes for a conversation piece. We ordered loaded nachos, Joe's Rockin rib rolls and some garlic rolls on this visit. The egg rolls were very tasty. A perfect amount of meat and cheese. I wish the nachos would have had some of the cheese that is saucy, but there was a lot of shredded cheese. Nachos were a very large portion and shared amongst the table. The rolls were very buttery. I would recommend stopping here to eat when you visit Miami. read more

As someone who's owned 3 restaurants and spent 10 years as a National Account Manager for Ecolab, I understand the chaos of a busy night. But I've never felt as weird and embarrassed as I did here. * First off, parking is a nightmare. After circling, I finally found a spot and headed inside. * I sat at the bar to watch the NBA playoffs (and I get it--the Panthers were also playing, so it was packed). * I ordered a Caesar salad and asked to add steak for protein, but was told they couldn't do that. No big deal--I adjusted my order. Finally got the salad and then ordered another steak salad, because I needed some protein for my diet routine. Basically ate two salads and meat. * A second bartender later asked if I'd ordered anything. I said yes, the salad. Turns out the first bartender never rang it in and simply said, "I thought you'd let me know." I arrived at 8 PM and stayed to wait for a friend arriving at 11 PM. During that time, I had 4 drinks--over the course of 3 hours. Then out of nowhere, I was told they couldn't serve me anymore. I asked why and whether I looked drunk. The bartender, who was kind and polite, said, "Absolutely not, you're very nice. It's just that someone got fired recently for over-serving." What confused me is that their own promotion offers a pitcher of beer and 10 wings--clearly one person and it was not limited to groups. if dining alone you would have gotten drunk quick, like the guy who had a 2 hour convo about Star Wars to the left side of me. I was so happy he left. Regardless he was obviously drunk and I would have stopped servicing him, but yet they kept on going. Once she told me that it's a policy I politely said: I"It's not your fault," and left, feeling self-conscious and honestly a bit humiliated. I went to another Flanigan's location right after and they said I looked perfectly fine. Even though she told me they fired someone today because of it. I don't feel I should be the person they need to prove that point to. I appreciate that they're monitoring guests, but there needs to be consistency. I was surrounded by visibly drunk couples--some who clearly knew the staff--and I'm the one they cut off? I won't be back. Not because of the staff (who were actually very sweet), but because of how poorly and awkwardly this situation was handled. Flanigan's needs to pick its battles more carefully if it wants to treat guests. read more

Our waitress was Frannelys she's amazing! To our surprise, it was actually her first day and we were the very first table she served. She did an incredible job, was attentive and friendly, and made our experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back and asking for her again! read more

Waiters and manager were very much generous but potato was cold. Had to ask to get it changed out and never got the water I ordered. I understand it gets busy and a lot going on but I sat out where there were only a few tables to take care of and we were quite a simple and a party of 3. 5 stars for food 4 stars for service. read more

Dinner menu was very extensive. It had a bit of everything. Food was fresh and delicious. We tried the burgués, ribs and the steak which did not disappoint. Service was very good. Very attentive staff. We had to wait a little for a large table for our group, but once seated we were helped right away. . Ambiance was good, I wish they had the music volume q but lower or at least there were two different areas for families with a lower music level. Decor was pretty cool. Prices were great, even low for the quality of food and service. We were very pleased. We will definitely go back there next visit to Miami. read more

THE BANZAI BROWNIE!! So rich and decadent. The brownie comes warm so the icecream on top starts to melt into it and it's the most amazing thing. The light creamy vanilla icecream on top of the warm fudgy brownie is so satisfying. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The happy hour deals here are unbeatable. All drinks half off after 10. Me and my friend shared a whole pitcher of beer and 10 wings for $15, such a steal. That being said, the wings aren't great. They aren't necessarily bad but they're nothing special. very small wings and the sauce is decent at best. The burgers are also just ok. Patty a bit dry and not much flavor overall. Was in the area with my boyfriend and he had a $20 gift card to Flanagan's that he won. So I decided to use the gift card since we were hungry. It was raining and there was a little bit of flood in the parking lot so we had to park in the Chili's parking lot and walk to Flanigan's because I was not going to step in puddles of water. We were craving burgers so I have the Texas burger and boyfriend had the flooding and burger. We both agreed that the meat needed more seasoning, I just saw it felt like he was missing some thing so I put some barbecue sauce on it. The sweet potato fries were so good especially with the cinnamon sugar and the curly fries were nice and hot and fresh. The loaded nachos was decent the cheese was not melted all the way disappointing and there wasn't enough of the chili on them on it. Shower a lemonade picture was on point at add some water in it because it was just too sweet. Our waiter was very informative and letting us know the specials for today she was really attentive and kind. location is clean. read more

This review is for my service, Juneteenth, Friday, lunchtime. VALERIA is a horrible and extremely rude and immature employee. Luckily I am not a regular weekday customer so I had never seen her despite the 20+ years I have gone there and supposedly she's been there for years yet apparently hasn't learned how to do her job yet. I also seen another review here about her rudeness. She asked if I wanted a menu yet i never got it, no biggie. I wasn't even provided the lunch menu. I ordered a Bloody Mary and she automatically upgraded to the premium vodka without asking pardon me if i am used to the weekend bartenders which i can't say enough about what great service they provide. They ask what liquor I prefer and they always tell me about new food items and specials and are professional and friendly. Then when i told the other bartender she said but you drank it which was offensive since to me I can't taste the difference between the house or the premium vodka and I hadn't looked at the ticket yet. VALERIA told me I should have been more specific, when she is the server And it's her job to ask me if I want premium vodka. So then Valeria said she refused to serve me, what a travesty. They never recognized my concern and were being defensive so I asked for the manager and instead of talking to me--he spoke to them- and went to deduct the difference which solved my initial problem but is no longer the point, i refused the deduction and paid full price because this point i wanted out of there while I was paying VALERIA was smirking and laughing in the background because apparently this was funny to her. With her bad attitude she should not be in the hospitality industry. And no apologies from anyone. I miss the days when German and his buddy were there. Don't expect 25- 30% tip for showing up and making me a drink. You already get paid for that. Provide the service and be professional that is how tips are earned. There are choices where people can spend their money and you are giving Flanigan's a bad name. I for one are disgusted with the one bad experiencia despiste the many good ones. read more

My family loves Flannigans. It's a chain Restaurant with many locations. The kids have always liked the ribs. This is a place We come back to for family meals. You can share the full rack of ribs. The wait times can be long. Be careful if there's going to be a game as it's a sports bar, with a fishing motif. You might have to wait 1/2 hour to get a table. This particular Restaurant has limited parking. read more

This is an extremely busy Flanigan's. The parking is tight and limited. The music in the restaurant is WAY TOO LOUD. Especially in the bar. We stopped in on a Sunday night and the bass of the music was super loud. They were playing rap music and other selections. The fact the music was just too loud in the restaurant is the only reason I took off a star. The food was delicious. My Pasta with chicken had a nice flavor and the chicken tenders were cooked to perfection. Overall, this is a great location although very busy. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great selection of food and something good to eat. read more

Have been to this Flanigan's several times. In the past the food was good but the service was below average. Went for lunch today and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was exceptional. Our server, Alan, was great. He was quite attentive and had a great personality. Truly, the rest of the wait staff could learn something from him. When in Miami, Flanigan's is a staple, or atleast was. I used to enjoy coming here with friends. Our family recently visited for dinner on a weekday, and it was pretty empty. Upon entering the doors, it did not feel like a Flanigan but more like a nightclub because of all the loud house music. There was no host in sight for a hot minute. When one finally showed up, she came out cussing with their coworker while she told a personal story. My kids were listening to all of it. She was so busy in her story that she didn't even get us a highchair. We sit down, looking around and reminiscing what used to be Flanigans, but that music just does not match what it's all about. It's too loud to talk. We waited around 10 to 15 minutes with no server in sight and no acknowledgment that we were there. After that time, we tried to get someone's attention to the fact that we hadn't been helped. One waitress came up to us, and she kindly helped us out while letting us know that she wasn't our waitress and that our waitress was late for work. She took our orders. Our food was alright. The kid burger was the saddest burger with no tomato, no lettuce, no nothing. We asked for those things, and it took about 10 minutes to get it. The person that brought it back was the other waitress even though ours was back and had asked us if we needed anything. We spoke English and even with this, she continued to speak Spanish. The stuff took a hot minute to arrive. Come to find out as we get the bill from the other waitress (not the one assigned to our area), that our waitress was too busy off in a corner dancing salsa to bother to help us with anything. I had no words for this and only felt frustrated that someone even had to pick up her slack. read more

Manager on 6/29/2025 The evening shift manager on duty was distasteful, rude and I have never witnessed anyone treat a group of ladies that way who weren't doing anything wrong. He was hostile and I felt bad for all the women he harmed yesterday. He was also in the wrong and refused to apologize for his actions. I hope no one gets that type of service again. read more

The place was very crowded, but that wasn't the main issue. The service was awful, probably the worst I've experienced at a Flanigan's. Our waitress, Patricia (Patty), lacked basic customer service skills. I had to ask for a straw when she brought the water, and she only provided one napkin despite me ordering finger food that obviously required more. The fried onions were also disappointing--unevenly cooked and not up to the standard of other Flanigan's locations I've visited. To top it off, I had to wait and ask another server for my check because Patty was nowhere to be found. This experience was such a letdown, especially compared to the usually friendly and attentive staff at other locations. read more
