I was in a car accident back in February, I went on Google and saw Fix Auto had 5 stars so I had my car towed here. I spoke with Gloria and when we were doing an inspection she was telling me her personal experiences majority of the time and what she would do if she was in my position. I honestly could care less, respectfully, what her opinions were at that time. I was so frantic and anxious to get it repaired. When I went back the following week to see what the mechanic said would need to be repaired she had no empathy and kept saying its totaled, and again, giving her opinions on what she would do in that situation. I was so distressed and anxious from hearing its a total loss I just needed some time to think. She kept telling me "If my family were to drive in that car I wouldn't feel safe". I never asked for her opinions. I was just looking for some empathy and compassion to maybe try to make it work. I went home and my gut was telling me to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! Krish Bobby and the Fix Auto crew are awesome. My wife got rear ended by an uninsured driver and needless to say she was extremely upset. She went down and Krish was great he not only got her factory parts but he made all the calls necessary to get her a rental as well. If you're looking for a body shop in the Modesto area Fix Auto is definitely the place to go. I walked out to a parking lot to find my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek had been hit on the back bumper. No note. No cameras. I was so frustrated. I did a lot of research when looking for a body shop from the list State Farm provided.'Fix Auto's staff is amazing. They made the whole process smooth and simple and believe it or not enjoyable. Their shop is immaculate! You can see your reflection in the floors. It's really nice to see a shop that takes that much pride in their work as well as their working environment. I dropped my Subaru off late in the evening of Wednesday and it was ready for pick up midday the following Monday. Not only did they fully replace my rear bumper they detailed the interior as well. When I got it back it looked brand new, inside and out! To say I left their shop feeling satisfied is an understatement. I was thoroughly impressed. The brake light on my car came on from nowhere while I was driving, and I Yelped the nearest auto shop near me. After seeing such high rating on Yelp, without reading the comments, I immediately took my car to the Fix Auto Modesto shop. When I got to the shop, I realized it was a collision repair shop. But the folks there were extremely friendly and helpful with my problem. Bobby, one of the mechanics determined it was a light bulb out on my brake light and repaired it right away. Top One is Top Notch! I've used them a couple of times for fender bender type damage. Esther is the woman in the office and is so attentive and interested in having you be satisfied. Krish is the same, you feel as if you and your car are in good hands. Both times the work was excellent and the service was over and above, car was cleaned and once, when I couldn't get a ride, Krish even brought me the car when it was finished. A MUST STOP BODY SHOP FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FLAWLESS WORKMANSHIP Sheesh! My husband drives my zippy compact car like its a motorcycle and a few weeks ago he put a huge gash in the passenger door and managed to severely crunch up the rear quarter panel (yup, the expensive one..) I was bummed! It may be small, but my Yaris is the nicest, most reliable car I've ever owned, and I've taken great care of it over the years so it has a TON of life left in it. I didn't want to drive around with it all banged up for another 5 years but we couldn't justify paying 3k to to fix strictly cosmetic damage on a 10k car. After getting a couple other estimates, I explained my situation to Esther and Krish at TOP1 and they could not have been more understanding and willing to help. We worked out a budget I could live with and they put their awesome guys to work on the damage doing the best job they could do without buying new parts & staying within my budget. It was a great compromise in my mind, they would fix the glaring eyesore damage and leave the less noticeable stuff...and I wouldn't feel guilty about spending too much money on cosmetic repairs for a well used car. When Krish called me (two days early!) to come pick up my car, I headed over to TOP1 with modest expectations...sure that It would look better, but really just ready not to think about it anymore. And then I saw the work they had done...... and HOLY COW on a high school parade float.... It looked AMAZING!! You would NEVER know that the car had been damaged,the paint job is flawless, they polished the headlights clear and cleaned it inside & out! It truly looked better than it did before my husbands joyride. TOP1 you made my day, and I am grateful for the time and effort you put into your work every time I catch a glimpse of my car. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I will be recommending them to everyone! I had a coyote run out in front of me and I swerved to miss his but caught him on my right front side. He went under my car. I had an extremely difficult time with insurance wanting to pay for repair. They did not see how this would create so much damage. Two different shops told me just under $3000. damage. My insurance wanted to pay only about $1000 and have me make a second claim under collision instead, and with another deductible to cover the whole repair. Fix was one of my insurances trusted shops, I went ahead and used them. My insurance was a pain to work with and Bobby was so kind during this stressful time. He took most of the brunt from the insurance company and insisted I get what needed to be done, completed before it left his shop despite the insurance adjuster's obvious limited knowledge of such cases. My car was repaired perfectly. I am back on the road, and I think Bobby is STILL fighting with the insurance company. God bless him!!! read more

Fast forward to a few months ago when I got in a car accident..my insurance recommended an auto body shop which I initially went to and had a terrible experience at and thought "why would I want to pay over a grand to these people whom are rude and unprofessional..I'll go elsewhere." And instantly I remembered the amazing experience I had a year prior at the old Top One, now Fix Auto. I called them and immediately had an appointment scheduled. We had an estimate done that was so much higher then it was appraised, so we took into TOP1 for a second estimate and they were awesome! Krish and Ryan took our Flex that day on Wednesday the receptionist was awesome and arranged for our rental car through Enterprise. They had our car ready by Friday for us to pick up.
