My new favorite pizza place. I was always hesitant to try them but, I'm so glad I finally did. 10/10 on the garlic knots and pepperoni pizza. Will definitely be ordering again. Easy to order online. They have deals available. And they're not skimping out. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Just the classic comfort food you want and need from a pizza place. 10/10. read more

We were craving pizza the other night and decided to try this pizza joint. Ordered on DD so can't tell you how the place looks nor customer service. We had the Large Everything pizza, two orders of the knots (buy one, get one promotion), and two garlic dips and an extra marinara sauce (.98 cents each). Everything Pizza: 6.5/10 - the pizza itself was HUGE and worth the $29 price tag. It had banana peppers, cheese, bell peppers, olives, pineapple, Canadian bacon, sausage, tomatoes, and jalapeños. I appreciate that they don't skim on the toppings but it was a bit much (flavor wise) all at once. All the flavors muddled together and after a few bites, it became super heavy and greasy. We could only stomach one slice at each time, because there was too much going on. The garlic dips were flavorful but had a slight aftertaste I wasn't a fan of. The crust was nice, toasty, and thick and we loved dipping it into the sauces. Garlic knots/rolls: 8.5/10 - these were delicious and coated in their signature garlic butter sauce! The knots were soft, buttery, and full of flavor! The marinara sauce was tangy and went well with them. We enjoyed the knots very much and were super excited that we got another one for free too! They give you a good amount of garlic knots in an order, like 6 big size pieces for $5 something ish. I think we need to try other pizzas as the one we had, wasn't really doing it for us. We will give it another try as the price for the portions were great! They have other things on the menu too like desserts, pepperoni bites, wings, cheesy bread, jalapeño curds, etc. read more

Whenever I am on that side of town, I get a large pepperoni pizza here. The pick up Price for the pizza is still very reasonable and the pizza is definitely delicious. I highly recommend trying this pizza place out. read more

Oh my! It's been too long! We ordered an 18 inch deluxe no green peps extra mushrooms, pepperoni rolls, Carolina sauce wings and a side of Hamilton sauce. I'd never had that sauce but I do love datil peppers. The service was very fast. I didn't time it but definitely less than an hour. The order was correct, yea! The pizza had generous toppings and well cooked. The wings were fall off the bone. I tasted the Hamilton sauce and it is tasty. Very spicy and a bit sweet. I'd say perfect for dipping wings or pizza, breadsticks, etc. I'd also say a 5 of 5 on the heat level. The pepperoni rolls were fresh homemade style dough with plenty of pepperoni, topped with garlic butter. I may try pics later. Too full to move right now and I'm busy watching Home Alone, for only the second time, it's still hilarious! Definitely try them out - delivery, takeout available. And the movie! read more

We love some 5 Star pizza! Always our goto when looking for pizza!! Delivery is always fast and friendly!

If you have a big family or group to feed the Piezilla is a 24" round pizza that is huge. Crust is nice and thick and they are very generous with the toppings. Ordered and paid online so when I walked in it was a quick pick up. They also offer delivery for a fee. read more

Veronica is a whole unprofessional mess!! I called to place an order and the lady was beyond rude, kept asking, "anything else?". She was beyond rude and she didn't care. I called back to speak to a manager and she gladly told me she was the manager and further told me that's the way she speaks to all her customers. Shame on you Rob for having a manager who can't truly lead a crew if she can't attract the customer with her nasty, unprofessional, disrespectful attitude. Veronica, you should find another place of business because if pizza isn't fun, you make it a miserable experience. After realizing that Veronica was self- indulged by her title, I cancelled my order. I work hard for my money and I will never spend my money where the business doesn't realize that without customers, there would be no business. It gets better!! Upon hanging up, she cynically tells me thanks for calling. Rob, the owner should remind Veronica that in his absence, she represents his business and bottom line. With an attitude and so many negative reviews regarding her attitude, you'd think Rob would make a few changes, beginning with a Customer Service class for his manager, Veronica. My grandchildren were really sad tonight because we regularly enjoy 5 Star but I'll patronize any other pizza shop, along with my business orders before I spend a dime where a manager can't even offer an apology- just excuses as to why her customer service skills are sub-par. What a disappointment because everyone that had ever taken our orders, both personal and business orders were treated with kindness and respect. I don't believe that's asking for too much when it comes to business. read more

Five star is easily the best delivery pizza in the area. The crust has the perfect balance between soft and chewy. The sauce is just a touch on the sweet side and the toppings are fresh. Can I say you won't get a better pizza in the area? No, but five star is by far the best that delivers read more

One of our favorites for pizza and my boyfriend loves the wings. Delivery is typically fast, friendly and most importantly accurate.

Great pizza, good service and really quick, the people are friendly and they seem genuinely interested in the happiness of their customers.

At first things were ok here. Pizza was decent. (I'm originally from NJ). The last time we ordered it was super salty, the pizza. Today we ordered pick up I got home starving the pizza is so bad. Still super salty but just made so poorly. I'm sad cause I thought I found a decent pizza joint here. I refuse to order dominos or chain pizza. There goes my $40. read more

Yes. Just yes. The thin crust. Ample cheese and toppings. Super fast delivery. Can't wait to order again.

If I could give this store a 0 for customer service I definitely would. Robert the owner argued with my husband and I about the order THEY made wrong and didn't want to correct it and wanted me to pay for another pizza! We wanted garlic sauce and they made the pizza with marinara sauce. Simple fix. His employees are also unprofessional as well. He needs to train them on how to not escalate a situation with a customer as well! We order from here often, however, this was the worst experience we've ever had! read more

Every year, my family does pizza and wings. Not wanting to cook ourselves. Usually when we order from chains, the wait time is multiplied even with pick up. I have been over to Five Star a few times and always amazed on how many people are here working and how everyone always has an upbeat attitude now matter how crazy busy it is. Like, they are always busy when I come in. I placed my order online and called after to check on the pick up time. He said, "15 to 20 minutes." Really? Even on Super bowl Sunday... Yep. No lie.. My pizzas and garlic knots where ready by the time I walked in (I live 15 minutes away.) Everyone was happy and smiling. Tons of drivers coming in and out picking up pizzas. Damn, they really do know how to run pizzas up in here. (In the past, other chains have made us wait an hour minimum for pick up.) Not to overlook that their pizzas are always good. No restrictions on how many *coupons I use and I can't recall their ever being an issue with our pizza. Yeah, they know what's up around here and I totally appreciate that. I get to enjoy pizza and watch the game without stressing out is really worth it! You guys rock! read more

Had five star at a friend's the other nite and was pretty good but not toppings I would've chosen. Ordered last nite at the house and was like hell yeah! Papa who Domino what and what the Hut. Forget the rest I've found my pizza hot spot. Ordered the Hawaiin and the everything for delivery and they were hot and fresh. More than an ample amount of toppings and the crust was incredible. Good pizza. This place is definitely underrated. They deliver almost everywhere, I live easily 20 minutes away and they deliver to me so that's a plus. The quantity and the quality is always good. The site doesn't allow me to add screen shots 5 star of orange park does not require masks on workers. They state you have to request contactless delivery and authorize your card so you don't have to sign. Yet the website does not give that information. They do not do temp checks on their workers. Just ordered delivery from here for the first time tonight (12/24/18) pizza was hot, fresh, and just the way we ordered it. Not sure about the food because I'm not even sure I want to eat anything from there. Not one of the workers was wearing a mask or gloves. There were guys with beards without any hair nets on. Get your pizza the way THEY like it, NOT the way you like it!!! Burnt pizza time after time. When I ordered my pizza I said- "please don't overcook it". I got an overcooked pizza so I asked the manager (Jacob) and he says, "well that's how we make it". So he sends me another pizza because he won't refund my money and I ask, please don't over cook my pizza, yet be sends me another overcooked pizza. I called to complain and he says, "that pizza was fine". Well maybe for him, but not for me, but I guess the customer doesn't really matter. You pay for pizza the way they like it. Definitely doesn't look like the pizza they advertise. read more

If I could give this place a minus score, I would. Horrible experience! We've ordered the exact same pizza every week for over a year. Picked up order and it's cut into bite size pieces. Christina asked "was that not ok?"!no it's not as I'm not feeding toddlers. Remake it, 25 mins later it's done. Checked and it's cut properly. On the wAy home I try a slice and the dough is RAW!!!! Call them, they'll make me a 3rd pizza. Take back bad pizza, remake is cold. They make ANOTHER one, handed it over, drive home and noticed it's cold. Drive a the way back, make yet another pizza. Christina laughs and thought I he prank she pulled was so funny. If you like being screwed around and waiting over 2 hrs for then to get your order right, then eat here. So last night I ordered the special large 2 topping garlic knots and a 2 Liter of soda. Delivered with out the soda driver said she would be right back never showed. Called the store spoke to the manager he said he would fix it and apologized and said it was on the way still nothing. At this point it's not about the soda. It's about the lack of confidence I have in this business to make it right with the customer. Even the manager lied to me over the phone. Like I said it's not about the soda I don't even drink that much it's about the principle now. read more

We had a meat pizza and Hawaiian pizza. Meat pizza was overly greasy but tasted good (probably comes with the territory of ordering one). The Hawaiian pizza was definitely more balanced and had a ton of cheese on it, which tasted phenomenal! Went into the store for a carry out and was less than impressed with the cleanliness and amount of clutter that was present. Seemed like someone got carried away with constructing pizza boxes. 4 stars for taste of pizza, probably better than most chains 2 stars for overall appearance of store/employees read more

I still have a lot of exploring to do in regards to local pizza joints and though this wasn't the best pizza I have ever had, it definitely deserves a strong 4 stars! Mind you, I am not a Pizza Connoisseur and other then during my Fleet Weeks in NYC I have never ventured outside of Pizza Hut, Domino's or Papa Johns. Yes I know, shame on me...especially since I am not a big fan of either franchise but for some reason I never thought to try local. Tonight I had a strong hankering for pizza and didn't feel like settling for the previously listed; I am SO glad I checked this place out! As soon as I walked in it seemed like the entire staff greeted me (if you have read my previous reviews then you know I am a glutton for hospitality) and were all smiles the entire time, even giving me an extra discount on top of the discounted special! I ordered a 16 inch pizza and 10 wings for about $14. 3 slices and 4 wings later, I'm very satisfied. Not overly greasy, a nice thin crust, big slices of pepperoni and the perfect amount of cheese (in my opinion). I have definitely had better hot wings but these hit the spot and go very well with the pizza. The best part of all is that I don't have that gonna-be-on-the-toilet-for-awhile feeling that usually accompanies one of the franchise pizza joints :-) All in all, this is a great little spot to get good pizza on a budget and will definitely help me wean myself off of the mainstream crap. Bonus: they deliver! So if you and your pals find yourself drunk and starving in the middle of the night (like me and mine sometimes tend to do lol) and want to be responsible by not driving (or cooking), then as long as it's by 3 am yawl now have a potential go-to spot! :-) read more

They're making their pepperoni and garlic rolls with a different dough and not put together very well. Last two pizzas came with the handful of very finely chopped, canned mushrooms literally in one hand sized spot. It was ridiculous. They haven't ever really had great customer service, but at least the food WAS good! Current looking for a new pizza spot as several local spots have really started to drop on quality. read more
