Absolutely the best service I have ever encountered in this industry. Customer service is amazing. The final detail on my BMW was better than any I have received in the best...surpasses the BMW dealership as well. I highly recommend FIX. read more

This is a great place had my car door repaired after someone backed into it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful they got it done quickly and did a great job read more

Very disappointed. Picked up my car about 2 weeks ago, and noticed around two days later, that my cars paint was chipped on my front bumper. It was close to the bottom right corner, along with the majority of the bumper being damaged from the bottom as well. It looks, as if someone had drove the car over something. I am absolutely sure that this damage wasn't there, before I had dropped my car off. I just wish that when I had picked my car up from this place, that I would have checked my entire car carefully, instead of just paying attention to the part of the car, that they had repaired. Lesson learned on my part. This was the first time, that I had ever even needed to go to a car repair shop myself, therefore I wasn't aware that unethical things like this could happen. I didn't go back to question them, because I highly doubt they are going to take responsibility for it. (Since it somehow occurred while they had it, and they didn't even bother fixing it.) I didn't even initially think there was a point to write a review, however I thought I should so that other customers are aware. (On top of it, my entire deductible wasn't waived; as I was led to believe it could be. Which was the only reason, that I had went to them in the first place.) read more

Kris works hard for your business, good with the insurance companies. I had a 1000.00 deductible. With Kris and the insurance company I ended up only paying 500.00. A year later I had a bit of fading in one small area Kris polished the spot and the entire truck for FREE!!!! read more

I was in a car accident back in February, I went on Google and saw Fix Auto had 5 stars so I had my car towed here. I spoke with Gloria and when we were doing an inspection she was telling me her personal experiences majority of the time and what she would do if she was in my position. I honestly could care less, respectfully, what her opinions were at that time. I was so frantic and anxious to get it repaired. When I went back the following week to see what the mechanic said would need to be repaired she had no empathy and kept saying its totaled, and again, giving her opinions on what she would do in that situation. I was so distressed and anxious from hearing its a total loss I just needed some time to think. She kept telling me "If my family were to drive in that car I wouldn't feel safe". I never asked for her opinions. I was just looking for some empathy and compassion to maybe try to make it work. I went home and my gut was telling me to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! I found Brentside Auto Body on Yelp and he repaired my car and I just picked it up today and it looks like nothing happened! Always get a second opinion!!!!! read more

This is my second time having work done here. They do exceptional work. The manager Mickey is very professional and very knowledgeable. I feel confident they will do the job right and they explain everything in detail. I took my car in to get the bumper repaired this time. I took it in on Friday and it was done and ready to be picked up Monday by 5pm. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles back here. read more

Krish Bobby and the Fix Auto crew are awesome. My wife got rear ended by an uninsured driver and needless to say she was extremely upset. She went down and Krish was great he not only got her factory parts but he made all the calls necessary to get her a rental as well. The Car came out great and he even fixed a couple other minor blemishes on the car for her as well. I'm so glad our friend recommended Fix Auto to us. They're fast efficient and go out of their way for everyone. Though we aren't hoping for an accident anytime soon if we do have one we know Krish and the crew will always be there for us. read more

When I picked my car up, it looked better than when I bought it. I am very pleased with my service here. Bobby, Krish, Bebe and Dale thank you all for such great service. read more

Fix Auto exceeded my expectations from the very moment I walked in, and i had pretty high expectations. Literally the best in customer service and attention to detail I've encountered from not only a body shop but from a place of business overall. Bobby the GM and Bebe the Office Manager were so friendly, funny and knowledgeable that they delivered an amazing experience and amazing results (my door looks great). I'll be returning and referring to this shop only. Thank team! read more

First time got in an accident with a scratch at the left fender. I did not know where to go as we had just moved here for a few months. Got the information on Yelp. Good price and services. Nothing to complain. This place will definitely be my first choice for auto body repair. read more

If you're looking for a body shop in the Modesto area Fix Auto is definitely the place to go. I walked out to a parking lot to find my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek had been hit on the back bumper. No note. No cameras. I was so frustrated. I did a lot of research when looking for a body shop from the list State Farm provided.'Fix Auto's staff is amazing. They made the whole process smooth and simple and believe it or not enjoyable. Their shop is immaculate! You can see your reflection in the floors. It's really nice to see a shop that takes that much pride in their work as well as their working environment. I dropped my Subaru off late in the evening of Wednesday and it was ready for pick up midday the following Monday. Not only did they fully replace my rear bumper they detailed the interior as well. When I got it back it looked brand new, inside and out! To say I left their shop feeling satisfied is an understatement. I was thoroughly impressed. That being said, I hope I don't need frequent trips to the body shop but Fix Auto will always be my shop of choice and who I will recommend to anyone in need of impeccable and timely work. read more

The brake light on my car came on from nowhere while I was driving, and I Yelped the nearest auto shop near me. After seeing such high rating on Yelp, without reading the comments, I immediately took my car to the Fix Auto Modesto shop. When I got to the shop, I realized it was a collision repair shop. But the folks there were extremely friendly and helpful with my problem. Bobby, one of the mechanics determined it was a light bulb out on my brake light and repaired it right away. I was really impressed with the customer service at this shop. If I did have any body repair that needed to be done, I would definitely go to this shop. Big thank you to Bobby for helping solve my problem. read more

A few months ago I was involved in an accident & my bumper was dented pretty bad. I had a trip coming up & needed a car asap! Fix Auto was able to repair the damages while I was away and even lend me a rental car. While I was away I received text messages keeping me updated with my car's progress. By the time I came back from my trip my car was finished & even detailed & vacuumed! My car was left beautifully & I can't thank Fix Auto enough for the fast and reliable service! read more

A MUST STOP BODY SHOP FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FLAWLESS WORKMANSHIP Sheesh! My husband drives my zippy compact car like its a motorcycle and a few weeks ago he put a huge gash in the passenger door and managed to severely crunch up the rear quarter panel (yup, the expensive one..) I was bummed! It may be small, but my Yaris is the nicest, most reliable car I've ever owned, and I've taken great care of it over the years so it has a TON of life left in it. I didn't want to drive around with it all banged up for another 5 years but we couldn't justify paying 3k to to fix strictly cosmetic damage on a 10k car. After getting a couple other estimates, I explained my situation to Esther and Krish at TOP1 and they could not have been more understanding and willing to help. We worked out a budget I could live with and they put their awesome guys to work on the damage doing the best job they could do without buying new parts & staying within my budget. It was a great compromise in my mind, they would fix the glaring eyesore damage and leave the less noticeable stuff...and I wouldn't feel guilty about spending too much money on cosmetic repairs for a well used car. When Krish called me (two days early!) to come pick up my car, I headed over to TOP1 with modest expectations...sure that It would look better, but really just ready not to think about it anymore. And then I saw the work they had done...... and HOLY COW on a high school parade float.... It looked AMAZING!! You would NEVER know that the car had been damaged, the paint job is flawless, they polished the headlights clear and cleaned it inside & out! It truly looked better than it did before my husbands joyride. TOP1 you made my day, and I am grateful for the time and effort you put into your work every time I catch a glimpse of my car. Thank you.. Yelpers, there are a slew of shops in the Mchenry/Pelandale/Car-dealer-row area of Modesto...if you need body work, TAKE THE TIME TO GET AN ESTIMATE FROM THESE GUYS! So impressed.... read more

Top One is Top Notch! I've used them a couple of times for fender bender type damage. Esther is the woman in the office and is so attentive and interested in having you be satisfied. Krish is the same, you feel as if you and your car are in good hands. Both times the work was excellent and the service was over and above, car was cleaned and once, when I couldn't get a ride, Krish even brought me the car when it was finished. The bonus is that the work cost 20-25% less than other estimates I got. Couldn't be happier. read more

Esther and Krish are amazing! Krish when out of his way to help me with my car. He did amazing work on my car and in a timely manner. I will continue to refer people to this shop. read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop. I will be recommending them to everyone! I had a coyote run out in front of me and I swerved to miss his but caught him on my right front side. He went under my car. I had an extremely difficult time with insurance wanting to pay for repair. They did not see how this would create so much damage. Two different shops told me just under $3000. damage. My insurance wanted to pay only about $1000 and have me make a second claim under collision instead, and with another deductible to cover the whole repair. Fix was one of my insurances trusted shops, I went ahead and used them. My insurance was a pain to work with and Bobby was so kind during this stressful time. He took most of the brunt from the insurance company and insisted I get what needed to be done, completed before it left his shop despite the insurance adjuster's obvious limited knowledge of such cases. My car was repaired perfectly. I am back on the road, and I think Bobby is STILL fighting with the insurance company. God bless him!!! read more

I took my car here last year when someone hit my car in the gym parking lot and the service was timely and professional and my car was back to being beautiful! Fast forward to a few months ago when I got in a car accident..my insurance recommended an auto body shop which I initially went to and had a terrible experience at and thought "why would I want to pay over a grand to these people whom are rude and unprofessional..I'll go elsewhere." And instantly I remembered the amazing experience I had a year prior at the old Top One, now Fix Auto. I called them and immediately had an appointment scheduled. During the entire time my car was being fixed, I was always in the loop and updated on the process via phone calls and texts. Bebe, at the front desk, is super personable and professional. Bobby and Krish were awesome as well. They were honest and had effective methods of communicating. They make you feel comfortable and confident. Price for repairs was reasonable as well. The shop is clean, and there's a TV, coffee, and water in the waiting area. I would recommended this place to anyone that needs their car fixed. They have amazing customer service and equally as amazing work. Thanks Fix Auto!! read more

We were going around to get some estimates and as we were leaving the third estimate we saw Top 1 on the corner. We decided to stop and I'm glad we did. They were nice, attentive, and understanding of our situation. They worked with us and did an amazing job. It was fixed in 3 days. I truly recommend top 1 for all car damages, you won't regret it. Thank you so much! read more

We had an estimate done that was so much higher then it was appraised, so we took into TOP1 for a second estimate and they were awesome! Krish and Ryan took our Flex that day on Wednesday the receptionist was awesome and arranged for our rental car through Enterprise. They had our car ready by Friday for us to pick up. It looked amazing! You couldn't even tell that there was ever damage done on the door. I would recommend them to everyone! read more

Top One has recently added a full service/repair auto shop to the collision center. From the beginning I felt comfortable knowing I was taking my truck into one of the area's top mechanics with over 16 years experience. I got a call with a bid for a brake job the same morning and the work was completed a few hours later. I received computer generated text message updates throughout the seamless process. It was an impressive experience. I would and already have recommended Top One Service & Repair to friends and family. read more
