Thelma and Joe were amazing from start to finish! I didnt know anything about the process and Thelma just made it as simple as possible to understand. If I would recommend any place to go to for auto body repairs, it would most definitely be this place! Thank you again, you guys! I really really appreciated all your hard work. read more

Fix Auto is Orange was amazing especially Thelma and Allison. I was recently in a minor car accident and my insurance recommended that I go to Fix Auto. Always hesitant when going in because I don't know anything about cars I was instantly put at ease by these two women. Thelma was so welcoming at the front desk and Allison expertly answered every question that I had. Not only that but they had my car done in two days! read more

Best Fix Auto in OC...I've had the unfortunate need to have my vehicles repaired twice and went to fix auto orange both times with no regret...Joe and Thelma are a pleasure to work with and the crew who does the repairs does excellent work...this is my go to body who if I ever need anything fixed...although accidents do suck, it's comforting to know where to go for great work...thank you Joe, Thelma and the Fix Auto Orange Crew!! read more

I've been bringing cars to Joe and Thelma and their team since 2015. I knew the previous management and respected them for their work and their business ethics as well. Let me be honest - I'm a terrible driver. I've seen my deductible go from 250 to 1000 over the course of three years and in that time I've been in 4 or five minor accidents and two collinions. Two of my cars were ultimately not repaired and one has been in and out of the shop a couple times where it took at least a few weeks to fix. But here is the thing... Most dealerships and auto repair facilities will fix what they see, not necessarily what's wrong. Fix Auto Orange may not always be the cheapest, but they're always the best. If you are going to spend money to fix your car anyway, you might as well fix it right. I have never ever been dissatisfied with the service. Joe was always honest with me and I've been honest with him. I could not possibly recommend him or his crew more highly. They have always gone the extra mile both literally and metaphorically. Thanks Fix Auto Orange! Dr. Jon read more

I want to give a huge shout out to Stephanie at Fix Auto. Let me tell ya, feeling a bit distraught , After driving my new car on the freeway and bam I hit a tire in the fast lane. I am ok, but damage to my car for sure. I found Fix Auto Orange after filing a claim with my Insurance. I was immediately welcomed by Stephanie. She was awesome and really helped me through the process. She even helped me with my rental car shenanigans. From the beginning to the end of this whole process Stephanie kept me informed and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto Orange. read more

I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto Orange. From the vehicle inspection to the day my vehicle was returned, the customer service I received was top notch. Thelma (front desk) was very pleasant, professional and communicative. The office itself is very clean and welcoming, and I felt like the estimate I received was a very honest one. I was kept in the loop the entire time my vehicle was being repaired, and I received text messages which continually kept me updated on when I could expect my vehicle to be completed. My vehicle was completed on time and it was a very smooth process. I highly recommend this body shop to everyone. read more

First found Fix Auto Orange through my insurance company. Since then, I have used them a couple times for personal auto body repairs. I recently took my car in to fix the front left bumper and to paint the passenger side view mirror. Joe and Thelma made the whole process pain free. Got an estimate, made an appt to drop off car. They told me when the car would be ready and it was! They even clean the interior and exterior of the car. I liked the service where you can leave your Enterprise rental there when you go to pick up your car. Thelma will take car of it... very convenient. Also, I had asked for a little bottle of touch-up paint for my back bumper. I had a scratch from the garage door. Joe took the time to show me how to apply the paint and how to finish... much appreciated. In fact, I'm sending my husband to Fix Auto Orange. read more

This place is amazing! Thelma took care of us from start to finish, walking us through the process, keeping us apprised of schedule throughout. The car was ready right on time, and the work is phenomenal. They even detailed that car in and out, something Caliber never did for us. Thelma took care of the rental pick up, and Fix returned the rental for us to save us a trip. Joe and his team is first rate. Don't get me wrong: we've been satisfied with the work Caliber has done for us, but we are thrilled with the work and the people at Fix! read more

I have never actually written a review for any company. However, after my experience with this shop I had to! I was so pleased with service from start to finish. They were communicative and efficient. Having my new car in the shop was a bummer but they made the experience painless. They updated me throughout the process and got my car back to me sooner than expected. If ever myself or my family needs any repairs in the future, we will definitely be back!! So so pleased! read more

It took less than a week for my car to be repaired. My back bumper was trashed, but my car was still drive-able while they ordered parts. They made everything pretty clear, so I wasn't unclear as to what they were doing to my car. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They even called the rental company to pick up my rental car from them so I didn't have to deal with it. And my bumper has a lifetime guarantee! read more

We had an unfortunate situation where some jerk destroyed the driver side mirror on my daughter's car while it was parked, and needed to have it replaced with paint match. We were referred to Fix Auto by our insurance company (as we had not ever had work done in the area) and thank goodness. They made this repair so easy, were so great to work with, and the quality of the work done is fantastic. Shout out to Thelma, who provided the BEST support throughout the process and made everything less stressful and easy. Highly recommend and will look to again if we find ourselves in this situation again (hope not :) read more

Communication is awful. You have to initiate the conversation about the timeframe of repairs on your car. They say they will call you back and do not. They say your car will be ready for pick up at a certain time and it is not. Unacceptable for an auto body shop. read more

I called this place to get an estimate for my tailgate replacement and they said they don't do quotes over the phone!? It's a tailgate...and if you can't provide quote over the phone then why do you have it on Yelp "request a quote" option? read more

Recently got into a car accident and the insurance company gave me a few choices for repairs. I've never had to repair my car to the degree that was now necessary. I'm very glad I shoes Fix It. Very professional and excellent communication. The text updates are a great way to keep me appraised without having to call and ask. Picking my car up from them Monday. I have no doubt the repairs will be on par with the rest of the service I've received. read more

I would highly recommend this shop. I walked in with a minor passenger door issue where it wouldn't close right. Joe came out took care of the problem right there on the spot in less than 2 minutes. Wow! Great quick service. Thank you! -Eric read more

The repair work they did was good.. looks better than new.. The problem I had was with the process. I took it in on Friday and said I wanted an estimate. I gave them all my insurance information. I had just hit a pole and needed a new bumper. As long as my insurance company paid out less than $750, my driving record would not be dinged. So on Monday, I called up in the morning and they said they hadn't done an estimate yet because they hadn't gotten authorization from the insurance company. But that didn't make sense to me, I asked them to do the estimate on Friday, why did they need authorization from the insurance company for the estimate? Anyway, he told me he'd call me Monday afternoon. No call on Monday, so I called on Tuesday morning, he said the estimate was to have the insurance company pay out $941. I told him that I wanted to take my car for a second estimate. I mean, its a bumper.. He told me I couldn't do that because he already had the car taken apart and the parts ordered. But that wouldn't have happened if they would have done the estimate when I asked and called me with the estimate when they said they would. Luckily I was able to negotiate with the insurance company that I'd pay the extra $191 so that they'd only pay out the $750, but I shouldn't have had to do that. They should have been able to bring it within the price I needed, or let me get a second estimate. So much for keeping my business local. If this ever happens to me again, I'll find a shop willing to work with me instead of just using the guy down the street that the insurance company recommends. read more

I would love to give Joe Benitez & Thelma Estrada the highest praise for their outstanding customer service & follow up on my truck. This truck was a passed down vehicle that my Dad took meticulous care in maintaining. So I wanted to make sure I respected that investment. Joe understood my desire to replace the damaged parts with Factory parts to maintain the value of this 1993 Toyota truck. The work was Awesome! ! Joe & Thelma were great with me in all regards, & even fielded questions from my Son in a Professional & Friendly manner,..almost like Family talking to Family working together to arrive at a better place. I would definitely recommend you seek out Joe & Thelma if you have gotten into an accident. Thanks Joe & Thelma ! read more

I had my car repaired earlier this week, and I had a great experience from the very beginning. The estimator was very kind to set an appointment that would fit my work schedule. Setting up an appointment to drop my car off to get fixed was also easy and accommodating. Thelma was very helpful and always answered my questions in detail and called me twice during the repair to provide me with progress updates. What I appreciated the most, was that Thelma was willing and available to allow me to pick my car up after hours. Other than the friendly staff, the service was great. My car looks like new and I recommend this location to everyone! read more

As long-time residents of Orange, we have been familiar with the Blake & Nation name (now Fix It Auto) for over 40 years. In the past 10 years between my husband, myself and our 2 daughters we have had numerous "accidents" - from one MAJOR incident, to numerous minor ones. Don and Bob have always taken excellent care of our vehicles - and our families - almost as though we are part of THEIR family. They have always done the estimates, as promised... expedited the repair, gone above and beyond in handling little details. This is the ONLY shop I would trust any of our vehicles to. We appreciate their red carpet treatment and the "going the extra mile" to take care of their customers. read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I got rear ended last week and I'm trying to get a few estimates for the insurance company so I go to Fix Auto and they tell me that they don't do estimates after 5:00 pm. So during business hours they don't conduct routine business? Ok, no problem I will come back before 4:00 pm. Three days later I come back at 3:00 pm for an estimate and was then told "sorry we don't have any more estimate appointments today" ummmm you couldn't tell me that the other day and I could have made an appointment then?!! Recently got rear ended and was referred to Fix Auto by a good friend. The customer service was excellent. Meeting and talking with Bob was easy he was very nice very informative on what to expect dealing with the insurance as well as Fix Auto. I was able to sign any paper work needed via email and that made things easier as far as leaving work early or going in late. Every time I called was transferred to him. Bob was totally accessible and always informative Would definitely refer family and friends ! THANK YOU FIX AUTO!!! read more

Customer service is everything to me and that's not what I got the second I walked into this place today. I got a blank stare from the lady at the front desk, and she didn't say anything to me until I was forced to say "hello" to her. I told her that I'd like to get an estimate, and she said that I had to make an appointment with them first. I missed what she said and I asked her to repeat it, and she then proceeded to point at a customer that was sitting down. She said she had an appointment and that she was next in line. She then repeats what I missed and says that I have to make an appointment first. It was a very awkward moment for me and probably for the person waiting that I made eye contact with. It wasn't professional. She really didn't care what I wanted until I made an appointment with Fix Auto Orange first. I don't mind that I had to make an appointment first, but I do mind that she showed no courtesy in letting me know so. read more

This place is great. They are honest, really nice, helpful people who do high quality work. Plus I've found their prices have been less than those quoted elsewhere. Oh my goodness!!! A body shop that's not out to rip you off!!! I had a small repair and Bob (the Manager) was able to get it fixed quickly and economically! Fix Auto did a fantastic job with our recent auto body job. We felt they cared about the kind of job they did for us. Communication was the key! They did a superb job communicating with us when they planned to start and finish work. They kept us up-to-date and informed every step along the way. When we picked up the car we were over-the-top impressed not only with the auto body work, but also with the incredible detail job detailer Jovany did. The car looks brand new and we left very pleased that we have found an auto body shop that knew how to do the job right! read more

I am very happy with my experience. Thelma was very patient, informative and helpful. I say patient because this was a new experience for me and I can be a bit anxious! Joe was also very courteous and informative. They gave me an estimate about how long it would take (which ended up an accurate estimate) and kept me updated along the way. Even the car rental went very smoothly! I also appreciated the clean waiting area that included television and magazines! read more

This was my first time at Fix Auto and both Thelma and Bob went out of their way to take care of me. I was told 2 days if I got it in early. I delivered my car at 9AM & received a call at 2:30 the next day that it was done. Not only was the problem fixed but Bob had all the little dings fixed. My bumper looks like new. My car was also washed & cleaned better than if I had taken it to Metro car wash. If I ever have a problem I won't hesitate in coming here. read more

Fix Auto went above and beyond to meet our needs. My husband, daughter and I were all working with Thelma and managing the repair both locally and from Northern California. Unfortunately (for us), we've had a need for a body shop multiple times over the years. Although we live in Anaheim and there are other body shops (including ohter Fix Autos) closer to us in Anaheim and Yorba Linda, we go to the Orange shop. Don and Bob are great to work with--honest, willing to work with you, and familiar with the insurance process (we have AAA). This last time, we worked exclusively with Bob and the work was done in a week (we were limping along with only one car for that week, and definitely needed the second car the following week). Agree with the comment that they could communicate more, but we did get regular updates from the insurance company. When we picked up the car, it was a great job, as expected, and we were thrilled (again) with the service. Wish they were more convenient (and also wish we didn't need to use them at all, but that's the nature of these things). Happily recommend them to anyone needing body work inside or outside the insurance process. read more

I had a minor repair done at Fix Auto a few months ago. Thelma and Allison were great. So when I got into a fairly serious accident in November, I called them immediately and took the car there to be repaired. Thelma remembered me and was so kind to me seeing how shook up I was. She guided me through the process of calling my insurance, getting a rental car, getting my stuff out of the car and all that. Allison is a knowledgable assessor and manager and communicated to me very clearly. She told me the car would be transferred to Yorba Linda as they had some equipment needed. Valerie in YL was also super helpful and good to talk to. They kept me informed all along and called me as soon as my car was ready. They delivered it back to the Orange shop in mint condition. I am super happy with the service I have received. And I must say I appreciate working with smart, caring women who know what they are doing! read more
