My family loves Flannigans. It's a chain Restaurant with many locations. The kids have always liked the ribs. This is a place We come back to for family meals. You can share the full rack of ribs. The wait times can be long. Be careful if there's going to be a game as it's a sports bar, with a fishing motif. You might have to wait 1/2 hour to get a table. This particular Restaurant has limited parking. read more

Waiters and manager were very much generous but potato was cold. Had to ask to get it changed out and never got the water I ordered. I understand it gets busy and a lot going on but I sat out where there were only a few tables to take care of and we were quite a simple and a party of 3. 5 stars for food 4 stars for service. read more

Have been to this Flanigan's several times. In the past the food was good but the service was below average. Went for lunch today and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was exceptional. Our server, Alan, was great. He was quite attentive and had a great personality. Truly, the rest of the wait staff could learn something from him. Manager on 6/29/2025 The evening shift manager on duty was distasteful, rude and I have never witnessed anyone treat a group of ladies that way who weren't doing anything wrong. He was hostile and I felt bad for all the women he harmed yesterday. He was also in the wrong and refused to apologize for his actions. I hope no one gets that type of service again. read more

It's always packed, forget about parking. Place doesn't look clean but food is delicious. Servers are a roulette sometimes you get a good one or a bad one. Prices are good and plate size is enough. read more

The place was very crowded, but that wasn't the main issue. The service was awful, probably the worst I've experienced at a Flanigan's. Our waitress, Patricia (Patty), lacked basic customer service skills. I had to ask for a straw when she brought the water, and she only provided one napkin despite me ordering finger food that obviously required more. The fried onions were also disappointing--unevenly cooked and not up to the standard of other Flanigan's locations I've visited. To top it off, I had to wait and ask another server for my check because Patty was nowhere to be found. This experience was such a letdown, especially compared to the usually friendly and attentive staff at other locations. read more

Was in the area with my boyfriend and he had a $20 gift card to Flanagan's that he won. So I decided to use the gift card since we were hungry. It was raining and there was a little bit of flood in the parking lot so we had to park in the Chili's parking lot and walk to Flanigan's because I was not going to step in puddles of water. We were craving burgers so I have the Texas burger and boyfriend had the flooding and burger. We both agreed that the meat needed more seasoning, I just saw it felt like he was missing some thing so I put some barbecue sauce on it. The sweet potato fries were so good especially with the cinnamon sugar and the curly fries were nice and hot and fresh. The loaded nachos was decent the cheese was not melted all the way disappointing and there wasn't enough of the chili on them on it. Shower a lemonade picture was on point at add some water in it because it was just too sweet. So no, I have a rule don't send things back to the kitchen to FIX! Even if they messed it up! I can't do that send things back! I trust no one. So now I'm headed home to watch the game Toronto/ Dodgers on my laptop. It my own fault, things like this have happened at this location and I keep coming back like an idiot. Be careful people everyone is nice and then they F**kup your food. I gave the food to my dog! That's how much I trust this place! This is an extremely busy Flanigan's. The parking is tight and limited. The music in the restaurant is WAY TOO LOUD. Especially in the bar. We stopped in on a Sunday night and the bass of the music was super loud. They were playing rap music and other selections. The fact the music was just too loud in the restaurant is the only reason I took off a star. The food was delicious. My Pasta with chicken had a nice flavor and the chicken tenders were cooked to perfection. Overall, this is a great location although very busy. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great selection of food and something good to eat. read more

When in Miami, Flanigan's is a staple, or atleast was. I used to enjoy coming here with friends. Our family recently visited for dinner on a weekday, and it was pretty empty. Upon entering the doors, it did not feel like a Flanigan but more like a nightclub because of all the loud house music. There was no host in sight for a hot minute. When one finally showed up, she came out cussing with their coworker while she told a personal story. My kids were listening to all of it. She was so busy in her story that she didn't even get us a highchair. We sit down, looking around and reminiscing what used to be Flanigans, but that music just does not match what it's all about. It's too loud to talk. We waited around 10 to 15 minutes with no server in sight and no acknowledgment that we were there. After that time, we tried to get someone's attention to the fact that we hadn't been helped. One waitress came up to us, and she kindly helped us out while letting us know that she wasn't our waitress and that our waitress was late for work. She took our orders. Our food was alright. The kid burger was the saddest burger with no tomato, no lettuce, no nothing. We asked for those things, and it took about 10 minutes to get it. The person that brought it back was the other waitress even though ours was back and had asked us if we needed anything. We spoke English and even with this, she continued to speak Spanish. The stuff took a hot minute to arrive. Come to find out as we get the bill from the other waitress (not the one assigned to our area), that our waitress was too busy off in a corner dancing salsa to bother to help us with anything. I had no words for this and only felt frustrated that someone even had to pick up her slack. read more

After many years dining at Flanigan's Doral I had to say stop. this evening it has been the last time the saw me, in the past it was my favourite place where to have dinner, but recently it it has became worse and worse. Flanigans never fails to dispapoint me , my office today picked up lunch for 5 and what a waste of money that was. THey described thier deep fried shrimp as battered crispy shrimp. Not only was it not battered it was heavy season breading that was not fried long enough so they came out greasy and soggy . They falsely advertise the shrimp as being battered. the baked potatoe was only thing edible on that plate and we had three orders of that shrimp that was the worst i have ever seen you got once , you got me twice you will never get me again. You guys have the worst food in the world at least your doral location is horrible i have been to the coconut grove one and they are pretty decent by comparison. You need new cooks. read more

This is simply a Miami staple for a chill meal with friends. We came here for lunch and although it wasn't that busy service was a little slow. We had the garlic rolls, chicken stickers and a bonsai dessert. The food was served hot but all of our plates came out at different times. We waited quite a while for the check and couldn't find our waitress. We had to ask a different server to help us with the check. Definitely not enough parking, had to park at the chilis next door. For a Saturday night we didn't have too wait long at all, 10 minutes tops just to clean the table. The food was really good and great value cost wise! The ribs were delicious! The server was sweet but only checked in about every 30 minutes. We were there for 3 hours just based on service and only received one water refill. The environment is great, loved the theming and menu. It's Flanny's - a staple of South Florida! If you want solid food and good drinks while catching a game, this is the place to be. Our most recent visit was during a UM game, however we were able to be seated rather quickly. If you're familiar with this location, it's not that large. They have two small dining rooms and a large bar area with high-top seating surrounding the bar. We were seated in one of the smaller dining rooms, in an awkward table right by the bathroom. The smell of cleaner (I guess better than sewage smell) was so overpowering. Everything took so long - food AND drinks - and our server was MIA for a good portion of our time there. No hustle, no bustle, just MIA. We had to stop other servers just to ask about where he was. In fact, I needed napkins and we didn't have any. Lucky for me, my table was not just by the bathroom but also next to the server station, so I reached up and grabbed a stack of napkins. My server showed up, saw the napkins I took, said "We can't take that many napkins" and then put all but four napkins back. It's a guarantee that I will make a mess of some sort while eating, and even if I don't, I need several napkins on hand just to eat their garlic rolls. I read another review that also talked about napkins. Seriously, is there a shortage that we don't know about? Flanigan's is the place to be to get good food, but service and skimping on tableware and paper products needs to be improved upon. read more

Such a staple for the area! Absolutely love Flanigan's. They have some great dinner specials, I opted for the prime rib for 18.99 - it came with a salad, a drink, and garlic knots too. This location can be hard to get to when it's busy but overall very good Flanigan's. Definitely will come back again soon. read more

Overall good experience. Not enough servers but they are trying their best. Delicious ribs and chicken wings but terrible fries.

Just be careful , great chain of restaurant but the manager of this location has to learn how to treat the costumers . It is a shame . A person who did not care about the costumers has to be working in another place . read more

Today was not a good day at flanigans. I arrived with 2 friends of mine. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated ( not bad ) . We ordered drinks around 2:30 pm. We were seated by the bar area so we were able to watch the 2 bartenders. We did not receive our drinks til about 3:15 pm. The bartenders were serving all the customers seated at the bar while all the tickets for customers seated outside the bar were just piling up. The waitress and manager were very nice and apologetic. My burger was great as always. I suggest flanigans work on the bar area to tend to customers in a timely manner. read more
