Flame Broiler never misses. Michael, the owner, goes above and beyond with customer service--you can tell he really cares about every customer who walks in. The food is consistently on point, and the chicken is never dry (which is rare). Solid spot you can always count on. read more

Online orders are ready on time I get the mini bowls and freeze them for lunch when im too lazy to meal prep ~ each bowl is about 380-400 cal depending on meat and sauce plus it's balanced cause u can get brown rice and veggies I dont like how they dont give u the type and # of sauces u requested on the app so u have to do it yourself- the containers are so annoying some of the tops dont fit - wish they had prepackaged sauces so u can just grab n go This location has specials like 4 chicken bowls for 38.99 which is better pricing than the app - ill totally do that next time Lots of parking Restaurant clean read more

This is a convenient location near the 91 freeway, close to a ton of businesses and other restaurant options. This location is clean, staff is friendly, service was extremely quick, I hadn't even sat down from ordering and our bowls were ready in 1-2 minutes. They also offer a 2 bowl lunch special which is a steal. Stop in for yourself! read more

A definite place to try if you want something quick and healthy. The lines are never that long and they get you in quick and easy. I love coming to this place whenever I need a quick fix. Get it with avocado which always seems like it's fresh. I love this place! read more

Got our to-go order wrong (veggies missing in 2 bowls), plus missing our *2* sides of kimchi ($7). Tried to call them, they wouldn't pick up. (It was 2 minutes before closing.) Left them VM. Hoping they give us a refund when we go back tomorrow. read more

This was prepared way fast. I'm guessing they just keep a supply of cooked beef and chicken all evening cuz it was across the street when I ordered and ready when I got there. Tastes like fast food Asian stir fry basically. Maybe healthier than Panda Express but definitely not that fresh tasting. And the cheapest veggies, carrots, broccoli and cabbage. Just got a bowl with beef and chicken. All in all really not tasty, sorry. Not for the cost even if convenient. Seemed microwaved honestly. Located by Motel 6 is the only reason I went here. Didn't know Doordash is more expensive than the menu price even if you pick it up yourself so that's kinda odd. Fifteen bucks is regular full service restaurant prices. It was quick I guess. I wouldn't come here again based on that price and a little miffed I lost a few bucks that way but I had a gift card. No outdoor seating. read more

I don't mean to be a karen, but I've been here twice. Neither time was great the first time the gentleman was very happy, and the food seemed ok. This particular visit wasn't very pleasant I got the two chicken bowls the chicken smelled funny the rice was way to sticky and I asked for avocado and they just scooped it out and plopped it right on top didn't even slice it. The sauce spouts were very dirty kinda made me nervous. I just hope I don't get sick. I ate one bowl and took a few bites, and the smell just got to me read more

I do love this location of flame broiler. Every time I come here they're super nice and friendly. I'm writing this review cuz I was cracking up when I drove up to the spot. I'm across the way and I see this woman standing there w a sign to attract potential diners. She just stood there. No waving or flipping of the sign. She was just staring at me. I noticed how uncomfortable I was to look at someone who just seemed to look right through me. I walked towards her, I did my best smizing w my mask on, and still no acknowledgement from her. I walked past her and finally saw the machine behind her that's supposed to make the animatronic come to life. Anyhoo... once I went inside, I was greeted right away. And my order was ready before I could even complete a quick game in my phone. And, the cashier was really nice and friendly, as I stated above. I'll take flame broiler over waba any day! read more

Visited Flame Broiler today and Arnold was very pleasant and friendly taking our order. Overall great service!

Arnold provided excellent service quickly & efficiently. Location is clean, tidy, & stocked.

This place traumatized me, and I was thinking about it today. 4-7 years ago in the evening, I bought a tofu bowl here. For some reason, when they gave me my food, the restaurant started playing one song really loud over and over and over as I sat there trying to eat my food. I was already alarmed that the tofu was a fleshy pink. I wasn't expecting that. The fleshy pink colored tofu and the overly loud song playing on repeat and the cashier staring at me triggered some kind of internal paranoia psychological attack and it effected me for a long time and as I'm experiencing anxiety this morning and feeling sort of locked in place, I remembered it and decided to say something years later when I have enough power to say it. It's too late now, but I think people should know that happened here. I felt attacked. It was totally weird. I wish there was an explanation, but it's been so long... Truly awful. Never ate there since. I cannot emphasize enough how that contributed to whatever mental/anxiety I've been dealing with, but I hate seeing Flame Broilers anywhere now. Utterly horrific experience. No, I wasn't "high" or something. read more

I haven't been to flame broiler in a very long time because I've been going to a teriyaki place near my house but lately everything is burned. Well all i can say is I will definitely be back! Found my new teriyaki place. I tried to get a picture of my full bowl but I gobbled it up due to how tasty it was I just couldn't stop. Shout out to the cook that day and shout out to the cashier Alejandra for being approachable and pleasant. read more

I ordered regular chciken bowl with everything on it, and I was surprised that my food was ready in less than 3 minutes. Was the food already prcooked and they just warm it upon purchase?
