I really enjoy this place. It's definitely pub fare- burgers, fries, and it is a little expensive for that. However, if you're into that, you're going to find this is the BEST place for that. The food was good, the service leaved a lot to be desired. Our order was suppose to come with coke slew which we never received, one member in our party ordered dessert than had to ask for a spin to eat it. Myself and another person asked for tea and coffee, her tea came again no spoon she had to ask for one! Than my coffeecame you would think by than it might have registered that I also would need a spoon, but it did not. Instead of trying to get him yet again I used my friends spoon which he did see her passing to me but still never came over to give me my own. No milk was put on the table for the coffe or tea! Took my nephew there today for lunch, his choice. Was glad he chose here. Food was Excellent. It came out quickly, but never felt rush. After leaving one of the staff came running after us in the rear parking lot. It seems that I had dropped some cash at the bench I was sitting at. Good food. We have dined in as well as had their take out and it's always good. The Ruben sandwich is one of the best I have had, and their burgers are great. I'm very disappointed that they removed the turkey burger from their menu and when we were eating there once, at least three people around us asked if they had a turkey burger, so I am hoping they put it back on the menu. They need to expand their seating though! During the cold months they only have about 7-8 tables inside, which leads to a very long wait time. Been there many times...and a key reason is the Steakhouse burger. It is awesome everytime. The place has a nice vibe. Some nights there is an added bonus of a singer to keep you entertained until the food arrives. Tough to get a table some nights, which is a testament to the food. Sitting here in the cafe with great freinds and good food we expected. FIRST they bring out frozen fish in their fish and chips. Then when while all my friends wrap up their food and I sit in silence staring at my empty nothing..waitress never returns. then they bring out another messed up order... then the waitress comes over and starts telling me it's not her fault they messed up twice? I often get their fish and chips which are quiet delightful. Not many seats, occasionally I have no other choice but to sit at the small stool area. The wait is usually VERY long. The food is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. However every time I have come there, the hostesses have never greeted me upon entering, they kind of just stare at you until you say hello to them first which is bizarre. My waiter (both times I have come) just dropped the food at the table, didn't ask if we needed anything (like ketchup since its a burger place) and didn't come back once to refill our drinks or check on us. The place is small so we sat at the bar. The food was just OK. I was hoping for a really great burger and I was disappointed. The burger was just OK, and the large dry bun just did not work. The dry bun made the whole burger dry and overly filling. Same thing happen with the bun on my husband's chicken sandwich. My daughter had the pull pork and said it was OK but the meat was not very juicy. The regular French fries were very good but, the sweet potato fries weren't very sweet unless you use the dipping sauce. Also I would recommend that they get rid of the plastic forks and knives. I have heard so many wonderful things about Five Points Cafe that perhaps my expectations were a little too high. I had the Cali burger and my fiance had the deluxe. We both ordered medium rare and they both came out well done and dry. We also had three beers. For two burgers and three beers our bill came to approximately $60. Way over priced for mediocrity. I must say however the bartender was kind and helpful. I think the patio would be fun in the summer time for a cocktail before going somewhere else for dinner. read more

Honestly I have been here a hand full of times and tested I went out with my friend for his girlfriends birthday and I'm not exactly sure if Selina was having a bad day or not but she had a decent attitude which isn't typical, normally she's happy and enjoying her job. Second our party had to constantly ask her to refill our drinks and that we were ready to order. We ordered apps and she started taking our menus. My friend stepped up and said that we were ordering dinner as well. Now drinks not being refilled is a little important being we were a table away from the bar. Place just pissed me off! Ordered 1 cheeseburger for me and a grilled cheese sandwich for my child. Place was not busy, food comes 25 minutes later and my kid shows me her burnt sandwich . Waiter nowhere to be found, finally 10 more minutes go by and he comes back and asks if everything ok. I show him burnt sandwich and tell him I waited for 25 minutes for this.
