Inside, the ambiance is so relaxing and adorable! I loved the decor, greenery, plants, seating areas, and cute backdrops that are perfect for pictures. It's one of those places you have to see for yourself! When we walked in, we were greeted with a hello, but since it was our first visit, we weren't quite sure how to order. We eventually made our way to the counter, where we learned we could browse the menu on your phone by using a QR code or order from the screen. With so many delicious looking options, I asked one of the employees what was popular, and she recommended the mini pancakes. I ordered the tres leches mini pancakes topped with strawberries and bananas, plus a drizzle of melted chocolate. I also wanted to try their ice cream, so I ordered the strawberry cheesecake flavor on the side. Let me tell you, this was BEAUTIFUL and delicious! The pancakes are made fresh, so there was a little wait, but they were worth it. This is definitely something I could see myself craving and coming back for! My husband ordered the mini churros with strawberries and chocolate. These were just okay for us because the churros were a little harder than we would have preferred. I ended up sharing some of my sauce on the pancakes with him, which helped make them more enjoyable because the milk helped to soften the churros. He still enjoyed them, but the pancakes were definitely the winner for us! We tried the agua frescas, they were on BOGO. My husband had strawberry and I had strawberry mango. Both were good, but I liked the strawberry better. Our total was around $38 for everything. Considering the portions, freshness, and overall experience, I think the price was pretty fair. I would definitely recommend coming with an appetite! There are so many things on the menu that I still want to try, so I already know I'll be back. The atmosphere is adorable, the pancakes are a must try, and it's a great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth while enjoying a cute atmosphere.

My friend had been telling me about her favorite bubble tea spot for months, and when we finally went, I was so happy to see they also have custom poke and sushi burritos and delicious onigiri options. The inside is super cute and was very clean when we went. Service is quick and unfussy, so this would be a great option if you need to pick up a to go order, but it's also a nice spot to stop for a quick lunch break. It's cozy and quiet so could even be a good place to work or study if you're looking off the beaten path on Mass Ave. Aside from the onigiri, most of the food is totally custom and made to order, so you can really get whatever you want. You order on a paper menu like at a sushi restaurant, picking exactly what you like--and honestly, you can go wild here. For the base price of $11.50 (for burritos and bowls), you pick your base, protein, up to two sauces, and then add as many of the mix-ins and toppings as you want. A steal, imo! There are several ways to make this vegetarian (I got tofu), and it could be gluten free, too, if you're careful about sauces. I ordered my burrito and a peach black tea with aloe jelly. Now I can't stop dreaming of the tea, either. Will be back asap. This is better than LA!

There's not a whole lot of seating, but the restaurant is also on the smaller side. Everything is packaged to be able to take to go though!

Same owner as 1823 Bakehouse in Franklin, so you know the coffee and matcha is going to be good. I had a matcha latte with honey and lavender and it was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and the matcha was the star. While I got mine to go, this would be a great place to meet someone for breakfast or lunch as they also serve some bakery items like açaí bowls, juices and sandwiches. The decor is fun, with literary vibes and there are some cool artwork on the walls too, including a mural. Loved chatting with the owner and the barista working the front counter who advised me on what flavor matcha to get. I will definitely go back to try some other things!

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.
