I am buying a home in Temecula. I researched several local inspection companies but chose Steven based on his positive Yelp reviews and the fact that all of his fees and services are listed on his website. Steven's online booking process made scheduling very easy. The day of our inspection it was raining, however, Steven was still able to provide us with high quality drone pictures of the roof and pool area. Immediately following the inspection, Steven reviewed his findings an explained that his job was to "challenge the home". The full report was available as promised the next day and included significant safety hazards related to the water heater. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and included a lot of pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better home inspection experience. We are in the process of purchasing our first home and Steven really went over and beyond any expectations we had. His prices are competitive and from the research we did, we found he inspected much more than other services. My dad is really involved in the process with us as it's our first home and Steven was more than willing to answer all of the questions we had, but also address every concern my dad had as well. We came with a list of concerns he had from doing a walk-through with us and at the end of the inspection, Steven went down the list one by one to ensure that every concern was addressed and looked into.
