After denying my craving for doughnuts for the year, I finally decided to splurge a little on vacation and pick up a half dozen for my family and myself. This was my second attempt at finding a doughnut in town. I tried another shop previously based off Yelp's rating but was disappointed with the selection despite arriving on the earlier side. The cashier was friendly and even recommended a few doughnuts when I was torn between the last few spots in the half dozen. The selection was excellent and even had items that tempted even the most health-conscious family members. My favorite doughnuts were the sprinkled and glazed. So glad to find they have gluten friendly donuts, and also had vegan options! The regular selection and vegan are highly decorated. The gluten friendly were vanilla and not sure if they ever offer anything else in that line. However, the vanilla were delicious! More like a Crawler than a glazed donut and that was fine by me! :-). They offer coffee as well, but we had coffee already at home. Although they had a sign that said gluten-friendly, the actual donuts were behind the counter, so don't worry if you don't see any, just ask. The staff is happy to assist. I mean, how can someplace that has donuts like this be bad?! I got the Cookie Monster (the one with green frosting) and it was delicious, but not filled as I expected. Their donuts with just chocolate frosting have really good fudge like chocolate too! The specialty donuts aren't labeled, so we did have to ask what they were and then still weren't sure exactly what was in some of them. Also, these aren't cheap donuts, so don't go in expecting chain donut prices. Definitely a place to stop on a special occasion or when you want a different kind of donut. read more

The best Gluten Free fried cake donuts with glaze. They don't have them out in case with the rest of them so you will have to ask for them. They are worth the drive! They do run out though. FYI-they do use a shared fryer. read more

Stopped here on our way home, they had a decent selection and everything looked yummy, however our donuts were really dry. We tried the Pie Hole one that has an apple pie filling. It was dry & had a very tiny amount of "pie filling". Not sure we'll try them again the next time we're in town. After years of watching a youtuber eat these, I finally was able to try. We got a dozen but were seemed to be charged more than the website price of a dozen fancies. Some of the donuts were massive while others super small. The boston crème, and coconut creme were filled generously and tasted exactly as they should. The red velvet cake donut was dry and I wasn't a fan of the apple fritter. The yeasted donuts were a little heavy but very tasty with good frostings. Finally, the Cronut, which was the reason I was so eager to try was very good with lots of layers. Maple Bacon and S'mores donuts are delicious! I'm so happy about this new five-o location! Having just recently opened its already pretty busy, but without the lines I've seen at others! I love this location, the layout is BEAUTIFUL, there's seating so you can sit and relax and I really enjoy how you can see the donuts being made in the large room behind glass! Had not heard of these donuts until I went to a nearby restaurant to pick up a to go order. It smelled heavenly. However, they were closed already. I made a point to return in the near future, which I did. These donuts are the best around. The maple bacon ones are my fav, and I did not know there were any fritters out the besides apple.
