So the food quality is usually always good. I usually get delivery and until today never had a problem. $25 and change order. I got 30 hot wings well done, do not like them bloody, and always before no problem. Today a problem. Wings undercooked and when I handed the driver $40 and said just give back ten (I think a fair tip) he startedd digging through all his pockets and only came up with $8. Really? Called and supposedly talked to the manager and he offered my money back so good on him, but today they dropped the ball. I will order again from them, but you have to wonder why do you not carrry at least $10 in change. Pretty sure this driver pulls this frequently judging fom his attitude. So my wife stops to pick up the pizza today and its cut into really small pieces like pizza roll sizes. My wife takes it back in asks why is this cut in small pieces and the girl gives attitude and says, what that's not ok? Wife says no why would you cut it like this and the girl replies it got in the way of other orders. While my wife waited for her new pizza the other employees just gave her dirty looks. The best part is that they are open late, 3 am, when your choices are only drive thru and ihop/famous amos. Fast service and you can find a lot of coupons for them. It's like $6 for a large which is a pretty decent size. Garlic rolls are delicious but best when they are a little underdone. You can see them tossing the dough which they don't do at pizza hut or other places, it comes in frozen dough patties. The pizza from here is the best you can get in the area and they deliver fast and the garlic knots are amazing, generous amounts of good toppings and the sauce is a touch spicy not sweet the bread just chewy perfect! Piezilla is a huge very tasty pizza for under $20 that will feed about 8 people it is like 3 feet across and freaks people out when we order one! read more

I ordered pizza from 5 Star tonight only because I'm dogsitting and was left a coupon for a free pizza when you pay $0.99 for the delivery fee. I was pretty impressed! I am not much of a pizza eater but very much enjoyed what I ordered. The pizza was good sized, even at their "regular" price it's well priced, and very fresh and tasty. When I ordered they told me it would be about 45 minutes but the pizza made it here in less than 30 minutes. I got mushrooms and some times mushrooms on pizza get chewy and gross. These tasted very fresh. Very good! They're also open until 3am, which is rare. read more

We have been ordering from 5 Star for awhile now. We liked the pizza. They told me a month ago they do not deliver to us anymore. We were disappointed. My neighbor (across the street) just had them deliver. I called to ask just now if we could order from them again and she said NO rudely. She supposedly asked her manager. Not sure what's up. Looks like she has done this before (according to other reviews). Guess she picks and chooses who gets delivery. Maybe they feel they have plenty of business. Bad customer service will eventually take them down. Makes me sad that the workers are not taught to be courteous to customers. I tried to find a corporate office contact but there is not one. Maybe they don't really care how their employees treat customers. It's not really about the pizza. I just don't like unfairness or rude people. We are done with 5 Star. read more

I am a forever customer of this place. How can you beat pizza up until 3am? They even deliver on Christmas. They are so delicious and most importantly do not taste like cardboard. I'm impressed 99.9% of the time. The staff is friendly and don't seem to mind delivering to us even though we are on the cusp of the delivery zone. I highly recommend. read more

My husband and I were really in the mood for chicken wings after hearing the rumor that BW3s on Wells Road had opened (which it had not). Having our mouths set on wings, I searched Yelp for what was open at midnight on a Sunday. There were quite a few options, but Five Star Pizza was only a couple blocks away.. I drive by the place on my way home from work all the time and never thought about stopping in. We're normally a Mellow Mushroom frequenter, so I stray away from the standard boring pizza joint. Five Star Pizza does have the standard pizzas that any normal family would love, but they have specialty pizzas like Philly Cheesesteak pizza which I now would love to try. Like I said -- we were in the mood for wings. We got twenty : half garlic parmesan and half mild and they were amazing and for $12.99, they can't be beat! We also got the garlic knots & pepperoni rolls which were heaven in bread form. Will I be going back? Absolutely! Their prices are cheap. We got everything for under $25.00.
