When Walking up to the office I met a very nice & her husband who turned out to be the owners of the Landscape Connection. They We're actually closed but had been on vacation the week prior & were there just to catch up on a few things. Anyways they asked me what I needed, and actually went out of their way to service me that day on a holiday during non business hours. The husband fired up the tractor and loaded my truck up with what I needed. It was very much appreciated and I would reccommend the Landscape connection to anyone. I found the manager of this store to be beyond rude. The lady on the floor was very kind, pushing…read moresales and trying to get you to buy a tote for $10 if you spend $30 and then giving you a coupon for $10 off if you spend $30 so essentially the tote is free. Upon check out we decided against the tote and bought enough to use the $10 off coupon we were provided (and also receive in the mail). The cashier, who appeared to be the manager hastily said that we couldn't do that and then when asking why she said we didn't spend $30 because we were a dollar under before tax. I then grabbed something for $1 to make $30 and she grabbed her headpiece and told the lady on the floor in such an attitude to stop her sales approach because it wasn't working and maintained her rude engagement with us as we paid and left. Customer service First and pushing sales second...I will be sure not to visit this store again. The last thing anyone needs when holiday shopping is to be treated like this.

Remember that jar or coffee can of hardware your dad or grandfather had with a jumble of stuff that was completely disorganized but always contained what you needed? This place is a 3,000 square foot version of that. My son calls it "the dollar store" because it weems like no matter what hardware bits we ever need when we get to the register, the guy says "ummm, I don't know, how about a dollar?"
