BE CAREFUL WHO YOU CHOOSE TO FIX YOUR CAR. Caliber prepared an estimate for the front-end damage to our 2024 Honda on the spot. A few weeks later we found a few additional small scratches on the car and took it back to Caliber to get the repairs added to the estimate. She said she would email an updated estimate. I waited one week and had to call again and ask for the updated estimate. Over two hours later I received a new estimate. The new estimate was double the first estimate. Most of the labor charges were higher on the new estimate and the total amount went from approx $3500 (for major front-end damage) to approx $6300 (adding a few small scratches. I called and asked her about the large increase as well as the higher labor charges on the second estimate. She said she would get back to me after she discussed it with her supervisor. That was at least three weeks ago. Lesson learned not to trust Caliber before they did the work to my car. read more

I had a car accident 4 months ago. My insurance send me there. First time I went there and I explains the problems on the car . Later on when the car was fix. The missing part to repair. The host. Very Ruth with latino community. The way they treat latin people was very Ruth. I was sitting there waiting and some american boy when to the host. And she was very super nice to him. I knew some people had problems with you originally. But is it a business where everyone should be treat the same. I will never back there again. And I will report this to my insurance about. Terrible service, they left the truck with all the parts badly fitted and misaligned, the parts almost fall off when you brake and it goes to the right side, it is very scratched and the seats are very dirty, covered in grease everywhere. read more

Everything service request quality and value. The surface was terrible when we dropped off our truck. They said it'll be ready in 3 to 4 days. Well after 3 1/2 weeks later they called us to say we could pick it up. We called there shuttle to pick us up. They never return our call. they could've done a better job on the bumper. Don't come saying you don't have any records of anyone with my my name .. look up PADILLA with the KIA SOUL. Horrible workmanship, tried to convince me to take my vehicle with a crease in the bumper that wasn't there before the damage. After I refused the vehicle they said they'd fix it. Kept it 3 extra days to do so. I went back to get it and found even more issues not to mention, now it has a 2" SQUARE DENT Where they "tried" to repair the crease with more poor quality work! The manager tried to tell me that they wouldn't repair it any further even though he admitted IT WAS WORSE THAN BEFORE! I'm shocked at the unprofessionalism here and shocked by how we were treated. The manager screamed at us in the parking lot. He was very unprofessional and I actually have him on camera. I also noticed the Paint is a different color where all the repairs were made. They didn't blend it right and they clearly didn't match the paint with cards. They also did not make any alternate versions of the color to get a good match (as a professional shop would) The bumper had a piece replaced and get this, THEY DIDN'T EVEN PAINT IT! They left it black plastic instead of titanium gray like it was before! My vehicle now looks like a BASE MODEL Soul and not the + that it is! Wish I could post photos, I have so many of this despicable work! There is red marker UNDER THE CLEAR COAT from where they make the marks on what they are and are not going to fix. REALLY? You don't clean off the marker before applying the clear coat?? The clear coat on the door panels is blurry. Initially it was blurry and not properly blended, they kept 3 extra days saying they'd correct it and corrected nothing and made other issues WORSE. There is clear coat dried in clumps all over the driver side mirror encasement as well. They refused to fix ANY OF IT, screamed at us and threatened to sue us over telling them we weren't happy with repairs in front of a customer. I'm sorry but if I'm not happy with poor quality repairs.. I AM SPEAKING ON IT.. IN FRONT OF WHOEVER I WANT!!! I may even sit out front with my vehicle and show everyome the poor work that they do!!! I'm so shocked by the horrible workmanship and unprofessionalism going on here. I see now why google reviews has so many 1 stars .. ALL SAYING THE SAMe THING THAT I AM! They give you a car that is not in the same condition it was prior to whatever damages occurred. It's disgusting to think of how many people that they have tricked into just accepting their cars even though they were unhappy. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! The manager also stated he could care less if they lost AAA's business! It would be no loss to him. If I'm not mistaking AAA is one of the largest insurance companies out there and in my opinion loss of referrals by them would result in a significant amount of lost income for caliber collision... way to go Mike! GREAT ATTITUDE FOR A PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU HAVE HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HERE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LEAVE A REVIEW! Let others know this shop is NOT what it trys to portray itself as! This is my second experience with Caliber. They did a great job with my daughters car, so I brought my car in when it needed body work. David was my point of contact and he was fantastic. He kept an open line of communication and gave me constant updates on the status of my car. He is extremely professional. The work was done over a month ago. Fast forward to this past week and I had an issue arise after the work was completed. I took my car to the dealership to have it addressed. It turns out the issue was a result of the work done at Caliber. Not a huge deal but I called Caliber and explained what caused the problem. A slight oversight but nothing to get too upset about. David was great. He stepped up and acknowledged responsibility and paid for the work done on my car. He could have easily stated that it wasn't their responsibility and left me paying for the repair but he didn't. This is the true definition of customer service. Working in the service industry for 38 years I've learn that how you treat customers before, during, and after all matter in keeping your business at a top level. Four months ago my car was rear ended on the HWY. after working through insurance I brought the car here for repairs. They were really friendly and professional across the board! Anytime I was worked with Or spoken to I was handled in this manner by everyone! Well today I want to shout out Miguel for helping me out because a small window fix I thought was tied to this accident brought me back and he was very nice about it! It turns out it was a separate issue and he fixed it right up and left me off with putting some sort of good word on Yelp! I said of course! I know he definitely didn't need to fix it for no charge considering it wasn't related to the accident before. I don't review often but I do think genuinely nice people should be commended! I made a quick stop to Caliber Collision this morning to ask about the rear fender on my Mustang. The two panels of the fender had somehow separated, but there was no obvious reason for the damage. The office staff quickly and professionally responded to my request, and sent a VERY kind man to look at the damage and help me determine a course of action. He stepped up... looking for dents and the possible cause for the damage, but found nothing. He then popped the two panels back together, buffed out the little scuff with rubbing compound and made it look as good as new. I'm a very happy customer. Thanks!! read more

While parking, I scraped the bottom of my bumper on the curb, broke a clip, causing the bumper to sag. I work nearby caliber collision and the company I work for takes their company cars here. I figured it's better then taking it to the dealership, at least this way i can just walk back to work. I stopped by on my lunch anticipating them asking me to either make an apt or leave my car there, etc. I stopped by the shop where a gentleman took a look at my car, he said you just need a clip, go ahead and head to the office, they can help you.
