Amazing service! Ryan super friendly, fast, best price in OC, amazing service!!! Can't ask for more than that!

Got a crack on my windshield from off-roading and they quoted me a Pilkington brand windshield for only $350 which is totally worth it. At the dealership, they were charging me about $1200 for the fix and I was like hell naw, so I came here instead. Came in at noon and they got it replaced within a hour and thirty. The guy named D, who was working on my car was super friendly and cool. We got some good conversations and laughs. Good vibes at that shop. The other guy by the counter was super chill and patient too. Definitely will come back again if I get another crack. People come through and support the locals. These people really know their craft and stuff! Thank you guys! read more

I really wanted to leave a good review because of how friendly most of the staff was. Unfortunately the glass work and logistics can be improved.. Pros: the aftermarket glass is from a respected and reputable brand. (FUYAO). Polyurethane used is Sika, also a respected and reputable brand. They didn't cut corners with poor quality parts or cheap consumables. Glass was laid flat and with no leaks. No damage to A-pillar inner trims, dashboard, or headliner. Staff is friendly and provided water on a hot day. The best price I was able to get in the area. Can be improved upon: Found wind noise post-repair when going above 40mph. I diagnosed the NVH and found loose cowl garnishes on both LH/RH side. They easily could have flown off on the highway. I provided the glass tech clips I had purchased prior to the service because I know they break when removing pieces. I was told the clips were not needed. (They kept my clips despite saying that they weren't needed). I showed up at 9:30a.m. and service was completed at 1:30p.m. Did not mind the wait but found out it was due to them not having my glass. I had called to make the appointment 7 days prior to ensure my glass would be in stock during day of service. When receiving my vehicle back, the hispanic glass tech advised me to call ahead of time so this type of stuff doesn't happen. Sir I did. Just admit you made a mistake. Mistakes happen. Its all good. Exposed urethane on RH A-pillar inner trim. (Not a big deal I just razored it off). Edit: Upon Further inspection found water ingress coming from windshield read more

I had my windshield replaced here; the price was extremely reasonable, and I definitely recommend paying in cash! Quick turnaround time too; I came on a Friday morning shortly after opening and it was done about 1.5 hrs later. About two months later the windshield sensor fell off due to high heat, but they reattached it for me very quickly at no extra charge! Love this place and highly recommend it! read more

Best price and best services.easy to make an appointment. The windshield glass quality is great.

Ryan was very helpful & fast. Very knowledgeable and friendly . Highly recommend!!! I just walked in no appointment necessary .

Fast service, friendly staff. Seems to be quality aftermarket glass so far. In with a broken window and out with a replacement in an hour.

I've been coming to this auto glass shop for over 8 years for all of my auto glass needs, and they have always taken great care of me. Recently, I brought in my own glass and paid them just for the installation labor. Unfortunately, the glass I provided turned out to be defective and caused a lot of wind noise while driving. Even though the problem wasn't their fault, they still offered to replace it with a new glass and didn't charge me any additional labor. They easily could have charged me again, but instead they stood behind their service and took care of the situation. That kind of honesty and customer service is exactly why I've continued coming here for so many years. Definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommend! read more

My mom recommended this place to me after her and my aunt both had great experiences with them! My windshield was almost cracked in half. I spoke with Ryan who was very helpful. They provide a quick quality service at an unbelievable price. I got quoted by other places none of them were even close to matching AD the best part to me besides the price was they had my car ready for me in less than two hours. While still providing quality work, I would recommend anyone going there and if I ever need my windows replaced again I will definitely be back. Thank you very much Ryan and your team! read more

My husband took my car in here for windshield repair. I didn't go because I was BUSY. He left in a hurry and didn't look over the vehicle. I noticed when I got in that there was glue smeared all over the review view mirror and a glob I stuck my fingers in on accident because I was trying to fix my mirror. They said they didn't look over the vehicle because he was in a hurry to leave. Fine, I removed the glue. However, when I looked over the vehicle after the fact the area in the center of the windshield for the sensor looks like they tore it off instead of a nice clean cut around the sensor. They left white residue all over the top exterior of my car and the passenger side window frame. The residue on the frame is not coming off. They ruined my gear shifter by scratching the leather off and then telling me they weren't responsible for it. The last kicker was when I called their sales rep FRED to talk about a refund because of the poor quality of work. He decided it was professional enough to yell at me over the phone, cuss at me, call me names. My husband approved the wrong glass for my windshield, he kept saying I wanted a refund because of the glass. IT WAS BECAUSE OF HIS POOR ATTITUDE AND THEIR WORK QUALITY. I wanted my money back so I can take my car elsewhere and buy new glass! But now we are spending more money at this dumpster fire of a business to get my glass replaced again. I didn't want to give them another penny and yet here we are because FRED is a terrible person that has no morals or values. Update: apparently FRED refers? People to this business. Fred is absolute trash of a person and called me a b**** and many other things over the phone. Said he couldn't believe I was married. He's a piece of ****. Then made excuses to his crap behavior after my husband called him out. Wahhhhh FRED. Go to hell. Business was about D-. read more

Back in March, I went to get my front windshield replace as it had a huge crack and the service went very smoothly. My uncle recommended me this place and I messaged through Yelp and was quoted $400 for my car name, model, and year. I have a 2023 car so it was more expensive than an older car would be and I didn't mind. Also, the car dealership I go to tried to tell me that it would cost $4k and "there's no other option"....so fricken lame! $400 is the better option obv! I made my appointment and it only took roughly 2 hours. I communicate with Ryan and he told me the process and didn't miss anything out. It's been almost 4 months and everything still looks good! The only bad part is how to turn into the place. If there's a lot of cars there for service, you have to be extra careful turning. Luckily for me, I came at a time where the next cars weren't there yet and I had some room to u turn and park where I was guided to go. Other than that, I would come here again or recommend others if they needed any glass services. read more

Best prices on auto glass in OC. We had found this spot some years back and marked them as having the most competitive pricing in OC. Came back recently with my old sequoia this time and again the prices beat even our personal mechanic that we go to for everything. Professional folks that really move that lot. Parking is tight so coordinating with them may help but when they do the work they don't mess around. They did window motor work for me and windows are like new again. Thanks Ryan and crew, I appreciate ya! read more
