These guys were GREAT. They saved my butt when no one else would. I work mon-fri and roughly all hours of the day, and I NEEDED a shop ASAP for a SATURDAY. I can't tell you how many shops I went through.... it's unbelievable that so many shops don't bother doing business on the weekend. Their loss! Fix Auto is open Saturdays but by appointment only so YOU BET when I called on Friday, when my front passenger wheel started acting up due to an impact, I jumped on the opportunity. And they scheduled me! I was surprised, I thought maybe I'd get the "Sorry, we're booked until next weekend" response since it was a short notice call. But they pulled through for me! So I dropped my car off to have the body work and all done, it took one week so I had to get a rental and, thankfully, that was covered by my insurance, so based on my experience I will tell you that your repair, pending of course on severity, can take some time. Especially if you have a situation with insurance and require an inspector from the insurance company to assess the damage and draw an estimate and blah blah blah.... honestly it probably would've been taken care of faster had State Farm not held me up there. So don't let my wait time deter you. Their customer service was top notch. Bobby helped me from start to finish, he kept me updated with calls alongside complimentary text messages you can receive (and simply opt out of if you don't want them) that state your vehicle's progress. He even knocked off $100 from my out of pocket expense that the inspector determined "pre-existing damage"... yeah, sure, likely story. I really appreciated the extra step Bobby took to help me out with the cost. Oh and of course, the results. The car was smashed above the front passenger wheel but still drivable, just not a pretty sight. Now, you can't even tell it was replaced. Also, there's a full warrantee on the repairs they make, which is just something that makes them all the more worth it. While I wrap this up, shout out to Bebe at the front desk as well for her friendly and helpful customer service. Upon pickup, as luck would have it, my battery was dead. Thankfully they were right on it and got that battery delivered and installed for a great deal, and Bebe was nice enough to keep me company while I waited. Fix Auto called me pretty quickly, after I chose them on State Farm website, and arranged to have my damaged Jeep towed from my house to their facility. I then went in to sign authorizations to do the estimate. BeBe, who handles the paperwork and calls, was awesome! She was very friendly, professional and helpful. They arrange all towing and rental car needs, if necessary. She called me to keep me involved with the entire process of getting my Jeep repaired. They also send daily text messages advising the status and expected finish date of repairs, loved that! I always knew how things were going with the text updates and if I called them, BeBe always answered all my questions. Bobby was in charge of my Jeep repairs and he was just as friendly, professional and helpful. He made sure all the parts used were correct, didn't rush things just to get it done and made sure my Jeep would be returned in great condition. I had damage to my steering and the link rod completely broke, so I appreciated that my Jeep wasn't released until mechanically sound and passed all testing. I needed some body work done, and my dealership doesn't have a body shop. I turned to Yelp to find the shop with the highest rating, and selected Fix Auto. I called to make an appointment for my car to be looked at, and was given a date that was convenient for my work schedule. I arrived and found the shop to be clean, welcoming, and the staff was very personable and professional. We agreed on a drop-off date, and when I arrived a car rental had been arranged for me, as well as the insurance inspection. The entire transaction from drop-off to leaving in the rental was less than a half hour, and every detail was taken care of by Fix Auto. I received regular text messages about the progress of the work, which took only four days. My car looks amazing! I also had a small dent in the hood of the car unrelated to the accident, and Fix Auto arranged to have that pulled out "at cost." The shop was never crowded with other customers -- they operate on an appointment basis, which is appreciated! You feel like you are getting personalized service. I was driving to Modesto from San Francisco and all of a sudden this loud scraping sound was happening from underneath my car. When I got to Modesto I look for a place to be able to help me and somebody referred me to Maneki muffler shop. I cannot find them but stumbled along Fix Auto. I pulled my car up and they started to explain to me what happened which was the underside protector of the car had dislodged itself. I asked if they could cut it off and then they proceeded to tell me how the entire underside is interconnected and it's like a puzzle and you can't just cut that piece off. At that point I started to see my life pass before my eyes. They proceeded to take my car into a gated area and shut the gate behind me so I could not get to my vehicle. I asked him where I could sit to put on my shoes instead of my sandals and they told me that there was a office upfront that I could sit in the lounge area. They didn't discuss price at all and now I am just seeing dollars rollaway and me taking this trip to Modesto and spending hundreds of dollars or even more without my consent. They finished up and pull my car out and gave me my keys and gave me the broken plastic piece which I requested and when I asked him how much I was shocked. They did the entire job free of charge and thanked me for stopping in. These guys are great guys and I really appreciate their help when I was stuck in a bad situation at their mercy. They cleaned not only the outside but the inside too and I have 2 dogs that I take everywhere so you know my seats are covered with fur. This shop exceeded my expectations (twice). I brought in my car through geico after an accident and Fix Auto made the process so easy! They set me up with a rental car on site and always had text updates letting me know how my repairs were going. They were on time with repairs and I picked up my car with all of the repairs fixed and they even detailed my car! I only take my vehicle to fix auto after poor experiences/ service at other places. I recently had a rock damage my windshield from the freeway and through Geico selected Fix Auto for the repair. What I didn't know was that Fix Auto being a body shop could handle the glass claim but it was going to be at zero cost to me to go through my glass only coverage through my insurance. Mickey of fix auto brought me in same day, assessed the damage without making me use an annoying app, spoke to my insurance company for me on site as my own insurance company gave me a hassle when I contacted them from my cell phone, and coordinate repair of my windshield through Geico through my glass policy which saved me several hundred dollars. He took the time out of his busy day to coordinate repair for my windshield to get me back on the road even though he didn't get the business. This place is truly AMAZING! They turned a bad situation into a great experience. The back of my 2016 Yukon had been ran into while parked in a parking lot and it received quite a lot of damage. A new bumper was needed, a new sensor, dents to fix, scratches to fix, etc. I went through the other person's insurance which was Geico. I chose Fix Auto because of the excellent reviews on Yelp, my friend Troy from Roberts Auto Sales highly recommended them, and then both Geico and my insurance through State Farm have them listed as their recommended shop to use. When I arrived at Fix Auto I was greeted with a smile by Bebe their receptionist. She offered me coffee/tea, let me know that the Geico rep would be there shortly, and then struck up conversation with me as I waited. I was then amazed at how well the Geico rep and "Mickey" (my service advisor) worked together and communicated everything to me. They both looked over my vehicle and explained all related and non related dents and scratches to me and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Everyone there also communicates with each other through ear pieces and it appears that they all know what's going on all the time. I also was impressed with how Enterprise Car Rental also worked with everyone and brought my rental car to Fix Auto. Throughout the whole process I also received text messages letting me know the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was completed in less then a week and also on the day that was estimated. When I picked up my car Mickey went over everything that they had fixed. They even went the extra mile and had cleaned my car inside and out. I was also super impressed because they had removed some sticky stuff off of my windshield that no one has ever been able to get off!!
