Where doing start...Melissa is amazing. She's so sweet and wonderful. She was able to see me within a few days. I've been getting Brazilian waxed for about 3 years now and finding someone you can feel comfortable with is very important because you want to feel comfortable. I refer all of my friends to Melissa since my experience with her over the last 6 months have been nothing but wonderful. I only do Hydrafacials with her but she has thrown in the LED treatment so many times-- even once for having to reschedule my friend and me (which we did not mind at all). She uses the best quality wax and walks you through what she's doing. Just a little background of myself, i first found Five Point Five looking for just a quick, over night solution to the acne that had developed, i felt, "over night". I actually got a facial at this Korean spa that i had found on Groupon, let me tell you...worse thing i could've done. Without going into too much detail, i should've done my research and valued my skin more than picking a random sale of the day that wasn't meant for my skin type. Anyhow, I was so embarrassed, you would never catch me without make up because i was so insecure with the amount of acne that popped up on my chin, jaw line, cheek area. After going to Melissa, she taught me about my skin..the products i was using were actually doing more damage than helping my acne, i was so dry and would find my face "dripping" of oil just a couple hours into my day. She taught me what my skin was lacking and what would best enhance my skin while controlling my new acne.
