Update:One thing that really upsets me is how one manager has a bad attitude every time we go here. If we need help, we get eye rolls and she's quite rude. I don't recall her name but I now try and avoid this store and do curbside pickup when I can. It's a shame a manager behaves so immaturely to make customers feel unwanted. Great morning at World Market. We love shopping here! Great gifts, wonderful food selection for unique meals (and dessert). Today, we were lucky to spot one of the Golden Unicorn cards! Ours was worth $50!! As you enter the store, check and scan the QR code for a clue... today's clue was "near something red". We spotted our card in just a few minutes but had fun continuing to shop and watch others hunt down the other cards. We love the Christmas decor and food items already out! We'll be back for more! What a wonderful feeling to walk into a store where the employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did they help me load my car, but I was advised to pull up an online coupon which made my experience even better, as i got an eXtra 20% off.. Thank you. A great store to cruise through on any day to kill a little time or to find a unique gift or a little something for the home. We love coming here around the holidays, October through December. They carry some of the coolest, and not overdone, holiday decor. They also have a great selection of somewhat "random" foods and drink. We love the beer and wine selections they offer too. They even host wine tastings! Not always the cheapest stuff, but worth the price. read more

No matter what you're looking for, they're likely to have it here - home/kitchen items, food, toys, decorations, candles, chocolates, wine, spirits, beverages, and tons more!! I've ever only been there once. I think it was new when I went there a few months ago. I never saw it before. But I love the things they sell there. It's all types of food products and things around the world. It's so nice. The first thing I discover was the food products. It was heaven. They get all kinds of food. From Hawaii to Asia. It's amazing! I was surprise they even got the Hawaiian chips there. I was gonna buy it, but nah I wait until I head home. The price was pretty decent depending on what it was. But it was affordable...the food. I wish I can go there again but it's pretty far from where I am. You can't get there unless you have a car or know someone with a car. It's a nice store where you can buy silly, useless crap from certain regions around the world. Be nice if this location had more of a variety when it comes to Asian cuisine and kitchenware. But I can find better deals at Bed Bath & Beyond and Target. Anyways, there are few nice items I come across whenever I get a chance to browse this store. Also, some items are a bit overpriced or at a reasonable price. But I know my limits. Have you ever been trapped inside a giant bag of dog food and suddenly had the hankering for a giraffe doorknob from Uganda, a Pakistani coffee table, and German fondant candy? That's pretty much the experience of shopping at this Cost Plus World Market. I love this place! I always find all kinds of fun stuff and unique international candy and sodas that I didn't know I needed until I get there. Yes, it does smell like dog food most of the time. The whole neighborhood does, thanks to the Purina factory across the highway. But don't let that scare you away. Purchased a dining room table & chairs asked about delivery, told they have a third party deliver. Paid Select Logistics $82.50 to deliver between 12-4 pm. didn't show up or call. we called them they were clueless, said truck broke down (lie). At 4:30 we got a call from a local guy who just got an email to deliver our stuff. local man had a pick-up truck and utility trailer but couldn't deliver by himself because it was assembled, he preferred items in the box? The store management were apologetic but ultimately useless. we canceled the entire order. warning if u want anything delivered from this store it may turnout to be a night mare. read more

This place is a nice option to have in Flagstaff. The town is just to small to support different ethnic markets, so a one stop shop works here. I love the world market. I always take extra time to look at all the little trinkets and soaps. I like to pick up some items for the holidays and send them along with a nice stationary note. I also found my favorite chocolate - - BRIX. It's a brick of chocolate one would slice off and enjoy delicious chunks of chocolate with a nice wine paring. Wine pairing suggestions are right on the package. Also a nice item to bring to potlucks or wine tasting gatherings. read more

My GF and I stopped in last weekend on a whim; not intending to buy anything and ended up buying half the store. They had a pretty good deal on wine if you buy 12 bottles... so I bought 12 bottles. They averaged out to about $6.50 per bottle and there was a lot to choose from. I also picked up 3 6-packs of beer, one from our beloved Bridgeport Brewery (wassup Portland!). The beer prices weren't the best but the selection was unique and fun. No Bud or Coors here, thank you very much. My GF got 2 bottles of Torani syrup at $4.99 a bottle, a plastic 6 Popsicle form for $2.50, and a red ceramic filter to make pour-over coffee for $5.99. She also liked their selection of fancy soaps (her go to gift for our various cat-sitters) but didn't buy any. Most of what we bought were sale items, so I don't know what their prices are regularly. Like everyone has already said, the staff is uber-friendly. It's a fun place to kill an hour on a rainy afternoon. One star off for the amount of space devoted to over-priced furniture. That space could be used to display more beer and wine...and Torani syrup. BOTTOM LINE: Go in and browse. But don't be surprised if you end up pushing a shopping cart full of treats and trinkets back to your car. read more
