My neighbor forgot to put her car in park , the car rolled down the drive way and rammed into my car . I took it to fix auto Redlands . Some issues I had with my experience here is that whoever was workin on my car took my entire change compartment it was filled with coins and loose dollars . So if you guys want thief's to work on your vehicle go ahead . Also said it was be a 2 week timeline til my car is repaired said only my bumper needed to be repainted and new headlights . Ended up taking 2 months and also they broke my radiatior support and didn't tell me until I called and asked what the hold up was with my vehicle which is what supposedly led to my car being in shop for 2months . Other than those issues the customer service was good and they did a good job getting my car repaired EDITED *** ALSO ( I know I should have taken that stuff out before I dropped my vehicle off ) But , the principal to me is it's my belongings in my car and they were working on EXTERIOR work not interior . I got 3 local estimates for minor rear bumper repairs that I would be paying for myself. Two of the shops really wanted to replace the entire bumper, and one kept trying to talk me into going through my insurance company (because they can make a lot more money than if I pay for it myself), and neither of those would promise this could be done in one day. I needed it done in one day. Fix Auto said they could replace only the bumper parts that needed replacing in 2-3 hours. They were done in 2 hours and it looks like new. Everyone there was really friendly and I didn't feel like just one of a crowd. I highly recommend this business, the difference between their attitude and the other shops was night & day. If you are shopping around for estimates, definitely get one here & you will see a huge difference between them & the other shops. read more

Worst body shop!!!!! Took more than 2 weeks to fix my car and told me to pick my car on 4/52021and they we're not even done with calibration for my right side mirror and they sent me to spreen honda and had me wait for 2 hours!!!! They should be rated 0! I don't recommend them! read more

The worst body shop experience. My wife got into a small finder binder causing damage to the front drivers side of her Prius. Immediately the check engine light, hazard lights along with hybrid system ( those who own Prius will know) lights flashing on the dashboard. We called our insurance company ( Mercury Insurance) and they suggested we take it to Fix Auto in Redlands. Initially everything seemed to be going well we were being notified through their app showing the progress of the vehicle. The first red flag was the price kept going up. It started at 3000... then jumped to 5000 then ended around 6900 dollars. All for a bumper, damage to the hood and radiator? Ayer being notified by Wayne that our vehicle was ready I specifically asked Wayne if they looked into the electrical components of the car because my concern was the hybrid system lights showing after the accident. He stated that it didn't come back on and the car was fine. After 3 days of driving it the lights ( check engine/hybrid system) had flashed on and off. A week later while my wife was driving our kids and infant child to daycare and school the vehicle shut off while they were in the freeway. By the grace of God they were able to get to the shoulder and exit. I called triple A and had the vehicle towed back to Fix auto. When we notified him (Wayne) about the experience he said they are not equipped to handle electrical issues. If this is the case why not express this when I initially brought up that concern? There are so many details to this story that I am leaving out due to the length of this review so I will spare the readers. My goal is just to warn the consumer of our experience and how unsatisfied we were with the body shop. Poor effort, over charging on the parts and replacing them with used parts ( documents to substantiate claim from other mechanics) the body shop along with the insurance seemed to be working in unison in order to take advantage of the client. I'm sure someone is getting a nice Christmas bonus. read more

Had a minor collision in my Tesla with another driver who hit my bumper, damage looked minimal but turned out to be way more than a small dent after removing the bumper and seeing the damage it caused underneath. They make sure to cover all bases when inspecting damage to ensure no other issues arise later one. Fix Auto Redlands is by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with any repair shop, both mechanical and body. When I initially dented my car, I knew I didn't want to go through insurance for repairs but was disappointed because I thought it would be expensive and I wouldn't have a car for a few weeks. I initially was quoted from a different autobody repair shop for over 1,400$ to repair the dent. Devastated, I took my car to Fix Auto Redlands for a comparison quote. Upon first entering the office I was greeted by friendly staff in a clean environment. The front desk worker took my information right away and offered me a selection of beverages, such as coffee, tea and water available for customers. Not a moment later, Mike came out and greeted me in a warm and friendly manner. He walked out to inspect my car with me and then provided a quote of a little more than 700$! Keep in mind, this is the same repair the other autobody shop offered to fix for double the price! Right away I scheduled my appointment. Mike provided me a ride home after dropping off my car, free of charge. Fix Auto Redlands send daily updates on my car through text, cleaned my vehicle, and Mike called daily to discuss my cars progress. Mike also repaired a small scratch I had in my back bumper free of charge. I dropped off my car Monday morning and had it back clean, repaired and ready to go by Wednesday. Overall, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They didn't try to take advantage of me, no hidden fees or costs, and the quote reflected my price accurately. I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received from Mike and his team at Fix Auto Redlands. They did an amazing job cleaning out my car from shattered glass windows, removing the passenger seat to get all the glass. The scratches and dents were repaired and could not be visible at all. Where they went above and beyond was in customer service. I had a logistical challenge picking up my car, and upon request they were able to deliver it to my home immediately so that I could catch a flight to the airport. Crappy situation turned happy situation! Excellent service! The day before thanksgiving I sideswiped my truck in a parking garage and after searching through Geico approved auto shops near us, we HAPPILY found Fix Auto Repair Shop. We limped it to the shop, and met Mike. As he noticed I was very upset, he immediately made us feel at home, offered me coffee, and reassured us they would make our truck like new again. We walked through the process with the Geico representative at the auto shop, signed a few papers, and were told they would text us with updates. We were updated day by day via text or phone call with where their repairs were at and they always made us feel included and non-stressed about the repair process. We picked up our truck two weeks later and it was just like new! The process was easy, we paid and received our keys and were out in less than 10 minutes. My car was rear ended and it left a scratch on my bumper. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I have AAA insurance but they were still able to work with this shop with no problem. Mike was in charge of my vehicle and he made sure I got my car back in a timely manner which is great!!! There was no scratch left to be seen!! The paint job is looking slightly off in one area but that's just me being picky. They also wash and clean your car after the repairs which is pretty nice. I went into Fix Auto because my grandma was involved in an accident that resulted in a messy claim. Turns out, State Farm estimators determined that there was previous damage on the body of the car from an older accident. No one, and I mean NO ONE would touch the car to look at the repairs and see if the previous damage could be fixed. But after doing some research I found out that the old repair shop that improperly repaired the damage from the previous accident used to be in the same spot that Fix Auto is now. Since they were on the select service repair shop list, and after hitting a near dead end with State Farm claims, I decided to walk into the body shop and discuss the situation with the manager. I was expecting to get the brush off to be honest - like who am I to ask them to honor work that they didn't do in the first place?! However, I was pleasantly surprised when James promptly came out to the front desk and we talked about the predicament my grandma was in. After explaining everything, he said he would be glad to honor the work that had been done almost three years before. In about a week, my Grandma and Grandpa had their beloved car back up and running again. The best part is that the whole team at fix auto seemed to really care, and I could tell immediately how much the team respects one another as a whole. We are so thankful to James & his team! I was overcharged for repair of my bumper, then the same old part/grid was placed on the car and I only found out after the car was washed. By then they had my money. After much complaining, they eventually placed the new grid that I had paid for and then they came up with another lie to swindle me out of additional money. I can afford it because I am well pain Physician but I worry about poor single mother who could not afford to be robbed of a few hundred dollars. I had to bring my baby in for repairs after a random encounter with a disappearing jerkoff damaged the fender & door, rendering the passenger door inoperable. Worked with Marissa & James on getting my car fixed & back on the road as quickly as possible. Marissa was awesome, took the time to find my missing paperwork quickly, maintained a professional & friendly manner, and even made sure I got to work on time. James was great, very friendly courteous service and kept in touch through the process keeping me up to date on everything. Four days later, my car is as good as new. Someone hit my brand new car, and I decided to take it here, I have an extremely hard paint color to match and they did it. From the moment I walked in the door to drop my car off everyone was wonderful and helpful. Mike was super friendly and I can't thank him enough for the job him and his team did. As a heavy commuter, I've had my share of fender benders. Fix Auto was BY FAR, the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. Seriously! The day after the accident, I received a call from Fox Auto letting me know that they were ready to receive my car, had everything worked out with the insurance company and even had a rental car ON-SITE waiting for me. The entire process to get my rental and drop off my car took 15 min. Then I received text messages updating me along the way with the process. A week later, my car is fixed (exquisitely, great attention to detail) and all I had to do was drop off my rental car and pick my car up. Seriously, Fix Auto in Redlands understands that their customers have busy schedules and are already inconvenienced by an accident. I'm more than impressed with Jim and his team.
