We had several unfortunate problems with our home this last year and we wish we had known about them, first. We waded through our share of expensive, irresponsible, and incredibly rude fly by night companies. It took us some time to locate this reputable business, but we did. When we finally located them, they sent someone out that morning. Yay! He fixed the problem, explained what had happened and made recommendations to save us a little money. Their office is fantastic and patiently waited for payment. Our insurance finally informed us they don't pay for new parts to fix leaks, just clean-up. Nice to know. She was totally understanding and they had waited almost a year for payment! When does that ever happen? Thank you Flow Right, you've been more than honest, upright and fair. Keep up the business model , you'll always be successful!! Thanks again, Cheryl Zmuda

It was nice to see it's a true family business -- you could tell they take pride in the work. Both were great with our dog, who's always a little wary of new people at first but warmed right up to them. We were very impressed. Pricing was reasonable and the work was solid. This wasn't a small job--custom showers with body jets and rain heads, a large soaking tub, kitchen with farmhouse sink and prep sink, and high-end Toto toilets. The work was clean, well thought out, and everything functions exactly as it should. They also did a great job explaining things along the way, which we appreciated during a project of this size. Overall, really solid experience and quality work. Would absolutely use them again. Mary

High Ground Electric (great name given high grounding is an electrical term) came to do the…read moretroubleshooting on an electrical problem in our home through the serendipity of another electrician who was recommended by a trusted source being too busy to do the work and they, in turn, highly (no pun intended) recommended this business. We had an excellent experience with the electricians (two on the first visit) when they came to troubleshoot the problem and discuss options to resolve it and then returned (one this time) to do the work on the selected option. We so appreciated the discussion of options because my husband and I have had four custom homes built in the last 28 years and except for this one in Idaho, all of the previous great experiences with the builders and electricians and so we have learned from the previous electricians enough to understand options when presented. It takes time for licensed electricians to present options and we value that they took that time and their recommendations and also that they listened to us for what we were trying to accomplish in correcting the original problems. We also valued the care with which they did the follow up work to implement the solution to the problem. If there was a teensy hitch in the giddeyup it was some confusion in their administration of the scheduling of the follow up appointment, but things happen in that regard when people are busy. The important thing is when the scheduling snafu was resolved, and it was resolved quickly, the work was top caliber. We would trust High Ground again to do any kind of electrical work for us. And here is another great thing, both electricians were such nice men, in addition to being expert in what they do, and when the job was all done the man doing it thanked my husband for his time! Imagine that...it was we who felt they were the ones who should be getting the thanks.
