Great work by this company. I had quick communication with Sharif, and the appointment was set within 24 hours. Joel was the assigned rep that came out and assessed everything. The dent was a small minor one near the rear left door, and within 30 minutes of work, Joel managed to fix the dent, with no residual indicator that there was a dent prior. This is the first time I have ever used such a service, and I will be using Fix-A-Dent going forward for all my dent issues...and hopefully there won't be a lot of that happening but you never know. Great service and fair/reasonable pricing...this is based on my checking around with competitors. read more

Would easily recommend fix-a-dent to my friends and family who have dents in their vehicle. Contacted a few companies and fix-a-dent had the lowest quote with the best feedback/reviews on Yelp so I went with them. Within two days I was able to get an appointment. David came out to my house and fixed the dent on my Tesla within 20 minutes. He did a great job and I can't even tell there was a dent there. It looks as good as new! Hands down would recommend this company to fix any dents on your car. read more

Excellent customer service and results. I contacted them along with many other PDR companies regarding a dent. They responded very promptly with incredibly competitive pricing. That same day we schedule an appointment for the following week because my availability was limited. However they did have a slot for me the very next day if I could have made it work. Joel came out and worked his magic. He was very communicative and was even early which was nice so I could get on with the rest of my day. The results are clear- see the images and video. He took the dent out and I couldn't be happier. Mind you there is distortion around the holes for the spoiler hardware which was NOT the area of concern and isn't something I requested fixed or that is even really fixable. There will always be distortion there from bolting down the spoiler. Also this area is covered by the base anyway. Thanks Joel! Looks like it was never there. read more

This guy is a psycho. Scolded me like a little child. Avoid like the plague. Called to ask for a quote, sent photos and they didn't call. Left a one star review and he called me back right away. If he followed up with me as well as he harassed me after the review, he might have gotten my business. As it is I leave three because I'm not sure how good their work is, he wouldn't work with me. Mind your business, not your yelp reviews. This proves that you watch yelp more than help your customers. read more

Pros: World class professional customer service experience. Cons: Wish there was an paint step between touch up and full blown panel paint job. I've had an experience where I've gotten my paint chipped at the super market parking lot. I'm assuming it was from a shopping cart. I've gotten my that car repainted at a reputable body shop before and the work was absolutely flawless. No matter how close you look the chip could not be found and the paint blend was so good that I couldn't tell where it started and ended. 10/10 job. However, it was terribly expensive and I couldn't see myself paying that price for a 2009 Acura TSX. The next time I had a paint chip I tried to do it myself and it turned out so badly that my wife banned me from messing around with the TSX. Now I have 3 panels that needed work. So I was in the market for a "touch up" paint service. I figured it's a step back from a full blown paint job and it'll help with the paint chip to be less noticeable. Fix-A-Dent-Now is a mobile service and it was one of the first places I called. It went immediately to voicemail with instructions on how to reply. He texted me back pretty quickly, there was a little back and fourth, but answered all my questions. I he also mentioned that touch up paint jobs won't restore the paint to original condition 40%-60% better he said. Additionally the prices were much more affordable than a full blown paint job. We set a date and the appointment was confirmed. As the days got closer I got follow up reminder texts-- Awesome. On the day of my guy is late. I text Sharif who promptly replies and then follows up with a phone call explaining what happened. There was a mix up with the schedule and he offered to cancel, reschedule, or have the technician (Jesse) show up later. I was pretty excited about the touch up so I figured I'd wait. Jesse arrives and apologizes for the incident and he explained to me that touch up paint jobs won't restore the paint to original condition 40%-60% better is what to expect. I told him about how I messed up my other car's paint and he give me a mini lesson on how to prep and apply the touch up paint. 45 mins later he's done. He explained to me that it'll take about 5 days to a week for the paint to cure. During the curing the paint should be less rigid looking. I don't know why I expected 100% original condition despite both Sharif and Jesse 40%-60% better. But I geeked out when Jesse explained the process to me and I find value in that. I also appreciate Sharif's professional follow up explaining what happened. I can tell from his demeanor that he was sincere. I did get 40%-60% better and wife couldn't tell where the touch up was unless I pointed it out to her. So we're both happy about the service. More importantly, if the touch up paint job was unsatisfactory, I wasn't accountable. In the future, I'll attempt to touch up myself and if I mess up, I'm calling Sharif and Jesse from Fix-A-Dent-Now. Keep up the good work! read more

These guys are wizards! Joel did a great job on my BMW, fixing a large door dent from a parking lot collision. My insurance referred me to traditional body shops, but not only were their prices ridiculous, a lot of them had estimates of one or two weeks (or more!) to get my car fixed. Fix-A-Dent fit me into their schedule the next day and they came out at the scheduled time. They maintain really good communication via text messaging throughout the whole process. My door looks just about new, and you have to really look hard to detect any remaining distortion left by the accident . Thanks Joel and team. read more

This is my first experience with Fix-A-Dent Now, and oh boy did they exceed my expectations! After a quick trip to the local grocery store, I was shocked to come back to my Model Y and see a dent on my liftgate. I suspected that someone had bumped my liftgate via their car or a shopping cart. I did some quick Tesla blogs and forums reading and found that to repair the dent through a body shop would be $$$$. I then decided to go the route of Yelp and find a reputable and reliable paintless dent removal company. And that's when I found Fix-A-Dent Now. After reading highly rated reviews - especially their Tesla customer reviews, I immediately reached out to them for more information and booking. They were super responsive and I was able to get on the calendar with their team fast! David was my service technician (who I have read about in their Tesla filtered reviews) and he is AMAZING. He removed the dent within 30 minutes. I was utterly shocked and impressed by the results! It's like nothing ever happened - his hands magic eraser the dent! And the fact that the cost was a small fraction of what it would've been at a shop or at Tesla, I was blown away. Needless to say, I am so happy that I made the choice to book with Fix-A-Dent Now and BEYOND HAPPY with my experience! Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking paintless dent removals! read more

My bro and I were about to start washing his car using a pressure washer and we forgot to push in the nozzle adaptor all the way. Of course when we started to spray, the adaptor shoots out like a rocket and hits the car causing a small but noticable ding on the car's trunk. My bro's Model 3 Performance is like his baby and he wanted to fix it right away so we messaged a bunch places on Yelp. Sharif at Fix-A-Dent was one of the first to reply back. Given they're pricing and availability (and the excellent Yelp rating) we went with him. He mentioned that they have a lot of experience with Teslas which is a huge bonus. Their 5 star rating is absolutely on the money! A tech came out and fixed it in no time flat. The ding is gone and my bro and I have learned a valuable lesson in pressure washing Thank you Sharif and team! read more

Had the unfortunate luck of bumping into something that caused a good sized dent to my front fender. Being the weekend, I was anxious to try to find someone to fix it as soon as possible, and that wouldn't interfere with my weekday work schedule. I contacted this business on Yelp, and Sharif got back to me with information and an estimate within 30 minutes. He was able to schedule me less than 48 hours after contact, kept me updated on eta, and accommodated by showing up to my place of work, instead of my home. Quick response. Quote is higher than competition but they have many positive rating. My tech was David. He is very experienced and he did an excellent job. Highly recommended. read more

Beware! The low quoted price you are given is not the actual price when the tech shows up!! Super frustrating experience with this company! At first I was blown away by the fast quote and prompt responses. All I had to do was text in photos of the dent and I was given a quote range for the repair. It all sounded fair and good so I booked an appointment. When the tech arrived to fix the dent he tried to say that the owner told him the wrong measurements for my repair (first warning sign is that I was never asked for any measurements) and that the new cost was now going to be 26% more than what I was quoted!! Was the tech just trying to pocket extra cash with that line? After some conversation with the tech he told me that he must make a minimum amount on every repair and that the owner just contracts him out to these jobs. So the tech doesn't really work for this company at all...which is fine, other than the fact that first the issue was the size of the dent and then it became about a minimum price for the job once I got the truth. Obviously this is just an internal pricing issue and the owner should not be quoting jobs before he has his contractors bidding the jobs OR when the owner sends out quotes he needs to be clear the the pricing is SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This is the classic bait and switch to get people into a position where they are over it and pay more since the tech is already there. I spoke with the owner about this issue and he was nice enough but didn't offer any resolve to me other than trying to convince me that he can't give accurate bids from photos...THEN WHY IS THAT YOUR PROCESS SIR?! If this were my business I would have eaten the margin I was going to make for this account to uphold my word, owned up to the mistake, and I would have made it right for the customer by honoring the original price given. Then I would have made changes to my systems and process going forward to avoid this happening to any other future customers. I would just be aware that the price you are quoted may not reflect the actual price they will charge you. Don't be fooled by the low initial quote from the owner! And don't let them bully you into a higher price upon arrival. They got the photos from you, if they needed more info or measurements to accurately price, they should have asked before giving you a quote! read more
