When Walking up to the office I met a very nice & her husband who turned out to be the owners of the Landscape Connection. Anyways they asked me what I needed, and actually went out of their way to service me that day on a holiday during non business hours. The husband fired up the tractor and loaded my truck up with what I needed. It was very much appreciated and I would reccommend the Landscape connection to anyone. They've always been a great resource here in flagstaff and surrounding areas and have serviced our needs multiple times. So thank you Landscape Connection. You really came through for us.

I understand that everything has gone up in price, but their plants have definitely made a huge jump! They do have a better selection, though of house plants, cactus/succulents and outdoor plants than the west side location. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find someone who has proper knowledge in the garden section, and many of the outdoor plants they have are not good for our zone. Nevertheless, they are cheaper than nurseries. I always love how they have fun with skellies!!! They have crazy Halloween and Christmas set ups!

The refrigerator wouldn't fit through the garage door into the kitchen, and we were told we'd have to take it back through the front door ourselves. The salespeople at Home Depot were horrified when we went in person to complain. Their calls to the delivery company didn't help, and the company flatly refused to send a team to bring it into our house. We ended up returning the refrigerator and the delivery company will be picking it up in two days. Funny how they can do that and lose a sale but couldn't deliver it into our kitchen. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot!

I recently finished a project with Flagstaff Native plant and seed. It was a wonderful experience…read more Sarah was very responsive and answered all my questions. She gave us a design and bid for our backyard remodel. Other companies wanted to charge a ridiculous fee for a design. Sarah had one to me in a matter of days. The design and bid was reasonable and we went with the company. The crew came out when they said they would and worked hard each day to get the project done ahead of schedule. Each time there was a complication that came up the guys addressed it and solved the problem. Their bid came in below a lot of the others. They weren't the lowest bid but they showed a level of professionalism that made me comfortable and want to go with them. I already saw their work because they did a neighbor's backyard last year. So I know they do good work. At the end of the project they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and Sarah was available to answer any questions after the fact and they got paid. I would highly recommend them for design and execution. I would definitely use them again.

Nigel is the best!…read more He consulted us on installing a water harvesting system on our property. He is very knowledgeable and has a good crew that helps with installation. We ended up going for a 1750 gallon tank, with new extra large gutters with screens. He was able to hook it up with our existing irrigation system, so now our grass is watered with rain we harvested from the roof! We will also be watering our fruit trees and shrubs with this water. He took the time to explain our options, and worked with us on how to get the most bang for our buck. There were only a couple of small issues with the installation, which he was able to solve quickly. He was quick in responding to the issues. We love our "Big Bertha", and Flagstaff Native Plant and Seed.

Beware: Home Depot sends all "Need help fast?" emergencies to a 2.0-rated installer with several…read morehundred bad reviews and BBB complaints, and instead of standing up for the customer they make insulting offers and ask you to sign a gag order so you don't write bad reviews when the job is done poorly I called Home Depot's "Need help fast?" number because I had water under my heater, assumed that meant I needed a new water heater, and needed urgent help. That number goes straight to Delta Mechanical, shown as their installer and "100% backed." Delta's own paperwork says they will inspect the area, install the equipment, and test the unit before leaving. They did none of that. The wall behind the heater was soaked, they mounted an expansion tank into that wet wall, which fell out the next day, never came inside to run water or clear the lines, didn't actually test anything, and left. Soon after, there was water under the new heater again. I was at home with a leaking water heater, repeatedly calling and texting Delta asking what to do. They ignored me, and the visit they finally scheduled was a no-show, so I had to hire another licensed plumber to protect my home. They even brought another water heater with them in case the new one had failed, but after inspecting everything they found and repaired a leak in the wall and told me the water heater itself didn't need to be replaced, exactly what any reputable vendor would do. In total, I paid about $1,100 for the original installation with Delta/Home Depot and another $788 to the second plumber just to end up with one proper installation. Home Depot told me my labor warranty was void because I had called someone else. Now Delta and Home Depot are trying to spin this as "just a wall leak" instead of admitting the installer never did the required inspection or testing. Home Depot's response was an insulting offer of $500 tied to a gag order telling me not to talk about this or leave bad reviews, an offer I refused so I could speak up for other customers. On top of that, Home Depot's own site only allows "product" reviews, not true customer service reviews, and they review what you write before deciding whether to post it, which makes it even harder for customers to warn others. With several hundred bad reviews (266 & growing on Yelp alone) and BBB complaints about Delta, it is a reckless, irresponsible business practice for Home Depot to keep sending customers to this repeat offender. Homeowners should know this before trusting that "Need help fast?" phone number and "100% backed" promise.
