When Walking up to the office I met a very nice & her husband who turned out to be the owners of the Landscape Connection. They We're actually closed but had been on vacation the week prior & were there just to catch up on a few things. Anyways they asked me what I needed, and actually went out of their way to service me that day on a holiday during non business hours. The husband fired up the tractor and loaded my truck up with what I needed. It was very much appreciated and I would reccommend the Landscape connection to anyone. They've always been a great resource here in flagstaff and surrounding areas and have serviced our needs multiple times. So thank you Landscape Connection. You really came through for us.

They do have a better selection, though of house plants, cactus/succulents and outdoor plants than the west side location. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find someone who has proper knowledge in the garden section, and many of the outdoor plants they have are not good for our zone. She gave us a design and bid for our backyard remodel. Other companies wanted to charge a ridiculous fee for a design. Sarah had one to me in a matter of days. The design and bid was reasonable and we went with the company. The crew came out when they said they would and worked hard each day to get the project done ahead of schedule. Each time there was a complication that came up the guys addressed it and solved the problem. Their bid came in below a lot of the others. They weren't the lowest bid but they showed a level of professionalism that made me comfortable and want to go with them. I already saw their work because they did a neighbor's backyard last year. So I know they do good work. At the end of the project they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and Sarah was available to answer any questions after the fact and they got paid. I would highly recommend them for design and execution. I would definitely use them again.

Nigel is the best!…read more He consulted us on installing a water harvesting system on our property. He is very knowledgeable and has a good crew that helps with installation. We ended up going for a 1750 gallon tank, with new extra large gutters with screens. He was able to hook it up with our existing irrigation system, so now our grass is watered with rain we harvested from the roof! We will also be watering our fruit trees and shrubs with this water. He took the time to explain our options, and worked with us on how to get the most bang for our buck. There were only a couple of small issues with the installation, which he was able to solve quickly. He was quick in responding to the issues. We love our "Big Bertha", and Flagstaff Native Plant and Seed.

Broken items came in and got returned…read moreand came back with damage still, which we had no time in the project to reorder and told the store, which did nothing. Ordered a fence panel that was good initially, like a year or two ago, then reordered more and they all came missing an entire picket and with ugly gaps in between the picks and panels. Whole experience with every staff member was ridiculous and nobody helped and most made it worse somehow. Tiffany was the only manager at the store who did anything about this, even though I'm pretty sure it wasn't even her department, and actually solved a problem. Thank you Tiffany. Her and a most recent experience with a helpful staff named Trevor are what takes this from one to two stars.
