Check it was very pleasant she saw marks on my car I didn't even noticed before I almost left my garage remote in it but she sees all. Stephanie checked in with me everyday to give me progress on my repairs. She was very funny and so cheerful to deal with. Very positive and upbeat. I picked up my car today and she was so excited to show it off. That car never ever looked that good. Met with Greg in parts and talked for a bit. What a great co. This facility and its team is absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, it is employees such as Cameryn that take an misfortunate accident and turn it into a positive customer experience. I have used this group in the past, however my most recent experience caused me to write a glowing review. After returning my car ahead of schedule, yes ahead of their estimate, my wife noticed a small noise. Cameryn had me come in for the mechanic to inspect. Even after the mechanic inspected it, they couldn't identify the issue ... and what did they do. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP, and sent me over to a local dealership for a second opinion and found the problem. Don the GM, perhaps owner, was also extremely helpful and personally facilitated the an expedited service request at the dealership. Our family has used the Anaheim Fix Auto for several of our repairs. Each time we have brought our vehicle in to be repaired the staff at Fix Auto have been extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They always welcome customers with a smile and offer them something to drink while waiting for help or service. I recently brought our car in to repair a part that a year after one of our accidents wasn't working correctly. Fix Auto repaired the part free of charge and it was repaired quickly. They even washed and detailed my car before returning it to me. The General Manager Donald creates an atmosphere that all customer feel welcome and that quality service is a top priority. This shop is absolutely awesome. From the get go, the staff was on the ball and upbeat. I have had family members go here for a lot of work on their vehicles and it came highly recommended. I had my car taken in to have paint fixed due to a paint defect and was a bit leery at first because I made an appointment to have body work done without it being accident related, so I was apprehensive that I would be brushed off as low priority. Luckily I was completely wrong! As soon as we stepped in the door Vanessa greeted us enthusiastically and already had us down and our information ready. She kept us informed and what to expect, even when a previous employee who quoted us moved to another location, she honored the information given to us....she is excellent...exceptional customer service! When we came to pick up my car, Scott greeted us as well to go over the job and even provided a lot of helpful additional information to help me upkeep my car! His passion for cars really shows and I was thoroughly glad to have such a great conversation with him and how he really appreciated me as a customer... and my vehicle as well! Great, thanks for absolutely nothing Fix Auto. We aren't familiar with what to do after an accident and they're apparently not there to help you. Our car dealership recommended them to my husband so my husband called them up. After the fact, I reminded him that our car dealership was awful so why would he trust their opinion on a body shop. Of course, they tell us they'll schedule a tow and the tow doesn't show up. We call twice to be told the tow will be there soon. The tow was 60 minutes later than the last given time! I wasted my time waiting for the tow. I was told that my insurance company was covering the tow even though I brought up that I have AAA for up to a 100 mile tow for free! Well now that I no longer have confidence in their ability to take apart my car and I've scheduled my free tow to have it removed from their property, they're telling me that I need to pay them $250! Well why didn't they just let me use my triple AAA to pay for it to begin with. Plus, they're telling me that the tow wasn't arranged through my insurance so it wasn't paid for by them either. Seriously, they're a body shop, they deal with just these situations every day. They should know the ins and outs. So either they don't know what they're doing or they're not honest enough to look out for my best interest. Either way, why should I trust them with my vehicle. I am seriously disgusted that I've just had to pay $250 for a service I have for free. read more

I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience that is Fix Auto Anaheim. When I first walked in I was greeted by two very friendly and professional ladies who helped me get the process started. I then met Jesse,who would be my contact through the whole repair, which I thought would be a nite mare. But it wasn't what I expected. I guess you you dont want to have issues with a repair if you plan on leaving a good review. Let ne atart by saying the people in the office are phenomenal. Its the management (Steve) I have an issue with. I brought in my car after I was hit and fix was suggested by the insurance company. They came highly regarded so I didnt have an issues with using them. When I got my car back they didnt fully fix all the marks on my bumper. Instead of redoing it, I worked with them. They offered a free complete detail. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, it was filthy. All they did was wash and wax it. I told Steve this would not work and that I expect what we decided on, he agreed and offered to have it redone. 3 months later after calling over 10 times they finally got the vehicle in. Great, finally get this over with. I picked up my vehicle and as im in it I notice more and more things that were not cleaned. I mean how hard is it to wipe down my center console. Then this morning I start inspecting the outside and they never clay waxed it. How hard is it to do what you say your going to do. I let them pass on my bumper with a cheaper fix and they cant even make sure that is done correctly. Again, extremely disappointed. I would not allow Steve to touch anything of mine again. read more

My 91 year young mother decided her car needed to be repainted so she asked some friends for recommendations as they suggested this shop. I met her there when she dropped of the car and I have to say, they really treated her well. Her Buick is over 15 years old (and with 30,000 miles!) but the sun had taken its tole on the roof and other areas. They gave her a fair quote and got the car done in a timely manner. Corey in their office gave us outstanding customer service. She gave my mom updates on the car's progress and couldn't have been nicer to her in the office. I went here to get a quote for my insurance company, I only went cause my insurance said that this was a good place and I read the reviews and thought wow this place sounds good. But when I went, the gentleman who helped me was rude as heck! He belittled me and laughed in my face cause I told him that I noticed something else was off with my car since my accident. He then said that he's only going to fix the bumper because he thinks the bumper is the only thing broken, and anything else that is "broken" I would have to pay out of pocket. I told him again "that doesn't make sense, if I didn't break it why would I have to pay out of pocket"? He kept laughing at me and only quoted me the bumper. He then asked me if I'm ready to leave my car and I said "no I don't even have a ride home" and he rolled his eyes and said "well I'll just send this quote to the insurance" Thank god I went somewhere else and not this place. Maybe I went on a bad day or maybe the guy who helped me was having a bad day, regardless I didn't like how I was being helped. read more

I love these guys! I went in because the fender on my car had unhinged and I panic! The Honda dealer told me to go over to Fix It Auto before they closed at 12:00 it was 11:25! The young lady at the desk said "I'll have my guys look at it , you go inside and have a cup of coffee"! Ten minutes later she came back and told me it's all done! What a great customer service-based auto body shop! Kelly, Lisa and Justin could not have done more to keep me informed about the status of my car. They helped to coordinate a repair at the dealer around the corner and simultaneously fix the rear bumper of the car so everything was done. Between phone calls and texts, I knew exactly what was happening at all times. A great team!! Oh, and the body work is excellent - the life time warranty is a nice touch, too! Donald and Essence treated me so well, they kept their word every step of the way, they were communicative and so incredibly pleasant. My car had been hit the week I brought it in and beyond that 3 years back they did a paint job that they told me would probably not hold due to some weird substance that had been put on my car. But they did say to bring it back if it ever got bad and they would fix it. For those two reasons I brought my little old Honda in back to them and when I picked it up they did some extra little clean ups beyond the pain job and the front bumper hit to leave my car looking 5 years younger! Accidents happen and the cost of repairs can be daunting but if it happens and you car needs some TCL I recommend them, they really were great to work with and I think I tell my husband my car looks so good every morning now. I don't drive a big fancy car but they gave mine and me all the respect everyone deserves and I am so incredibly grateful to them! read more

we recently had our nissan frontier truck repaired by fix auto and the work they did was awesome! we are very impressed by the work done by richard golden and his team at fix auto. our truck looks brand new where it was repaired! this place goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations! we had excellent customer service by the entire fix auto staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. communication from them was also great with regular updates on our truck via their emails and phone calls. i never felt like we were wondering what was going on with the repair but instead we were kept well informed which we really appreciated! in the future we will definitely be using fix auto anaheim again for any future car repair work. we would highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone needing to take care of vehicle repairs whether thru insurance claims or out of pocket expense. ask for richard golden, they will take great care of your needs there!! read more
