It ended up being a pleasant surprise because it was hearty, full of flavor, and reminded me a lot of sopa de res. The Glass Noodle Chicken Soup was much lighter, with a clean, comforting broth that made for a great contrast to the rich beef stew. Both soups were generously portioned. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service or rude behavior toward paying customers. If a business cannot manage being at full capacity, it should have a better system in place rather than taking frustration out on guests.
